1. A projection device, which is placed on a platform, is characterized by comprising:

a housing disposed on the platform;

the lens is arranged on the shell, projects a first light ray out of the shell, and the first light ray and the platform form a first spot area; and

the light barrier is detachably arranged on the shell and shields part of the first light to limit the first light and the platform to form the first spot area.

2. The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first light beam and the stage form a second speckle region, and the light barrier shields a portion of the first light beam to restrict the first light beam and the stage from forming the second speckle region.

The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an adjustment leg, wherein the housing has an outer surface, the adjustment member is disposed on the outer surface, the adjustment leg is used for adjusting the tilt angle of the housing, and the light barrier is detachably connected to the adjustment leg.

4. The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer surface has a first outer surface and a second outer surface, the first outer surface is connected to the second outer surface, the lens emits the first light beam from the first outer surface to form the first light spot with the platform, the first outer surface is close to the platform, the adjusting pin is disposed on the second outer surface, and the light-blocking plate blocks a portion of the first light beam to limit the first light beam from forming the first light spot with the platform.

The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the outer surface further has a third outer surface, the second outer surface is opposite to the third outer surface, the third outer surface is connected to the first outer surface, the third outer surface is close to the stage, the lens emits the first light beam at the first outer surface to form a second light spot with the stage, and the light blocking plate blocks a portion of the first light beam to limit the first light beam and the stage to form the second light spot.

The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a supporting member detachably disposed on the housing, the supporting member having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, the first end of the supporting member being disposed on the adjusting pin, the light barrier being disposed at the second end of the supporting member, the light barrier being disposed at a light-emitting side of the lens to block a portion of the first light projected by the lens to limit the first light from forming the first spot area with the platform.

7. The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a link member coupled to the light barrier at the second end of the supporting member, wherein the link member is adjusted to move the light barrier along a first plane perpendicular to an axis of light exiting from the lens.

The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the light barrier has a slot, the connecting member passes through the slot to connect the light barrier and the supporting member, and the light barrier is moved to move the connecting member in the slot, so that the light barrier blocks the first light along the slot.

9. The projection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the light barrier is made of a heat-resistant material to block a portion of the first light.

The projection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a side of the housing that is in the same direction as the light-emitting direction of the lens is disposed on the platform, the lens has a first side and a second side, the first side is opposite to the second side, the first side is close to the platform, the second side is away from the platform, and the light-blocking plate is disposed on the first side such that the light-blocking plate blocks the first light beam that is close to the platform to limit the first light beam from irradiating the platform to form the first speckle region.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to projection apparatuses, and particularly to a projection apparatus for shielding light leakage from a lens of the projection apparatus.

Background

At present, projectors are used in various occasions, and generally, the projectors are placed on a desktop to project images or are installed on a ceiling to project images. When the projector is placed on a desktop or arranged on a ceiling, light projected by the projector from the lens has a certain degree of light leakage or stray light outside a picture, and the light leakage can generate an obvious strong light spot on the desktop or the ceiling. The occurrence of intense flare due to light leakage is even more severe if the projector is a high brightness projector. The light leakage phenomenon can cause poor sense of the consumer when using the projector and affect the quality of the whole product, thereby affecting the sale of the projector.

The general method for solving the light leakage is to arrange a light-blocking plastic cover at the lens, and the plastic cover can block the light close to the desktop or the wall surface side, thereby solving the light leakage phenomenon. The plastics cover needs the die sinking alone, and simultaneously because of the high temperature resistance ability not enough of the cover of plastics material, need additionally set up the metal shielding piece in the inboard of plastics cover, the die sinking needs extra expense and additionally sets up the metal shielding piece like this, leads to the die sinking to take time troublesome and with high costs.

Therefore, there is a need to design a new type of projection apparatus to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a projection device, which can solve the problem of light leakage without additionally opening a mould and directly arrange an external light barrier without disassembling the projection device so as to ensure simple operation and cost saving.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a projection apparatus, which is placed on a platform, comprising: a housing disposed on the platform; the lens is arranged on the shell, projects a first light ray out of the shell, and the first light ray and the platform form a first spot area; and the light barrier is detachably arranged on the shell and shields part of the first light to limit the first light and the platform to form the first spot area.

Preferably, the first light and the platform form a second spot area, and the light barrier shields part of the first light to limit the first light and the platform to form the second spot area.

Preferably, the light barrier further comprises an adjusting foot, the housing has an outer surface, the adjusting member is disposed on the outer surface, the adjusting foot is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the housing, and the light barrier is detachably connected to the adjusting foot.

Preferably, the outer surface has a first outer surface and a second outer surface, the first outer surface is connected to the second outer surface, the lens emits the first light beam from the first outer surface to form the first light spot with the platform, the first outer surface is close to the platform, the adjusting pin is disposed on the second outer surface, and the light barrier shields part of the first light beam to limit the first light beam to form the first light spot region with the platform.

