Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a scanning bed with a partition platform.

Background

During the operation of a medical scanning device, particularly a CT device, a patient needs to be moved to a scanning area through a bed plate for scanning. The scanning bed separation platform can be arranged below the bed board, has the function of structurally separating an external operator/patient from electrical parts inside the scanning bed, and has the function of attractiveness.

At present, a cover plate of a scanning bed partition platform is formed by opening a hole on the cover plate and connecting the cover plate to a bed frame of a scanning bed by using a screw. However, when the scanning bed is maintained, electrical parts inside the scanning bed need to be inspected, and therefore, the cover plate needs to be frequently attached and detached. The cover plate is fixed through the screws, when the cover plate is detached, all the screws need to be screwed out and completely separated from the screw holes, so that the cover plate can be detached, and when the cover plate is installed, all the screws need to be screwed into the screw holes again. Because the quantity of screw is more, consequently every turn screw in and screw out screw all need consume a large amount of time and manpower, in addition when the installation apron, all must find the screw hole again to lead to the dismouting of apron comparatively loaded down with trivial details.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention provides a scanning bed with a partition platform, which does not need to completely screw out screws when a cover plate of the partition platform is disassembled, does not need to align holes when the cover plate is installed, and can make the disassembly and the assembly of the cover plate more convenient.

Specifically, the method comprises the following technical scheme:

Through spacing between stop member and the support piece, can make the apron find the position more conveniently when the installation to this spacing can with the mounting combined action, further restrict the degree of freedom of apron, realize the locking of apron.

Through setting up the seam with the apron in the stroke terminal of bed board, can avoid taking place liquid in clinical application process and splash the risk that liquid flows into below electric component through the seam.

The fixing piece is arranged below the guide rail on the longitudinal side beam of the bed frame, so that the fixing piece can be well shielded, no fastening screw and seam exist in a visible range in the whole process of pushing out the bed board, the attractiveness of the scanning bed partition platform is improved, and meanwhile, liquid can be prevented from flowing into the screw hole to damage the electric part.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following will describe embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a scanning bed having a partition platform, which includes a bed board 1, a bed frame 2, and a partition platform disposed in the bed frame 2 and below the bed board 1.

The partition platform is used for structurally partitioning an external operator/patient and electric parts inside the scanning bed, and has an attractive effect.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3A, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the partition platform includes a cover plate 3, a fixing member 4, and a horizontal bracket, the cover plate 3 is supported in the frame 2 by the horizontal bracket, a longitudinal side edge of the cover plate 3 is provided with a vertical section 314 bent upward, the fixing member 4 includes a pressing piece 43 and a screw, the pressing piece 43 has a first end and a second end, the pressing piece 43 presses the vertical section 314 against the longitudinal side rail 21 of the frame 2, and the vertical section 314 is located between the first end and the second end, and a portion of the pressing piece 43 not pressed against the vertical section 314 is fastened to the longitudinal side rail 21 by the screw located near the first end and the screw located near the second end, thereby pressing the vertical section 314.

In this context, the longitudinal direction is defined as the longitudinal direction of the frame 2, the longitudinal side beams 21 of the frame 2 are the side beams extending in the longitudinal direction, the cover 3 is disposed between the two longitudinal side beams 21 of the frame 2, and the longitudinal side edges of the cover 3 are the side edges extending in the longitudinal direction. The bed plate 1 is also moved in this longitudinal direction.

The number of the vertical sections 314 provided on the longitudinal side edge of the lid plate 3 is not particularly limited herein. The vertical section 314 may be formed integrally with the cover plate 3, or may be connected to the longitudinal side edge of the cover plate 3 by, for example, welding. The vertical section 314 has a flat surface so that it can be more tightly pressed against the longitudinal side members 21 of the frame 2 by the presser pieces 43.

The vertical section 314 is not directly fastened by a screw, but the vertical section 314 of the cover plate 3 is pressed against the longitudinal side members 21 of the frame 2 by the pressing pieces 43 of the fixing members 4, and the pressing pieces 43 are fastened to the longitudinal side members 21 of the frame 2 by screws, thereby pressing the vertical section 314, and thus fixing the cover plate 3. The cover plate 3 is fixed in a pressing mode, screw holes do not need to be formed in the cover plate 3, attractiveness and sealing performance of the cover plate 3 are guaranteed, and labor consumed by hole forming is saved.

