7. A smart gun and bullet tank according to claim 1 or 6, wherein said identity tag reader (5) is a radio frequency reader configured for reading gun identity tags including radio frequency electronic tags.

8. A bullet management method based on the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet in claim 7, which comprises business process management; the business process management comprises the following steps:

firstly, a remote server sends authorization information to a designated intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, wherein the authorization information comprises two personnel information of taking or returning a bullet, gun identity information of a long gun (4) and ammunition information;

secondly, two authorized personnel click a touch screen (15) on the cabinet door (1) to perform identity authentication, and meanwhile, the alcohol smell detector (14) automatically performs alcohol drinking detection, wherein the identity authentication method is to perform face recognition by using a pinhole camera (11) and/or vein line recognition by using a finger vein recognition terminal (12);

thirdly, when an authorized person takes the gun ammunition, after the condition that the drunken operation does not exist is identified and confirmed through identity authentication, clicking a conventional button on a touch screen (15), opening a cabinet door (1), and opening a gun lock (7) and an ammunition magazine (3) corresponding to the authorization information in the cabinet body (2);

if an authorized person meets duress when taking the bullet, after the condition that the drunk operation does not exist is confirmed through identity authentication, a 'gun out' button on the touch screen (15) is clicked, the cabinet door (1) is not opened, the touch screen (15) displays an 'equipment fault', the processor of the control terminal sends a cabinet sealing instruction, instruction information of the touch screen (15) is not executed, and meanwhile the processor of the control terminal sends alarm information to a remote server;

The method as claimed in claim 8 or 9, wherein the control terminal of the integrated intelligent bullet cabinet sends a heartbeat packet to the remote server at a certain time interval, and if the remote server cannot receive the heartbeat packet sent by an integrated intelligent bullet cabinet, the integrated intelligent bullet cabinet is determined to be disconnected.

With the continuous development and scientific progress of the economic society of China, the pace of informatization construction of security systems and armies (and public security systems) is increasing, and the fields all step into the stage of modernized management. The invention patent of CN105676733B relates to an intelligent bullet cabinet management and control system, which comprises: the system comprises a host module, a control module, a first power supply module, a network camera module, a voice and alarm module, a fingerprint module, a magazine control module, a gun lock control module, a cabinet door control module, a router module, a web client and a database server; wherein the first power module includes: a switching power supply and a storage battery; the first output of the switch power supply charges the storage battery, and the second output of the switch power supply supplies power to the control module; when the control module supplies power through the second output, the storage battery is charged through the first output; and when the control module does not supply power through the second output, the storage battery supplies power to the control module. The intelligent bullet management and control system can greatly improve the intelligent management and control level of the bullet cabinet, improve the real-time performance of information and improve the safety and reliability of identity recognition.

The invention can not confirm the identity information of the gun returned to the gun and bullet cabinet, can not position the gun, can not find the ammunition which is not taken out in the gun, can not deal with the situation that the gun taking personnel is stressed, and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an intelligent bullet integrated cabinet and a bullet management method, aiming at the problems that the existing intelligent bullet cabinet control system can not confirm the identity information of guns returning to a bullet cabinet, can not position the guns, can not find the unextracted ammunition in the guns and can not deal with the condition that a gun taking person is stressed.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an intelligent bullet integrated cabinet comprises a cabinet door, a cabinet body and a backup power supply, wherein a control terminal is installed on the cabinet door, the control terminal comprises a processor, a storage, a communication device, a touch screen and an identity authentication device, and the processor is in communication connection with a remote server through the communication device; the identity authentication device is in communication connection with the processor;

the multifunctional charging cabinet is characterized in that a plurality of magazine magazines are arranged above the cabinet body, a plurality of long gun fixing frames are arranged below the cabinet body, each long gun fixing frame comprises a gun seat, a gun lock and an upper gun rest, each gun seat comprises an upper transmitting end of a wireless charging device and a lower weighing sensor, and the input end of the transmitting end of the wireless charging device is electrically connected with an external power supply;