Preferably, the outer surface further has a third outer surface, the second outer surface is opposite to the third outer surface, the third outer surface is connected to the first outer surface, the third outer surface is close to the platform, the lens emits the first light beam on the first outer surface to form a second light spot with the platform, and the light barrier shields part of the first light beam to limit the first light beam and the platform to form the second light spot region.

Preferably, the optical module further includes a supporting member detachably disposed on the housing, the supporting member has a first end and a second end, the first end and the second end are opposite to each other, the first end of the supporting member is disposed on the adjusting pin, the light barrier is disposed at the second end of the supporting member, and the light barrier is located at the light-emitting side of the lens to block a portion of the first light projected by the lens to limit the first light to form the first spot area with the platform.

Preferably, the optical module further comprises a connecting member, the connecting member is connected to the light barrier at the second end of the supporting member, and the connecting member is adjusted to move the light barrier so that the light barrier moves along a first plane perpendicular to the light-emitting axial direction of the lens.

Preferably, the light barrier has a hole slot, the connecting member passes through the hole slot to connect the light barrier and the supporting member, and the light barrier is moved to move the connecting member in the hole slot, so that the light barrier blocks the first light along the direction of the hole slot.

Preferably, the light barrier is made of a heat-resistant material to block a part of the first light.

Preferably, one side of the housing, which is in the same direction as the light emitting direction of the lens, is disposed on the platform, the lens has a first side and a second side, the first side is opposite to the second side, the first side is close to the platform, the second side is far away from the platform, and the light barrier is located at the first side to enable the light barrier to shield the first light close to the platform so as to limit the first light to irradiate the platform to form the first spot area.

Compared with the prior art, the projection device provided by the embodiment of the invention is placed on the platform and comprises the shell, the lens and the light barrier, wherein the lens is arranged on the shell, the lens projects the first light to the outside of the shell, the first light and the platform form a first light spot, the light barrier is detachably arranged on the shell, and part of the first light is shielded by the light barrier to limit the first light and the platform to form a first light spot area. When the projection device is arranged on the platform, the detachable light barrier is arranged outside the shell of the projection device, and the light barrier is arranged in front of the lens to shield part of the first light, so that the first light is prevented from irradiating the platform to generate bright spots on the platform, and therefore, the problem of light leakage can be solved without additionally opening a die, and the projection device is directly externally arranged with the light barrier without disassembling, so that the operation is simple and the cost is saved.

Detailed Description

In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a projection apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention. In the projection apparatus 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the projection apparatus 100 is placed on the platform 101, the projection apparatus 100 includes the housing 1, the lens 2 and the light barrier 3, the housing 1 is placed on the platform 101, the lens 2 is disposed on the housing 1, the lens 2 projects the first light 1001 to the outside of the housing 1, the first light 1001 and the platform 101 form the first light spot area a1, the light barrier 3 is detachably disposed on the housing 1, and the light barrier 4 shields a portion of the first light 1001 to limit the first light 1001 and the platform 101 to form the first light spot area a 1.

Referring to fig. 1, a housing 1 is a casing of a projection apparatus 100, a lens 2 is disposed in the housing 1, and the lens 2 projects an image from the housing 1 onto a wall or a screen for a user to watch. In specific implementation, the housing 1 has an outer surface 11, the outer surface 11 of the housing 1 is provided with an adjusting foot 12, the adjusting foot 12 is used for adjusting an inclination angle of the housing 1 to adjust a projection angle of the image projected from the housing 1 by the lens 2, so that a user can conveniently adjust the adjusting foot 12 to see comfortably, and the light barrier 3 is connected to the adjusting foot 12. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a light barrier according to an embodiment of the invention. The light barrier 3 is made of a heat-resistant material, and when the first light ray 1001 projected by the lens 2 partially irradiates the light barrier 3, the light barrier 3 shields part of the first light ray 1001, so that the temperature of the light barrier 3 is increased, and therefore the light barrier 3 is made of the heat-resistant material to prolong the service life of the light barrier 3. The light barrier 3 is designed as an iron part, which can resist high temperature, but not limited to this, depending on the actual situation.

