The invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the invention, by additionally arranging the feeding assembly, the output end of the motor can drive the guide block to rotate when seeding and blanking are performed, when the opening of the storage tank on the guide block is upward, crop seeds are received in the storage tank, the guide block continues to rotate, when the opening of the storage tank is downward, the seeds can automatically fall from the storage tank into the ditch, so that the operations of receiving and blanking are continued, the uniformity of crop seed blanking can be effectively ensured, and the phenomenon that the seeds are pricked and piled to fall is avoided.

(2) According to the invention, by additionally arranging the height adjusting assembly and the angle adjusting assembly, when the distance between the plowshare and the frame and the angle of the plowshare need to be adjusted, convenient and quick adjustment is realized.

(3) The invention has the advantages of reasonable structure, reliable performance, small investment, low cost, convenient use, large seeding range and capability of effectively shortening the seeding period, and the operation depth and the seeding amount can be conveniently adjusted, so the invention has wide adaptability and is not easy to be eliminated.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

A seeding machine for agricultural planting is shown in figures 1-6 and comprises a movable trolley 1 and at least one group of seeding mechanisms arranged on the movable trolley 1; in the present embodiment, four sets of the sowing mechanisms are provided.

The seeding mechanism comprises a ditching assembly 2, a storage box 3, a feeding assembly 4 and a seeding pipe 5, wherein the storage box 3 is arranged on the movable trolley 1, and seeds are stored through the storage box 3; the seeding pipe 5 is also installed on the travelling car 1 to be connected with the storage box 3 through the feed subassembly 4, transmit the seed in the storage box 3 to the seeding pipe 5 through the feed subassembly 4 in, and in the ditch groove with the leading-in farmland of seed through the seeding pipe 5. The ditching component 2 is arranged on the movable trolley 1 and is positioned in front of the advancing direction of the seeding pipe 5, and ditching is carried out on the farmland by utilizing the ditching component 2.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, the ditching assembly 2 comprises a height adjusting mechanism 21, an angle adjusting mechanism 22 and a plowshare 23 with a ditching tip, wherein the upper end of the height adjusting mechanism 21 is fixedly mounted on the mobile trolley 1, the lower end of the height adjusting mechanism is provided with the angle adjusting mechanism 22, and the plowshare 23 is mounted on the angle adjusting mechanism 22. The height position of the plowshare 23 is adjusted by the height adjusting mechanism 21, and the ditching angle of the plowshare 23 is adjusted by the angle adjusting mechanism 22. Further, the plowshare 23 can be adjusted to the optimal ditching position according to the actual situation of the field. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the height adjusting mechanism 21 includes a fixing rod 211, an adjusting lever 212, and a first locking member 213, and a sliding groove is provided in the fixing rod 211 to be engaged with the adjusting lever 212 such that the adjusting lever 212 can vertically move in the sliding groove. The fixing rod 211 is provided with at least one first fixing hole 214, and the adjusting rod 212 is provided with a plurality of first adjusting holes 215. In the present embodiment, two first fixing holes 214 are provided. Of course, the first fixing holes 214 are not limited to one or two, and may be three or more. When the device is used, the adjusting rod 212 is moved up and down, the plowshare 23 is adjusted to a target height, the first fixing hole 214 and the corresponding first adjusting hole 215 are aligned, and the first locking piece 213 is inserted to complete the locking of the fixing rod 211 and the adjusting rod 212, so that the height adjustment of the plowshare 23 is realized. The first fixing hole 214, the first adjusting hole 215 and the first locking member 213 can be combined in various ways.

