1. An electric water heater comprises an inner container, an electric heating pipe, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, wherein the electric heating pipe, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are respectively inserted into the inner container.

The traditional water heater usually adopts mechanical cleaning or chemical cleaning to remove the scale, wherein, the mechanical cleaning generally adopts disassembling the water heater to carry out manual cleaning or emptying the water heater to carry out clear water washing, and the chemical cleaning adopts dilute hydrochloric acid to carry out cleaning on the scale. However, the above two methods are not radical, and the operation is complicated, so that the problems of abrasion, corrosion of equipment and the like are easily caused. Therefore, the conventional water heater has a disadvantage of poor reliability in descaling. And the professional is required, which is very inconvenient.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Example one

In this embodiment, an electric water heater is proposed, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, including an inner container 11, an electric heating pipe 12, a water inlet pipe 13 and a water outlet pipe 14, where the electric heating pipe 12, the water inlet pipe 13 and the water outlet pipe 14 respectively extend into the inner container 11, and the electric heating pipe 12 is located on a water outlet flow path of the water inlet pipe 13. When the electric water heater heats water, the electric heating pipe 12 is electrified to generate heat for heating the water in the inner container 11, the water inlet pipe 13 is connected with a tap water pipe for supplementing water for the inner container 11, and the water outlet pipe 14 is connected with an external water end for outputting hot water outwards. Because the water contains calcium and magnesium ions, the calcium and magnesium ions combine with acid radical ions in the water to form insoluble substances when being heated and adhere to the heated surface of the electric heating pipe 12 and the heat exchange surface to form scale, the electric water heater of the embodiment can remove the scale attached to the surface of the electric heating pipe 12 by controlling the water inlet pipe 13 to enter cold water and spraying the cold water on the electric heating pipe 12 when the electric heating pipe 12 is at high temperature by arranging the electric heating pipe 12 on the water outlet flow path of the water inlet pipe 13 and utilizing the principle of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, thereby preventing the scale from reducing the heating efficiency of the electric heating pipe and further saving energy consumption. The electric water heater of the embodiment does not need manual mechanical descaling, can avoid a series of problems of complicated mechanical descaling operation, does not need chemical descaling agent in the scheme, and can avoid the defect of corrosion of the electric water heater caused by the descaling agent.

As a preferred scheme, the electric water heater comprises the following steps when in descaling:

discharging water in the inner container 11 until the water level is lower than that of the electric heating pipe 12;

controlling the electric heating pipe 12 to be dried, and increasing the surface temperature of the electric heating pipe 12;

when the electric heating pipe 12 is dried for a set time or the surface temperature of the electric heating pipe rises to a certain temperature value, the water inlet pipe 13 is controlled to be communicated with tap water, and cold water is sprayed out from the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 13 and falls on the surface of the electric heating pipe 12. The surface of the high-temperature electric heating pipe 12 is rapidly cooled, so that the scale adhered to the surface of the electric heating pipe 12 is rapidly contracted, broken and loosened, and can fall off from the surface of the electric heating pipe 12 along with the impact of water flow.

In order to increase the descaling effect, the steps can be repeatedly executed for a plurality of times, and in the repeated hot-cold cycle alternation, the scale is peeled off at the bottom of the inner container under the actions of a plurality of times of thermal expansion and cold contraction.

In order to conveniently control the communication state of the water inlet pipe and the water source, a water inlet valve is preferably arranged in the water inlet pipe, and the communication state of the water inlet pipe and the water source is controlled by controlling the opening state of the water inlet valve. The type of the water inlet valve is not limited, and the water inlet valve can be a mechanical valve or an electric control valve.

In addition, when the electric water heater is in a normal hot water making mode, cold water entering from the water inlet pipe 13 moves towards the electric heating pipe 12, and is heated by the electric heating pipe when flowing through the electric heating pipe 12 to become warm water or hot water, so that the entering cold water can be prevented from disturbing water temperature stratification in the inner container 11, and the hot water output rate can be improved.

As shown in fig. 2, most of the existing electric water heaters are placed horizontally, hot water flows to the upper layer and cold water flows downward according to the water temperature layering characteristic, in order to improve the heating uniformity, the electric heating pipes 12 are transversely arranged in the inner container, the electric heating pipes 12 transversely extend into the inner container 11 from the end cover on one side of the inner container 11 under the general condition, the electric heating pipes 12 can be straight pipes or zigzag deformed pipes, and the trend of the heating part of the main body of the electric water heater transversely extends. In order to make the inlet water uniformly spray on each part of the electric heating pipe 12 and improve the uniformity of descaling, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the inlet water pipe 13 includes a spraying part 132 and a fixing part 133, wherein the axial direction of the spraying part 132 is arranged along the horizontal direction, that is, the direction of the spraying part 132 is consistent with the direction of the electric heating pipe 12, and the spraying part 132 is located above the electric heating pipe 12. The plurality of water outlet holes 131 are formed below the spraying part 132, and the inlet water can be directly sprayed out from the water outlet holes 131 towards the electric heating pipe 12, so that the sprayed water can cover at least the whole upper surface of the electric heating pipe 12, and the descaling effect is improved.