A screw located near the first end is disposed in the elongated hole, a screw located near the second end is disposed in the open slot, the pressing piece 43 can move relative to the screw when the screw is not tightened, and the screw in the open slot can be separated from the pressing piece 43 with the movement of the pressing piece 43.

The screws are respectively installed in the long holes and the open grooves, the screws do not need to be completely screwed out, the pressing sheets 43 can move relative to the screws along the direction of the long holes as long as the screws are unscrewed, and the screws are separated from the open grooves along with the movement of the pressing sheets 43, so that the pressing of the pressing sheets 43 on the vertical sections 314 is relieved, and the fixation of the cover plate 3 can be relieved, and therefore, the aim of disassembling the cover plate 3 without completely screwing out the screws is achieved; also need not be to the hole when the installation apron 3, as long as with the vertical section 314 of apron 3 compress tightly through preforming 43 again can for the dismouting of apron 3 is more convenient.

As shown in fig. 3A to 3D, according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the pressing piece 43 has an elongated shape, the first end and the second end are opposite to each other in the length direction of the pressing piece 43, the long hole extends toward the second end near the first end, the open groove is a U-shaped groove provided near the second end, and the open groove is open in the length direction of the pressing piece 43.

In the exemplary embodiment, the pressing piece 43 is an elongated piece, and the pressing piece 43 is fixed by a first screw 41 and a second screw 42 near the first and second ends, respectively. As shown in fig. 3A, when the pressing piece 43 presses the vertical section 314, the length direction of the pressing piece 43 is coincident with the longitudinal direction of the frame 2.

The elongated hole extends from the first end toward the second end, i.e., the elongated hole extends along the length of the pressing piece 43 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the open groove is a U-shaped groove, and the shape of the open groove is not limited thereto, and may be any shape of groove in which a screw is installed to be able to press the fixing pressing piece 43.

Since the opening direction (opening in the length direction) of the open groove coincides with the extending direction (extending in the length direction) of the long hole, when the screw is unscrewed, the pressing piece 43 moves along the long hole while the second screw 42 in the open groove can be separated from the pressing piece 43 via the opening, thereby releasing the pressing of the pressing piece 43 against the vertical section 314.

Fig. 3A shows a state where the pressing piece 43 is pressed against the vertical section 314 by tightening the screw. When the screw is unscrewed (it is not necessary to completely unscrew the screw), the unscrewing degree of the screw is determined according to whether the pressing piece 43 can move or not, and excessive manual work is not required to unscrew the screw excessively. After both screws are unscrewed, the pressing piece 43 is pulled in a direction that enables the screws to escape from the open slot, and the second screw 42 escapes from the open slot as the pressing piece 43 moves (as shown in fig. 3B). The pressing piece 43 is then rotated clockwise (as shown in fig. 3C) about the first screw 41. When the pressing piece 43 is in the standing state, the pressing piece 43 is completely released from the pressing against the vertical section 314 (as shown in fig. 3D), and at this time, the cover plate 3 can be detached. When the cover plate 3 is installed, the processes are carried out in a reverse sequence, and the installation of the cover plate 3 can be completed, and when the cover plate is installed, the relative position of the cover plate 3 and the pressing sheet 43 is visible, so that holes do not need to be found, and the alignment difficulty is reduced. The whole dismounting process does not need to screw out the screws completely, does not need to punch holes on the cover plate 3, and enables the dismounting of the cover plate 3 to be more convenient.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3B to 3D, during the rotation of the pressing piece 43 toward the vertical state, a part of the pressing piece 43 is located in the gap between the longitudinal side edge of the cover plate 3 and the longitudinal side rail 21 of the frame 2, and a gap is present between the part of the longitudinal side edge without the vertical section 314 and the longitudinal side rail 21, thereby also providing a space for the rotation of the pressing piece 43.

