Background

At present, most of ship steam turbine auxiliary machines adopt structural forms such as ball valves and pear-shaped valves, and the valves mainly have the following defects when used: when the working condition and the pressure ratio are low, the opening of the valve is small, the flow speed is too high, the noise is increased, and the current requirements of vibration and noise reduction of the ship are seriously influenced; because the auxiliary valve is smaller, the form of a load relief valve cannot be adopted, and the lifting force of the valve is larger.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a built-in filter screen regulating valve which can improve the vibration and noise reduction effects, thereby avoiding the defects of overhigh flow rate, high noise, poor regulating performance and the like when the traditional ball valve is in small opening.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

The present invention may further comprise:

1. the valve seat is provided with an annular groove, the steam filter screen is provided with an annular bulge, and the steam filter screen is matched with the annular groove through the annular bulge so as to be fixed with the valve seat.

2. A first cavity is formed between the flange and the guide sleeve, an air exhaust passage is arranged in the flange, an air exhaust hole is arranged at the contact part of the flange and the first cavity, the air exhaust hole is connected with the air exhaust passage, the first cavity is communicated with the air exhaust passage through the air exhaust hole, and the end part of the air exhaust passage is higher than the valve shell.

The invention has the advantages that: the invention improves the regulation characteristic of the regulating valve through the built-in filter screen to adapt to the regulation of small flow and large flow, and improves the vibration and noise reduction effect of the valve, thereby avoiding the defects of overhigh flow speed, high noise, poor regulation performance and the like when the traditional spherical valve is in small opening degree.

Detailed Description

The invention will now be described in more detail by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:

with reference to fig. 1-2, the invention relates to a built-in filter screen regulating valve, which comprises a valve shell, a valve head 1, a guide sleeve 2, a flange 3 and a steam filter screen 5, wherein the flange 3 is installed on the upper part of the valve shell, a valve seat 7 is arranged on the lower part of the valve shell, the steam filter screen 5 is fixed in the valve shell through the valve seat 7, two sections of continuous hollow are arranged inside the flange 3, the guide sleeve 2 extends into the two sections of continuous hollow, the valve head 1 comprises a valve rod section, a connecting section and a sleeve section from top to bottom, the valve rod section is positioned in the guide sleeve 2 and extends out of the guide sleeve 2, the connecting section is positioned above the steam filter screen 5 and is fixedly connected with the guide sleeve 2, and the sleeve section is sleeved outside the steam filter screen 5 when the valve head 1 is closed and forms a seal with the valve seat 7.

The lower part of the built-in filter screen 5 is adjusted by small holes which are uniformly arranged according to a certain rule, the upper part of the built-in filter screen 5 is adjusted by a window, and the size of the window is designed according to the maximum flow of an auxiliary machine;

the valve head 1 is in a spherical valve structure form and is in grinding seal with the valve seat 7;

the built-in filter screen 5 is arranged on the valve seat 7 in an interference manner in a spigot mode, and is locked by the locking plate 8;

the valve head 1 and the valve rod are integrated, in order to reduce the lifting force of the valve and increase the guide sleeve 2, the guide sleeve 2 is fixed with the sleeve through a screw and moves up and down together;

the invention adopts two-stage steam extraction, wherein the first-stage steam extraction is the steam extraction of the guide sleeve 2, and the second-stage steam extraction is the steam extraction of the valve rod;

as shown in fig. 1, the valve seat 7 is provided with an annular groove of a filter screen locking plate 8, the steam filter screen 5 is fixed with the valve seat 7 through the filter screen locking plate 8, the valve seat 7 is fixed with the valve shell through the valve seat locking plate 6, the valve head 1 is provided with a threaded hole, and the valve head 1 is fixed with the guide sleeve 2 through an inner hexagon screw 4.

Due to the built-in guide of the steam filter screen, the valve head is prevented from deflecting due to steam flowing, the valve head and the valve seat are not tightly sealed, and the ventilation section is prevented from being abraded.

When the valve head 1 is closed, the valve sealing line is positioned in the middle, the stress area of the convex shoulder of the guide sleeve 2 is larger than the stress of the inner side of the sealing line of the valve head 1, the valve is sealed by steam, when the valve head is opened, the effective stress area of the valve head 1 is the same as the stress area of the convex shoulder of the guide sleeve 2, the lifting steam force is zero, and the lifting force is only the gravity of the valve head 1;

the driving mode of the valve head 1 can adopt manual, motor driving, hydraulic driving and other modes of lifting the valve head 1 to realize manual control or remote control;

the connection with the driving mechanism is realized by changing the connection mode of the flange 3 and the valve head 1.
