Take the example that the commonly used gas production wellhead KQ65-70 gas production tree needs to maintain the No. 2 master control gate valve. In a plugging state, disassembling a fault valve according to an assembly process, disassembling a damaged sealing part of the valve, replacing a new valve combined sealing part, recovering the valve after the replacement is finished, checking whether the valve sealing problem is solved or not, ensuring no leakage within 15 minutes and finishing fault maintenance.

And (5) disassembling the valve repairing tool, recovering the well mouth and cleaning the site.

The field personnel only need confirm the blanking plug and get into the degree of depth, then operate the hand wheel, and the blanking plug gets into predetermined position after, the shutoff blanking plug, and inspection sealing reliability maintains the valve damage portion as required, obviously promotes in work efficiency and security.