In some embodiments, the vertical section 314 of the cover plate 3 is provided with an opening groove at a side close to the opening groove of the pressing plate 43, which is matched with the screw in the opening groove, so that the cover plate 3 can hang the screw at the opening groove, and the vertical section 314 is better prevented from being pulled out from the pressing plate 43.

As a variation of this exemplary embodiment, the open grooves may be integrally communicated with the long holes such that both screws are separated from the pressing pieces 43, thereby completely removing the pressing pieces 43.

As another modification of the exemplary embodiment, the long hole may extend in the vertical direction, and the opening of the open groove may be provided in the vertical direction and opened downward, so that the pressing piece 43 may be moved upward, thereby allowing the screw to escape.

It should be noted that fig. 3A to 3B are merely exemplary embodiments showing the fixing member 4, and are not intended to limit the specific form of the fixing member 4.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate includes a first cover plate 31 and a second cover plate 32 arranged in the lateral direction of the frame 2. In this embodiment, although the first cover plate 31 and the second cover plate 32 are separated from each other, the first cover plate 31 and the second cover plate 32 can achieve the effect of complete coverage in the horizontal direction (as shown in fig. 4).

The cover plate is divided into blocks, so that the problem that the whole cover plate is heavy to install can be avoided. In this embodiment, the width of the first cover plate 31 is much larger than that of the second cover plate 32, so that only the first cover plate 31 can be disassembled and assembled during maintenance of the electrical components, thereby saving time and labor.

As shown in fig. 2, the first cover plate 31 includes a first horizontal portion 311, an inclined portion 312 and a second horizontal portion 313 distributed along the transverse direction, the inclined portion 312 is located between the first horizontal portion 311 and the second horizontal portion 313, and the first horizontal portion 311 is higher than the second horizontal portion 313.

In this exemplary embodiment, the vertical section 314 is provided on the longitudinal side edge of the second horizontal portion 313 close to the longitudinal side member 21 of the frame 2, so that the first cover plate 31 can be fastened by the fixing member 4, and since the first cover plate 31 needs to be frequently disassembled and assembled when electrical parts are repaired, the first cover plate 31 can be more conveniently disassembled and assembled by the fixing member 4.

Optionally, the longitudinal side edge of the second cover plate 32 close to the longitudinal side beam 21 of the frame 2 is provided with a vertical section 314, so that the second cover plate 32 can also be fastened by the fastener 4.

Note that, since the second cover plate 32 does not need to be attached and detached frequently, the second cover plate 32 may be directly fastened by a screw, and the fixing method of the second cover plate 32 is not specifically limited.

As shown in fig. 2, the horizontal bracket includes a first horizontal bracket 51 and a second horizontal bracket 52, the first horizontal bracket 51 supports the second horizontal portion 313 of the first cover plate 31, the second horizontal bracket 52 supports the second cover plate 32, and the second horizontal portion 313 and the second cover plate 32 are at the same horizontal level.

In this embodiment, the first and second horizontal brackets 51 and 52 are respectively disposed against the two longitudinal side members 21 of the frame 2, so that the first and second horizontal brackets 51 and 52 support the first and second cover plates 31 and 32 more stably.

As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment further includes a supporting member 7, the cross-sectional shape of the supporting member 7 is an inverted right trapezoid, a middle frame 6 is provided in the frame 2, the bottom of the supporting member 7 is connected to the middle frame 6, and the top of the supporting member 7 supports the first horizontal portion 311.

As shown in fig. 2, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a stopper 8 is disposed at a position adjacent to the supporting member 7 at the bottom of the first horizontal portion 311, and the stopper 8 includes an inclined stopper plate and a horizontal connecting plate, the horizontal connecting plate is connected to the bottom of the first horizontal portion 311, and the inclined stopper plate and the horizontal connecting plate are connected together at an angle such that an included angle between the inclined stopper plate and the first horizontal portion 311 matches an acute angle portion of the supporting member 7, and the acute angle portion of the supporting member 7 is engaged in the included angle.

