The invention relates to a mulching film recycling machine, in particular to a mulching film recycling machine capable of recycling a whole mulching film completely.

Background

The ground covering film (mulching film) has the effects of improving soil humidity, maintaining soil moisture, preventing insect damage, killing weeds, inhibiting salt and protecting seedlings, and can promote plant growth, and is made of Polyethylene (PE). The mulching film covered in the field can effectively promote the growth of crops, and if the mulching film is not cleaned in time, the mulching film made of PE material is difficult to degrade after being left in soil, so that the mulching film can cause pollution and damage to the soil, is not beneficial to maintaining the soil structure and is not beneficial to the growth of later-period crops; therefore, the mulching film needs to be recycled.

For the mulching film only used for raising the seedlings, the mulching film can be recycled after being recovered if the quality of the mulching film is good enough because the mulching film is not damaged. For the mulching film made of PE material with large thickness on the market, the mulching film can be recycled for 3-5 times, so that the cost of mulching film seedling is reduced, and the pollution to soil can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a front view, a rear view, a left view, a right view, a top view and a perspective view of the mulching film reclaimer of the present invention are respectively given, and fig. 7 and 8 are respectively given a perspective view of the mulching film reclaimer of the present invention, the shown mulching film reclaimer is composed of a frame 1, a suspension seat 2, a traveling wheel 17, a mulching film scooping mechanism and a mulching film automatic winding mechanism, the frame 1 plays a role of fixing and supporting, the suspension seat 2 is fixed on the frame 1, and the suspension seat 2 is used for connecting with a traction machine. Both sides of frame 1 below all are provided with walking wheel 17 for realize the walking of whole plastic film recovery machine through walking wheel 17's rotation. The mulching film shoveling mechanism is used for shoveling mulching films buried in soil on two sides, and the automatic mulching film winding mechanism is used for rolling up the shoveled mulching films to realize automatic recovery of the mulching films.

The mulching film shoveling mechanism comprises a plough piece 3 and two plough legs 4, wherein the plough piece 3 is positioned at the front end below the rack 1, the plough piece 3 is arranged in a mode that a cutting edge faces forwards, two ends of the plough piece 3 are fixedly connected with the rack 1 through the plough legs 4, and the plough piece 3 is basically in a horizontal state. Therefore, the mulching films with two sides embedded into the soil can be shoveled in the process that the plough blades 3 move along with the frame 1.

The automatic mulching film winding mechanism comprises a left winding drum 5, a right winding drum 6, a left longitudinal beam 7, a right longitudinal beam 8, a left oil cylinder 9, a right oil cylinder 10, a left hydraulic motor 11, a right hydraulic motor 12 and a gearbox 15, wherein the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6 are both conical with thick outer ends and thin inner ends, winding drum shafts 13 are fixed at the center positions of the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6, the winding drum shafts 13 of the left winding drum 5 are fixed at the rear end of the left longitudinal beam 7 through bearings and bearing seats 14, and the winding drum shafts 13 of the right winding drum 6 are fixed at the rear end of the right longitudinal beam 8 through bearings and bearing seats 14, so that the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6 can rotate along with the rotation of the winding drum shafts 13.

Thus, when the telescopic rods of the left oil cylinder 9 and the right oil cylinder 10 are in an extended state, the inner end of the left winding drum 5 and the inner end of the right winding drum 6 are forced to be pressed against each other, so that the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6 synchronously rotate under the driving action of the left hydraulic motor 11 and the right hydraulic motor 12. When the telescopic rods of the left oil cylinder 9 and the right oil cylinder 10 retract, the mulching films wound on the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6 can be detached.

A person standing platform 40 is fixed on one side of the frame 1, two protection rods 41 are fixed above the person standing platform 40, and the tail ends of the two protection rods 41 are connected through a protection rope 42; in this way, protection of the operator standing on the people-standing platform 40 can be achieved by the limiting action of the guard bar 41 and the guard cable 42. A speed regulating valve 43 is arranged on one side of the standing platform 40, the left hydraulic motor 11 and the right hydraulic motor 12 are supplied with oil through the speed regulating valve 43, and an operating handle for controlling the rotating speeds of the left hydraulic motor and the right hydraulic motor is arranged on the speed regulating valve 43, so that an operator standing on the standing platform 40 can control the mulching film winding speed of the left winding drum 5 and the mulching film winding speed of the right winding drum 6 by controlling the operating handle on the speed regulating valve 43. The left oil cylinder 9 and the right oil cylinder 10 are supplied with oil through the same hydraulic synchronous valve so as to ensure the synchronous movement of the left oil cylinder 9 and the right oil cylinder 10.