The fixing portion 133 protrudes into the inner container 11 from the bottom of the inner container 11, the fixing portion 133 is fixed to the inner container 11, and the shower portion 132 is fixedly connected to the fixing portion 133. The fixing part 133 and the spraying part 132 are both tubular structures, the part of the fixing part 133 which is left outside the inner container 11 is used for connecting a tap water pipe, tap water can enter a pipeline of the spraying part 132 from the fixing part 133 and then flows out from the water outlet hole 131 of the spraying part 132.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the spraying part 132 includes a connecting pipe 1321 and a spraying pipe 1322, the water inlet end of the connecting pipe 1321 is fixedly connected with the fixing part 133, and the pipeline of the connecting pipe 1321 is communicated with the pipeline of the fixing part 133; the shower 1322 is connected to the outlet end of the connection pipe 1321, and the outlet hole 131 is formed on the lower surface of the shower 1322 along the length direction of the shower 1322. When water is discharged, the water outlet 131 may discharge water simultaneously along the length direction of the shower pipe 1322, and may spray water onto the electric heating pipe 12. Preferably, the water outlet holes 131 are uniformly formed along the length direction of the shower pipe 1322. Water can be uniformly sprayed on the electric heating pipe 12, and when the electric heating pipe 12 is descaled, the surface of the electric heating pipe 12 is uniformly cooled, so that the descaling is more thorough. And all parts of the electric heating pipe 12 can be uniformly cooled, so that continuous dry burning is prevented, the electric heating pipe 12 is damaged due to overhigh temperature of the electric heating pipe 12, and the electric heating pipe 12 is protected.

The shower 1322 may include only one segment, which is disposed directly above the electric-heating pipe 12. This implementation is prone to the problem that the sprayed water can only spray on the upper surface of the electric-heating tube 12, which is not beneficial to descaling the lower surface of the electric-heating tube 12. Therefore, in this embodiment, it is preferable to provide the shower 1322 in a plurality of stages.

As shown in fig. 4, in order to connect the plurality of shower pipes 1322 conveniently, the connecting pipe 1321 has a plurality of outlet ends 1321a, each outlet end 1321a is connected to at least one shower pipe 1322, and different shower pipes 1322 connected to the same outlet end 1321a are communicated with each other. That is, the plurality of outlet ends 1321a function of separating liquid, water entering from the inlet end 1321b of the connection tube 1321 is first separated to each outlet end 1321a, and water flowing out from the same outlet end 1321a can uniformly enter each shower 1322 connected thereto.

By arranging the plurality of sections of spraying pipes 1322, each section of spraying pipe 1322 is arranged along the horizontal direction, and the axial direction is kept consistent with that of the electric heating pipe 12, the spraying water of each spraying pipe 1322 is sprayed on the electric heating pipe 12 in a surface shape, the water sprayed on the electric heating pipe 12 is splashed towards all angles, and a part of the water flows downwards along the surface of the electric heating pipe 12 and reaches the lower surface of the electric heating pipe 12, so that the descaling of the lower surface of the electric heating pipe 12 is realized.

In order to facilitate production and manufacture, the shower pipes 1322 of all the sections in this embodiment are connected end to form a closed structure. That is, the shower pipe 1322 can be formed by bending and winding it back for a plurality of times.

In order to increase the spray area, it is preferable in this embodiment that the spray pipes 1322 of all the stages are located on the same horizontal plane. And the spray pipes 1322 of all the sections spray water downwards from the distance of the same horizontal plane, so that the acting force acting on the electric heating pipe 12 is consistent, and the descaling uniformity is further improved.

In order to spray more water to the lower surface of the electric-heating pipe 12, as shown in fig. 6, when the plurality of shower pipes 1322 are provided, the water outlet hole 131 is opened on the side surface of the side of the shower pipe 1322 where the electric-heating pipe 12 is located, so that the outlet water can be sprayed obliquely toward the electric-heating pipe 12 and reaches the electric-heating pipe 12, a fan-shaped spraying surface can be formed, which can act on substantially the entire outer surface of the electric-heating pipe 12, and uniform descaling of the electric-heating pipe 12 can be achieved.

In addition, because the water pressure of intaking is comparatively invariable in this scheme, through setting up a plurality of apopores 131, the cross-section sum of all apopores 131 is greater than the cross-section of water inlet, consequently, reduces from apopore 131 the velocity of flow of water, can reduce the influence to the hot water layering when the water heater heats state and advance cold water, improves hot water output.

The connecting pipe 1321 in this embodiment is an arc-shaped structure, and two ends of the arc-shaped structure are respectively a water outlet end 1321a, each water outlet end 1321a is connected with two sections of shower pipes 1322, and a water inlet end 1321b is arranged in the middle of the arc-shaped structure.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a drain outlet 15 is formed in the bottom of the inner container 11, a drain valve is arranged at the drain outlet 15 or a drain cover (not shown in the figure) for sealing the drain outlet is detachably arranged at the drain outlet 15, when scale is removed, the scale peeled off from the electric heating pipe 12 falls to the bottom of the inner container 11, and the scale is discharged from the drain outlet 15 under the action of water flow scouring by opening the drain outlet 15, so that the scale is prevented from being deposited in the inner container 11 to influence the water quality.

Generally, the electric water heater is of a pressure-bearing type, the inner container 11 is closed, the inner container 11 is communicated with a tap water pipe through a water inlet pipe 13 during bathing, and water is discharged from a user end and is supplied to the inner container 11 through the water inlet pipe 13. When the descaling and pollution discharging are carried out, the sewage discharging port 15 is opened, the water inlet pipe 13 is not opened, the inner container 11 is in a negative pressure state, the sewage discharging is not facilitated, preferably, one end, located outside the inner container, of the water inlet pipe 13 is connected with the tap water pipe 17 and the air inlet pipe 18 through the three-way pipe 16 respectively, the air inlet pipe 18 is communicated with the outside atmosphere, and the air inlet pipe is provided with an air inlet valve. When the inner container 11 is in negative pressure, the air inlet valve is opened to supplement air into the inner container 11, which is beneficial to discharging sewage smoothly. Wherein, the admission valve can adopt the check valve to realize, when being the negative pressure in inner bag 11, it can open automatically and for inner bag 11 tonifying qi.