The horizontal connecting plate and the inclined limiting plate can be integrally formed or can be welded together by two single pieces. The angle between the horizontal web and the inclined limit plate is determined by the degree of the acute angle of the support 7, in this embodiment the sum of the angle between the horizontal web and the inclined limit plate and the acute angle of the support 7 is equal to 180 degrees. This angle limitation enables both the support of the first horizontal portion 311 by the support member 7 and the restriction between the support member 7 and the stopper member 8 to be achieved with good results.

Catching one corner of the support 7 with the stopper 8 may serve to limit the first cover plate 31 in the width direction, and may prevent play of the first cover plate 31. In addition, the limiting function is also beneficial to finding the installation position of the first cover plate 31 when the first cover plate 31 is installed.

The configurations of the support 7 and the stopper 8 are not limited to the above-described configuration, and there may be other modifications that can support the first horizontal portion 311 and also perform a stopper function.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the cover plate includes a first section and a second section butted in a longitudinal direction of the frame 2, the length of the first section is greater than that of the second section, and a seam 10 between the first section and the second section is near an end of a stroke of the deck 1.

The cover plate may be further segmented in the longitudinal direction (length direction). In the present embodiment, the first cover plate 31 and the second cover plate 32 are each segmented in the length direction. As shown in fig. 1, the seam 10 after being segmented is located at the stroke end of the bed board 1, that is, the seam 10 is not visible during the forward pushing process of the bed board 1, so that the aesthetic property is ensured.

During the clinical application of the scanning bed, a patient may be applied with some liquid medicine, so that the liquid may be splashed, and the seam 10 is located at the stroke end of the bed board 1, so that the liquid can be prevented from flowing into the seam 10, and further, the electric parts can be prevented from being damaged due to short circuit caused by the erosion of the liquid.

As shown in fig. 2, the longitudinal side members 21 of the frame 2 are connected to the guide rails 9, the deck 1 is connected to the guide rails 9, and the vertical sections 314 of the cover are pressed against the longitudinal side members 21 of the frame 2 by the fixing members 4 below the guide rails 9.

The fixing piece 4 is arranged below the guide rail 9 on the longitudinal side beam 21 of the bed frame 2, so that the fixing piece 4 can be well shielded, and no fastening screw or seam 10 exists in a visible range in the whole process of pushing the bed board 1 out, so that the attractiveness of the scanning bed partition platform is improved, and meanwhile, liquid can be prevented from flowing into the screw hole to damage an electric part.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when the electrical component of the scanning bed needs to be repaired, according to the process shown in fig. 3A to fig. 3D (the detailed process is described in other parts herein, and is not described herein again), the pressing piece 43 of the fixing piece 4 releases the pressing of the first section of the first cover plate 31, and after the first section of the first cover plate 31 is removed, the electrical component can be directly repaired. After the maintenance is finished, the vertical section 314 of the first cover plate 31 is aligned to the fixing member 4 on the longitudinal side beam 21 of the bed frame 2, the alignment is very convenient because the fastening position is visible, meanwhile, the supporting member 7 is clamped and limited with the stopper 8, and then according to the process from fig. 3D to fig. 3A, the vertical section 314 is pressed to the longitudinal side beam 21 of the bed frame 2 by using the pressing sheet 43 and the screw, thereby realizing the fixing of the first cover plate 31.

Pressing the vertical section of the cover plate against the longitudinal side beam of the bed frame through the pressing sheet of the fixing member, and fastening the pressing sheet on the longitudinal side beam of the bed frame through a screw, thereby compressing the vertical section and further fixing the cover plate; the screws are respectively arranged in the long holes and the open grooves, the screws do not need to be screwed out completely, the pressing sheets can move relative to the screws along the direction of the long holes as long as the screws are unscrewed, and the screws are separated from the open grooves along with the movement of the pressing sheets, so that the pressing of the pressing sheets on the vertical sections is relieved, and the fixing of the cover plate can be relieved, and the purpose that the cover plate can be disassembled without screwing out the screws completely is achieved; also need not be to the hole when the installation apron, as long as with the vertical section of apron compress tightly through the preforming again can for the dismouting of apron is more convenient.
