Background

At present, some conveying roadways are provided with coal bin openings, and the conveying coal bin openings which are not used need to be blocked, for example, the Chinese patent publication No. CN103670449A discloses a local blocking and supporting technology of the coal bin, and the problem that the service capacity of each air shaft is increasingly tense is solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to improve the safety coefficient of plugging of the coal bin opening in the transportation process.

The guniting material adopts mineral inorganic quick-setting composite mortar, and the guniting machine adopts a PS3U-TB type guniting machine. The thickness of the guniting is not less than 50 mm; the distance between the nozzle and the spraying surface is kept to be 0.8-1.2 m, the wind pressure is kept to be 0.4-0.5 MPa, the wind pressure at the nozzle is kept to be about 0.1-0.18 MPa, and the water pressure at the nozzle is 0.1MPa higher than the wind pressure. The moving mode of the nozzle adopts a spiral track, clockwise rotation is carried out, and the nozzle moves forwards uniformly and slowly by pressing a half circle; the step of spraying the slurry is to spray the side wall of the roadway firstly and then spray the top of the U-shaped shed frame, and the slurry is sprayed in sequence from bottom to top, and the thickness of a sprayed layer is ensured.

Step 6: and after the slurry spraying is finished, slurry is injected through the slurry injection pipe 5, and the gap between the first metal net and the top wall of the roadway and the gap between the first metal net and the top wall of the coal bunker in the conveying direction are reinforced and compacted.

Specifically, ZBY3/16-22 type hydraulic grouting pumps are selected for grouting, and ordinary portland cement is adopted as grouting cement; the grouting pressure is 5-8 Mpa. The construction slope of the roadway is 8 degrees, a sectional isolation grouting method is adopted, the top slope of the roadway is adopted for closure every 20-30 m, grouting slurry is prevented from flowing into the head-on shed-changing section, and the construction efficiency is improved.

And 7: and (3) dismantling the temporary support device 2 in the step (1), moving to the next operation surface, and repeating the steps (1) to (6) until the closure of the coal bunker port (1) is completed.