A bullet management method based on the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet comprises business process management; the business process management comprises the following steps:

step one, a remote server sends authorization information to a designated intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, wherein the authorization information comprises two personnel information of taking or returning a bullet, gun identity information of a long gun and ammunition information;

step two, authorized personnel click a touch screen on a cabinet door to perform identity authentication, and the alcohol smell detector automatically performs alcohol drinking detection, wherein the identity authentication method is to perform face recognition by using a pinhole camera and/or perform vein line recognition by using a finger vein recognition terminal;

when the authorized person takes the gun ammunition, after the condition that the drunk operation does not exist is identified and confirmed, clicking a conventional button on the touch screen, opening the cabinet door, and opening the gun lock and the ammunition magazine corresponding to the authorized information in the cabinet body;

if the authorized person is stressed, after the condition that the drunk operation does not exist is confirmed through identity authentication, a 'gun out' button on a touch screen is clicked when a gun bullet is taken, a cabinet door is not opened, the touch screen displays an 'equipment fault', a processor of a control terminal sends a cabinet sealing instruction, instruction information of the touch screen is not executed any more, and meanwhile the processor of the control terminal sends alarm information to a remote server;

when the authorized person returns the gun ammunition, after passing the identity authentication, clicking a conventional button on the touch screen, opening the cabinet door, opening the gun lock and the magazine corresponding to the authorization information in the cabinet body, and locking the gun lock and the magazine corresponding to the authorization information after closing the cabinet door, wherein if the authorized person has the phenomenon of drunk operation, the drunk operation information is sent to the remote server through the communication device;

after the remote server receives alarm information sent by the control terminal processor and used for an authorized person to encounter coercion, the remote server sends alarm information to the authorized person, the authorized person carries out alarm processing, and after the processing is finished, the authorized person sends a cabinet sealing removing instruction to the control terminal through the remote server;

when finding that the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet is disconnected with a certain intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, the remote server sends alarm information to authorized personnel, and the authorized personnel check and process the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet which is disconnected;

when an identity tag reader in the cabinet body reads a gun identity tag and finds an error, or the output value of a weighing sensor exceeds a set range, or the position output by a positioning device of a long gun entering the cabinet is not in the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, a processor of the control terminal sends alarm information to a remote server; the remote server sends alarm information to authorized personnel, and the authorized personnel check and process the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet.

Preferably, the control terminal of the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet sends a heartbeat packet to the remote server at a certain interval, and if the remote server cannot receive the heartbeat packet sent by a certain intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet is judged to be disconnected.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: (1) an identity tag reader is installed in the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, can read the gun identity tag on the long gun, and sends alarm information in time if the identity tag reader reads the gun identity tag and finds errors;

(2) the gun seat of the long gun fixing frame comprises a transmitting end of a wireless charging device and a weighing sensor, and when the long gun is placed on the gun seat, a rechargeable power supply in the long gun can be charged, so that the rechargeable power supply can continuously supply power to the positioning device; the control terminal receives and records the position information output by the positioning device; if the output value of the weighing sensor exceeds the set range, the control terminal sends alarm information to a remote server, and the situation that bullets are left in the long gun or the long gun has a problem is described;

(3) when authorized personnel take the gun bullet, if the authorized personnel are stressed, the cabinet can be sealed and the alarm can be given to a remote server by clicking a 'gun-out' button on the touch screen, and meanwhile, the authorized personnel cannot be irritated and stressed;

(4) the operation of taking the gun bullet after drinking by authorized personnel is avoided; the drunken authorized personnel still can return the bullet, but the drunken bullet information is sent to the remote server, so that the potential safety hazard is avoided, and the post-processing is facilitated;

(5) a complete abnormal condition handling management method is established, and when a remote server receives alarm information or finds that a certain intelligent bullet integrated cabinet is disconnected, the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet is dealt with by a scientific and reasonable handling method.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and thus the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure.

Example 1

The invention is further described with reference to fig. 1-5, and the technical solution adopted by the invention to solve the technical problem is as follows:

an intelligent bullet integrated cabinet is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a cabinet door 1, a cabinet body 2 and a backup power supply, wherein a control terminal is installed on the cabinet door 1 and comprises a processor, a storage, a communication device, a touch screen 15 and an identity authentication device, and the processor is in communication connection (remote wireless connection) with a remote server through the communication device; the identity authentication device is in communication connection (signal line connection) with the processor.

As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 5, the upper portion is a plurality of magazine 3 in the cabinet body 2, and the below is a plurality of long rifle mounts, and the long rifle mount includes that the rifle seat 6, rifle lock 7 (electron ring shape rifle lock) and the rifle of top lean on, and the rifle seat 6 includes wireless charging device's of top launch terminal 61 (launch terminal resonance coil) and the weighing sensor 62 of below, and wireless charging device's launch terminal 61's input electric connection external power source.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a positioning device, a rechargeable power supply and a receiving end (receiving end resonance coil) of a wireless charging device are installed in a stock of a long gun 4, and a transmitting end 61 of the wireless charging device and the receiving end of the wireless charging device are matched to transmit energy through inductive coupling; the output end of the rechargeable power supply is electrically connected with the power supply end of the positioning device, and the receiving end of the wireless charging device is electrically connected with the rechargeable power supply; gun identity label (embedded) is installed on the long gun 4, and identity label reader 5 is installed at the corresponding position of the inner side of the cabinet body 2 and the gun identity label.