When the first fixing hole 214 and the first adjusting hole 215 are both screw holes, the first locking member 213 is a fixing bolt; that is, the fixing bolt is screw-engaged with both the first fixing hole 214 and the first adjusting hole 215. When the first fixing hole 214 is a light hole and the first adjusting hole 215 is a screw hole, the first locking member 213 is also a fixing bolt; that is, when locked, the fixing bolt passes through the first fixing hole 214 and then is threadedly engaged with the first adjusting hole 215. When the first fixing hole 214 and the first adjusting hole 215 are both unthreaded holes, the first locking member 213 may be a bolt, and the first fixing hole 214 and the first adjusting hole 215 on both sides are connected by the bolt to complete locking; of course, the first locking member 213 may also be a fixing bolt and nut combination; that is, the fixing bolt is inserted from the first fixing hole 214 of one side, passes through the first adjusting hole 215 and protrudes from the first fixing hole 214 of the other side, and then the nut is mounted on the fixing bolt, thereby completing the locking of the fixing rod 211 and the adjusting rod 212.

The angle adjusting mechanism 22 comprises a fixing plate 221, a baffle plate 222 and a second locking piece 223, wherein the fixing plate 221 is installed on the height adjusting mechanism 21, the baffle plate 222 is respectively arranged at two sides of the fixing plate 221 to form an area for installing the plowshare 23, the plowshare 23 is installed between the two baffle plates 222 through a rotating shaft, and two ends of the rotating shaft are installed on the baffle plate 222. The baffle 222 is provided with a second fixing hole 224, and the plowshare 23 is provided with a plurality of second adjusting holes 225; the number of the second fixing holes 224 is not limited to the number, and may be one, two or more; in the present embodiment, the number of the second fixing holes 224 is set to five. In use, after the plowshare 23 is adjusted to a target angle, the second locking piece 223 is used to connect the second fixing hole 224 and the corresponding second adjusting hole 225. The second fixing hole 224, the second adjusting hole 225 and the second locking member 223 have various combinations.

When the second fixing hole 224 and the second adjusting hole 225 are both screw holes, the second locking member 223 is a fixing bolt; that is, the fixing bolt is simultaneously screw-engaged with the second fixing hole 224 and the second adjusting hole 225. When the second fixing hole 224 is a light hole and the second adjusting hole 225 is a screw hole, the second locking member 223 is also a fixing bolt; that is, when locked, the fixing bolt passes through the second fixing hole 224 and then is screw-engaged with the second adjustment hole 225. When the second fixing hole 224 and the second adjusting hole 225 are both unthreaded holes, the second locking member 223 may be a bolt, and the bolt connects the second fixing hole 224 and the second adjusting hole 225 on both sides to complete locking; of course, the second locking member 223 may also be a fixing bolt and nut combination; that is, the fixing bolt is inserted from the second fixing hole 224 of one side, passes through the second adjusting hole 225 and protrudes from the second fixing hole 224 of the other side, and then the nut is mounted on the fixing bolt, thereby completing the locking of the fixing rod 221 and the adjusting rod 222.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, the mobile cart 1 includes a frame 11 and at least four road wheels 12 mounted on the bottom of the frame 11 in an array.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-6, the mobile cart 1 is provided with a mounting plate 13 at one end thereof, and the mounting plate 13 is provided with mounting holes for connecting with a towing device. So as to be connected with the traction equipment and drive the movable trolley to move through the traction equipment.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the feeding assembly 4 includes a housing 41, a material guiding block 42 and a motor 43, the material guiding block 42 is a cylindrical structure, at least one material storage slot 44 is concavely formed on a side wall of the material guiding block 42, a mounting cavity matched with the material guiding block 42 is arranged inside the housing 41, a material inlet and a material outlet connected with the material storage box 3 and the seeding tube 5 are arranged on the housing 41, and the motor 43 is connected with the material guiding block 42 and drives the material guiding block 42 to rotate. When the seeding unloading, motor 43 output can drive guide block 42 and rotate, and when the stock chest 44 opening on guide block 42 upwards, accept the crop seed in the stock chest 44, along with guide block 42 continues to rotate, when the stock chest 44 opening is downward, the seed can follow the automatic ditch that gets into through seeding pipe 5 that falls down in the stock chest 44, so continuously connect the material unloading operation, can effectively guarantee the homogeneity of crop seed unloading, avoid pricking the heap and fall down. In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the motor 43 is externally provided with a protective cover, and the protective cover is provided with heat dissipation holes.