The projection apparatus 100 further includes a supporting member 32, the supporting member 32 is detachably disposed on the housing 1, the supporting member 32 has a first end 321 and a second end 322, the first end 321 and the second end 322 are opposite to each other, the first end 321 of the supporting member 32 is detachably disposed on the adjusting pin 12, the light barrier 3 is disposed at the second end 322 of the supporting member 32, and the light barrier 3 is located on the light-emitting side of the lens 2 to block a portion of the first light 1001 projected by the lens 2 to limit the first light 1001 and the platform 101 to form a first light spot area a 1. The projection apparatus 100 further includes a connecting member 33, the connecting member 33 is connected to the light-blocking plate 3 at the second end 322 of the supporting member 32, and the connecting member 33 is adjusted to move the light-blocking plate 3 so that the light-blocking plate 3 moves along a first plane T1 perpendicular to the light-emitting axis of the lens 2. Specifically, when the projection apparatus 100 has a lens moving function, that is, when the lens 2 can move, the light barrier 3 is adjusted by the connector 33, so that the light barrier 3 moves up, down, left, and right in the first plane T1 perpendicular to the light-emitting axial direction of the lens 2, thereby blocking part of the first light 1001, and solving the problem of light leakage caused by the movement of the lens 2.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view illustrating a projection of a first light ray onto a first plane according to an embodiment of the invention. The first distance from the first plane T1 along the light emitting direction of the lens 2 is a second plane T2, the projection area of the first light ray 1001 on the second plane T2 is a first area S1, the projection area of the first light ray 1001 on the second plane T2 is a second area S2 after the connecting member 33 is adjusted, and the first area S1 is different from the second area S2. Specifically, before the connecting member 33 is not adjusted, the first light ray 1001 passes through the light barrier 3 and then projects a first light spot with a first area S1 on the second plane T2, at this time, the problem of light leakage occurs due to the movement of the lens 2, then the connecting member 33 is adjusted to move the light barrier 3, the light barrier 3 blocks the light leakage after moving, at this time, the first light ray 1001 passes through the light barrier 3 and then projects a second light spot with a second area S2 on the second plane T2, and the first area S1 of the first light spot is different from the second area S2 of the second light spot. In addition, the projection area of the first light ray 1001 on the second plane T2 after the light barrier 3 is removed is the third area S3, the light barrier 3 blocks part of the first light ray 1001 so that the third area S3 becomes the first area S1, and the third area S3 is larger than the first area S1. Specifically, when the light barrier 3 is not disposed, the first light ray 1001 projected by the lens 2 of the projection apparatus 100 projects a third light spot with a third area S3 on the second plane T2, because the third light spot is not affected by the light blocked by the light barrier 3, the third area S3 of the third light spot is larger than the first area S1 of the first light spot, and the light barrier 3 achieves the effect of blocking light leakage.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the light-blocking plate 3 has a hole 34, the connecting member 33 passes through the hole 34 to connect the light-blocking plate 3 with the supporting member 32, and the light-blocking plate 3 is adjusted to move the connecting member 33 in the hole 34, so that the light-blocking plate 3 blocks the first light 1001 along the direction of the hole 34. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connecting member 33 may be a screw, the screw passes through the hole 34 to fixedly connect the light barrier 3 with the supporting member 32, when the light barrier 3 needs to be moved, the screw is loosened to adjust the position of the light barrier 3, the screw slides in the hole 34, and after the position of the light barrier 3 is adjusted, the screw is tightened to fixedly connect the light barrier 3 with the supporting member 32, which is not limited by the screw, depending on the actual situation.

In the embodiment of the present invention, one side of the housing 1, which is in the same direction as the light emitting direction of the lens 2, is disposed on the platform 4, the lens 2 has a first side 21 and a second side 22, the first side 21 is opposite to the second side 22, the first side 21 is close to the platform 4, the second side 22 is far away from the platform 4, and the light barrier 3 is located on the first side 21, so that the light barrier 3 shields the first light 1001 close to the platform 4 to prevent the first light 1001 from irradiating the platform 4 to form the first light spot area a 1. In implementation, when the projection apparatus 100 is disposed on a ceiling or placed on a desktop for projection, because the lens 2 is close to the desktop or the ceiling, when the projection apparatus 100 is a high-brightness projector, the first light 1001 projected by the lens 2 can make the first light 1001 irradiate on the ceiling or the desktop due to the light leakage phenomenon, so that the bright spot irradiated on the ceiling or the desktop affects the experience effect of the user, the light barrier 3 can shield the first light 1001 close to the platform 4 to prevent the first light 1001 from irradiating the ceiling or the desktop, thereby solving the problem that the first light 1001 irradiates on the ceiling or the desktop due to the light leakage phenomenon, and improving the experience effect of the user.

In the embodiment of the present invention, one end of the light barrier 3 extends along the direction opposite to the light emitting direction of the lens 2, so that the light barrier 3 blocks part of the first light 1001. Specifically, one end of the light barrier 3 is bent toward the lens 2, so that the light barrier can be better used for blocking the first light ray 1001 close to the platform 4 to prevent the first light ray 1001 from irradiating the platform 4.

In the embodiment of the invention, the projection angle range of the first light 1001 is the first projection angle B1, the light barrier 3 shields a part of the first light 1001 to change the projection angle range of the first light 1001 into the second projection angle B2, and the first projection angle B1 is greater than the second projection angle B2. For example, the projection angle range of the first light ray 1001 projected by the lens 2 is 50 °, and the included angle between the first light ray 1001 and the platform 4 is-25 ° to 25 °; after the first light ray 1001 passes through the light barrier 3 to block part of the first light ray 1001, the projection angle range of the first light ray 1001 is changed to 48 °, the included angle between the first light ray 1001 and the platform 4 is-23 ° to 25 °, and the projection angle range is for illustration and not limited thereto.