The outputs of the identity tag reader 5 and the load cell 62 are communicatively connected to the processor.

The communication device is a 5G communication module (MH 5000).

As shown in fig. 2, the identity authentication device is a pinhole camera 11 and a finger vein recognition terminal 12.

As shown in fig. 2, the control terminal further includes an alcohol smell detector 14 and a sound 13, an output end of the alcohol smell detector 14 is connected with the processor in a communication mode (signal line connection), and an input end of the sound 13 is connected with the processor in a communication mode (signal line connection).

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the gun lock 7 locks the trigger guard of the long gun 4; an infrared camera 8 is installed at the upper end in the cabinet body 2.

The positioning device is a Beidou positioner, and the positioning device is in communication connection with a processor of the control terminal (the processor is provided with corresponding APP software) through an SIM card.

The gun identity tag is a radio frequency electronic tag, and the identity tag reader 5 is a radio frequency reader.

Example 2

The difference between this example and example 1 is: the identity authentication device is a finger vein recognition terminal 12; the positioning device is a GPS positioner.

A bullet management method comprises business process management; the business process management comprises the following steps:

step one, a remote server sends authorization information to a designated intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, wherein the authorization information comprises two personnel information (head portrait and/or vein lines) of a bullet, a long gun 4 and ammunition information (the information of a bullet bin 3 where the long gun 4 is located);

step two, authorized personnel click the touch screen 15 on the cabinet door 1 to perform identity authentication, and the alcohol smell detector 14 automatically performs alcohol drinking detection, wherein the identity authentication method is to perform face recognition by using the pinhole camera 11 and/or perform vein line recognition by using the finger vein recognition terminal 12;

thirdly, when an authorized person takes the gun ammunition, after the condition that the drunken operation does not exist is identified and confirmed through identity authentication, clicking a conventional button on the touch screen 15, opening the cabinet door 1, and opening the gun lock 7 and the ammunition magazine 3 corresponding to the authorization information in the cabinet body 2; the infrared camera 8 monitors the gun bullet taking process in real time, and video data are stored in the control terminal for a certain time;

if the authorized person is stressed, after the condition that the drunk operation does not exist is confirmed through identity authentication, a 'gun-out' button on the touch screen 15 is clicked when a gun bullet is taken, the cabinet door 1 is not opened, the touch screen 15 displays an 'equipment fault', a processor of the control terminal sends a cabinet sealing instruction, instruction information of the touch screen 15 is not executed, and meanwhile the processor of the control terminal sends alarm information to a remote server;

when the authorized person returns the gun and the bullet, after identity authentication, a conventional button on the touch screen 15 is clicked, the cabinet door 1 is opened, the gun lock 7 and the bullet cabin 3 corresponding to the authorization information in the cabinet body 2 are opened, the gun lock 7 and the bullet cabin 3 corresponding to the authorization information are locked after the cabinet door 1 is closed, and if the authorized person has a phenomenon of operation after drinking, the operation information after drinking is sent to a remote server through a communication device;

and fourthly, finishing the operation of taking or returning the bullet by authorized personnel, closing the cabinet door 1, and locking the cabinet door 1 under the control of a processor of the control terminal (the opening and closing state of the cabinet door 1 is detected to be the prior art, and if the control terminal detects that the cabinet door 1 is closed, controlling the lockset to lock the cabinet door 1).

when the identity tag reader 5 in the cabinet body 2 reads a gun identity tag and finds an error (the gun has a problem or the gun identity tag is damaged), or the output value of the weighing sensor 62 exceeds a set range (the gun has a problem or ammunition still exists on the long gun 4), or the output position of the positioning device of the long gun 4 entering the cabinet (the identity tag reader 5 reads the gun identity tag) is not in the intelligent gun and ammunition integrated cabinet, the processor of the control terminal sends alarm information to a remote server; the remote server sends alarm information to authorized personnel, and the authorized personnel check and process the intelligent gun and bullet integrated cabinet (check videos shot by the infrared camera 8, the moving track of the long gun 4, whether bullets are left in the long gun 4 in the cabinet, the gun identity label of the long gun 4, whether the long gun 4 has problems, and the like).

The control terminal of the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet sends a heartbeat packet to the remote server at a certain interval, and if the remote server cannot receive the heartbeat packet sent by the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet, the intelligent bullet integrated cabinet is judged to be disconnected.