As shown in figures 9 and 10, the plough blade and the plough leg part are shown in a three-dimensional view, the plough blade 3 is composed of a central V-shaped plough blade 24 and two side plough blades 25, the central V-shaped plough blade 24 is positioned in the middle, the cutting edges are forward, the two side plough blades 25 are fixed on two sides of the central V-shaped plough blade 24, the cutting edges are also forward, a first connecting seat 22 is fixed on the machine frame 1 above the two side plough blades 25, two lug plates 23 are fixed below the first connecting seat 22, the side plough blades 25 are fixed with the lower ends of the plough legs 4, the upper ends of the plough legs 4 extend into the space between the two lug plates 23, the upper ends of the plough legs 4 are connected with the two lug plates through thick bolts 26 and thin bolts 27, the thin bolts 27 are positioned above the thick bolts 26, and the diameter of the thin bolts 27 is smaller than that of the thick bolts 26. Thus, when the plow blade 3 encounters hardened soil or stones during traveling to cause excessive resistance, the upper thin bolt 27 is cut off, so that the plow blade 3 rotates around the thick bolt 26, and the plow blade 3 is protected.

Two backward guide rods 21 are fixed on the plough blades 25 on both sides, and the height of each guide rod 21 is gradually increased from front to back, so that the mulching films shoveled by the plough blades 3 can be conveyed towards the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6, and simultaneously, the carried soil can leak out from the holes between the guide rods 21.

As shown in fig. 11, which shows a cross-sectional view of the left reel and the right reel, the outer ends of the left reel 5 and the right reel 6 are provided with circular baffles 19, and the baffles 19 limit the mulching films wound on the left reel 5 and the right reel 6. An outer conical surface joint 28 is fixed at the inner end of the right winding drum 6, an inner conical surface joint 29 is fixed at the inner end of the left winding drum 5, and the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6 which are close to each other are inserted into the inner conical surface joint 29 through the outer conical surface joint 28 to realize connection so as to ensure that the left winding drum 5 and the right winding drum 6 synchronously rotate.

The depth of the shoveled soil of the plough blade 3 is controlled by the height of the traveling wheel 17, as shown in fig. 12, a structural diagram of the connection between the traveling wheel and the frame is provided, the traveling wheel 17 is connected with the lower end of the lifting rod 18 through an L-shaped connecting plate 31, the sleeve 30 is fixed on the frame 1 in the vertical direction, the lifting rod 18 is inserted into the sleeve 30, a plurality of corresponding adjusting holes 32 are respectively arranged on the sleeve 30 and the lifting rod 18, and the sleeve 30 is connected with the lifting rod 18 through bolts inserted into the adjusting holes. Therefore, the height of the travelling wheel 17 can be adjusted by changing the corresponding positions of the lifting rod 18 and the adjusting hole 32 on the sleeve 30, and the soil shoveling depth of the plough blade 3 can be further adjusted.

Usually, both sides of the mulching film are buried in the soil, the middle part of the mulching film is fixed by adopting an interval soil pressing mode, so that the mulching film is conveniently shoveled from the soil without damaging the mulching film, the cutting discs 20 are arranged on both sides of the lower part of the shown rack 1, and the cutting discs 20 are used for cutting channels with enough depth on both sides of the mulching film. Referring to fig. 13, which shows a structure diagram of the connection between the cutting disc and the frame according to the present invention, a second connecting seat 33 is fixed on the frame 1 above the cutting disc 20, the center of the cutting disc 20 is fixed at the lower end of two connecting plates 34, and the upper ends of the two connecting plates 34 are hinged to the second connecting seat 33.

The second connecting seat 33 is hinged with an L-shaped lug 38, and the lower end of the connecting plate 34 is connected with the L-shaped lug 38 through a lifting adjusting rod 35; the lifting adjusting rod 35 is composed of an outer cylinder 36 and an inner rod 37, the upper end of the outer cylinder 36 is fixed on an L-shaped lug 38, the inner rod 37 is inserted into the inner cavity of the outer cylinder 36, the lower end of the inner rod 37 is hinged with the lower end of the connecting plate 34, and fastening bolts 39 for positioning the inner rod 37 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer cylinder 36. Thus, by changing the position of the inner rod 37 in the outer cylinder 36, the height of the cutting disk 20 can be adjusted.
