The invention relates to the field of medical instruments in stomatology, in particular to a multifunctional mouth mirror which has the functions of illumination and amplification and can be fixed on a dental handpiece.

Background

The mouth mirror is one of the most common instruments used in the oral cavity diagnosis and treatment process. In a patient's mouth, the field of view under direct vision is often limited, and the dentist needs to use an oral mirror to observe the conditions in the patient's mouth and perform the treatment.

The existing mouth mirror is mainly of a structure that a long mirror handle is connected with a mirror surface, and helps a doctor to obtain a visual field which cannot be seen under direct vision in the process of preparing a tooth body by the doctor. Because the space in the mouth is limited, when a tooth body is prepared at certain tooth positions, the placement of the mouth mirror is limited, and the mouth mirror cannot be placed at an ideal position, so that a doctor cannot well see the conditions in the mouth. Particularly, when the second molar tooth body in the upper jaw is prepared, the far middle surface of the tooth body becomes a blind area of a visual field, and after a dental handpiece is placed in the tooth, the mouth mirror cannot be placed in the far middle area of the tooth due to the limited space, so that a doctor can obtain a good visual field, and the doctor can only operate the tooth by experience and feeling. In addition, the doctor needs to rely on a light source outside the mouth for illumination, and the angle of the light is difficult to control. Both of these factors add to the difficulty of treatment for the physician.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a novel mouth mirror which can be fixed on a dental handpiece and has the functions of illumination and amplification.

The technical problem of the invention is solved by the following scheme:

the mouth mirror is composed of a mirror part and a supporting part. The mirror part is connected with the support part through insertion.

The main body of the support part is in a ring shape, and the height of the ring is 0.5 cm-0.8 cm. An opening is arranged below the circular ring to form two clamping arms. The support part is fixed on the head of the dental handpiece through clamping. The material of the support part has certain elasticity and provides slight deformation required by clamping. The central angle corresponding to the opening of the circular ring is 60-160 degrees. The front side surface of the circular ring extends forwards, the diameter of the circular ring is gradually reduced to form a funnel shape, and the shape of the funnel shape is consistent with that of the head of the dental handpiece. The upper part of the circular ring is upwards protruded and is in a handle shape, and the length of the protrusion is 0.3 cm-0.5 cm. The mirror handle is connected with the mirror support and viewed from the side, and an obtuse angle is formed between the mirror handle and the mirror support. The mirror handle is in a long strip shape, the inside of the mirror handle is communicated, the inside of the mirror handle contains the lighting circuit and the battery bin, and the battery provides a power supply for the lighting circuit. The mirror handle rear side, the one side that mirror handle and mirror support back link to each other promptly has the battery compartment opening, and the battery compartment opening has the storehouse lid to seal, and storehouse lid inside edge has the sealing strip, prevents that water smoke from getting into the battery compartment. The front side of the mirror handle, namely the side of the mirror handle connected with the mirror surface, is provided with a switch for controlling the opening and closing of the lighting circuit. The mirror part is an anterior tooth mirror and a posterior tooth mirror, and all the components are the same. The difference lies in that: the diameter of the mirror surface of the anterior tooth mirror is 1.5 cm-3 cm, the length of the mirror handle is 1.5 cm-3 cm, and the angle formed by the mirror handle and the mirror surface is 90-135 degrees; the diameter of the mirror surface of the rear tooth mirror is 1 cm-2 cm, the length of the mirror handle is 1 cm-2 cm, and the angle formed by the mirror handle and the mirror surface is 105-150 degrees.

By adopting the scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable progress:

1. the support part can be fixed on the dental handpiece, so that the quantity of instruments which are required to be held by a clinician is reduced, and the support part is convenient for the clinician to use in the treatment of tooth preparation and the like.

2. The invention has small volume, can fully utilize the space in the mouth and eliminate the visual field blind area under direct vision.

3. Because the LED lamp beads are arranged on the mirror part, the operation area can be illuminated, and the assistance of an external light source is not needed.

4. The mirror part lens is a concave mirror, so that the imaging can be amplified, a doctor can observe an operation area more clearly, and fine operation can be performed.

5. Because the socket at the joint of the lens part and the support part adopts the regular prism design, the angle of the mouth mirror can be conveniently adjusted by a doctor, and meanwhile, the position of the mouth mirror can be fixed so as not to cause slipping and rotation.

6. The invention provides the front dental mirror and the rear dental mirror, which are suitable for different areas of dental arches, are convenient to replace and improve the working efficiency.

In order to further explain the technical scheme of the invention, the invention is explained by the specific embodiment with the attached drawings:

referring to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 1, a novel mouth mirror is composed of a mirror part (1) and a support part (2).

The main body of the support part (2) is annular, and the height of the annular is 0.5 cm-0.8 cm. An opening is arranged below the circular ring to form two clamping arms (3). The support part is fixed on the head of the dental handpiece through clamping. The front side surface of the circular ring extends forwards, the diameter of the circular ring is gradually reduced to form a funnel shape, and the shape of the funnel shape is consistent with that of the head of the dental handpiece. When the dental handpiece is used by a doctor, the support part (2) is clamped on the head of the dental handpiece and is fixed through the clamping function of the support part (2). A regular prism-shaped plug (11) is arranged at the lower end of the mirror handle (5) and is connected with the socket (4), and the shape of the regular prism-shaped plug is the same as that of the support part groove (10). When the glasses are used, the plug (11) is inserted into the support part groove (10) to connect and fix the glasses part (1) and the support part (2). In addition, the plug (11) can be inserted into the groove (10) at different angles, so that the angle of the mouth mirror can be adjusted, and observation is facilitated.

The rear side of the mirror handle (5), namely the side of the mirror handle connected with the back of the mirror support (6), is provided with a battery compartment opening (12). The opening (12) of the battery compartment is sealed by a compartment cover (13), and the inner edge of the compartment cover (13) is provided with a sealing strip to prevent water mist from entering the battery compartment. The LED lamp beads (9) are communicated with a circuit, a switch (7) and a power supply of the mirror handle (5) part to form a complete lighting circuit. When the doctor uses, the LED lamp beads (9) are used for illuminating the operation area, and the magnified image of the operation area is observed through the reflection of the mirror surface (8) so as to carry out fine operation.

Referring to fig. 5, the mirror portion is composed of two types, namely an anterior mirror (14) and a posterior mirror (15), and the components are the same. The difference lies in that: the diameter of the mirror surface of the anterior tooth mirror (14) is 1.5 cm-3 cm, the length of the mirror handle is 1.5 cm-3 cm, and the angle formed by the mirror handle and the mirror surface is 90-135 degrees; the diameter of the mirror surface of the rear tooth mirror (15) is 1 cm-2 cm, the length of the mirror handle is 1 cm-2 cm, and the angle formed by the mirror handle and the mirror surface is 105-150 degrees. When in use, the anterior dental mirror (14) or the posterior dental mirror (15) can be selected according to different operation areas.
