In fig. 4 and 5: the test paper fixing component 29 is arranged in the pH test paper box 15, the test paper fixing component 29 comprises a first fixing shaft 291, a cross rod 292, a pressing cap 293, a connecting block 294 and a second fixing shaft 295, the first fixing shaft 291 is fixedly connected to the front surface of the paper changing wheel 272, the second fixing shaft 295 is fixedly connected to the front surface of the paper pressing circular-angle wheel 276, the cross rod 292 is movably sleeved on the outer surfaces of the first fixing shaft 291 and the second fixing shaft 295, the connecting block 294 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the cross rod 292, the pressing cap 293 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the connecting block 294, and the pressing cap 293 and the connecting block 294 penetrate through the pressing cap movable hole 23 and extend into the pH test paper fixing groove 22, so that two ends of the pH test paper are fixed, the pH test paper cannot be folded in a subsequent dropping process, and light transmittance in a subsequent lighting process is affected.

The chemical analysis method comprises the following steps:

A. firstly, a front door 16 of a pH test paper box is opened, pH test paper is put into a pH test paper placing bin 18, the front door 16 of the pH test paper box is closed, then the hand wheel 30 is shifted by selecting the pH test paper, the paper changing wheel 272 rotates along with the first transmission belt 271, at the same time, a cross bar 292 also rotates along with the paper changing wheel 272, when the silica gel layer 274 rolls the pH test paper into a pH test paper fixing groove 22, and when the pH test paper is completely placed in the pH test paper fixing groove 22, a pressing cap 293 presses and fixes the left end of the pH test paper, the rounded end of a paper pressing round-angle wheel 276 presses and fixes the right end of the pH test paper, and in the process of rolling out the pH test paper from the silica gel layer 274, because the hand wheel 30 rotates all the time, a double-track wheel shaft 284 positioned below the hand wheel 30 rotates along with the hand wheel 30, and a fourth transmission belt 287 linked with the double-track wheel shaft 283 rotates along with the fourth transmission belt 283, and because the push-up gear 285 and the fourth transmission belt 287 are fixedly connected on the surface of a driven wheel shaft 286, the push-up gear 285 also rotates, and at the same time, the rack 288 moves upwards to push the push-up plate 281 to move upwards, so that the rest of the pH test paper is pushed upwards, and finally, the paper pushing, the paper taking and the paper fixing are performed synchronously;

B. after the solution to be detected is absorbed by a dropper, the bottom end of the dropper is inserted into the dropping hole 20, and then the solution is dropped on the surface of the pH test paper to wait for the solution and the pH test paper to generate a color reaction;

C. the pH test paper box 15 is fixed at the front end of the placing rack 12 through the sliding connection of the sliding chute 17 and the sliding rod 14, the incandescent lamp 13 is started, and the characteristic that the incandescent lamp 13 generates heat is used as a heat source to dry the pH test paper;

D. adjusting the refractive transparent plate 9 to an initial position so that the front surface of the refractive transparent plate 9 corresponds to the initial color and the pH value on the pH chromaticity disk 10;

E. observing whether the projection plate 8 has colored light beams or not, rotating the rotating handle 5 to enable the fine-adjustment driven gear 11 to rotate slowly, adjusting the fine-adjustment driven gear 11 to enable the refraction transparent plate 9 to rotate, stopping rotating when the light beams are just totally reflected after the light beams rotate to a certain angle, and observing the position, corresponding to the front surface of the refraction transparent plate 9, on the pH color disc 10;

F. the corresponding reading on the pH scale 10 is read, which is the pH of the solution.
