Background

The defect filter detection mode adopted by the current cigarette making machine has large limitation, for example, the ZJ17 type cigarette making machine can only detect whether a 50mm double-length filter passes through a converging drum and then eliminates the filter. the optical fiber sensor is used for sensing the double-length filter tip to be detected and outputting a target object signal to the cigarette making machine controller;

the cigarette making machine controller is used for sending a trigger signal to the visual acquisition device to enable the visual acquisition device to acquire an image of a double-length filter tip to be detected, and sending a rejection instruction signal to the rejection mechanism to enable the rejection mechanism to act;

the vision acquisition device is used for sending an image signal of a double-length filter tip to be detected to the cigarette making machine controller for defect detection;

the light supplementing device is used for supplementing illumination for the vision acquisition device, and the light supplementing power supply is used for supplying power for the light supplementing device.
