Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a hand supporting device of a PET/CT examining table.

Background

PET/CT is known as positron emission computed tomography and is an integrated perfect fusion of PET and CT. PET/CT provides detailed function and metabolism of focus, CT provides accurate dissection and location of focus, and tomographic image of whole body in different directions can be obtained through once imaging.

PET/CT is a new milestone for the development of life science and medical imaging technology at present, and is mainly clinically applied to the early detection and diagnosis of serious diseases in the fields of tumors, brains, hearts and the like. Before examination, the most common whole body was used¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT as an example, the injection is completed¹⁸After F-FDG for 60-90min, the examinee leaves the waiting room and starts to be checked on the computer; in the examination, if the whole body PET/CT imaging is performed, in order to avoid the artifact caused by the imaging of the arms to the trunk, the examinee needs to lift the two arms up to cross the top of the head for about 20 minutes; if it is not¹³N-NH₃PET/CT absolute quantitative myocardial perfusion imaging requires the subject to be lifted both arms over the top of the head for about 15 minutes at rest and 30 minutes later to be lifted again both arms over the top of the head for about 15 minutes under load. In this process, the examinee often feels tired due to the suspension of the arm for a long time, and even can not insist on doing the examination.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention designs the hand supporting device of the PET/CT examining table, which is convenient for a patient to support the hand when the patient is examined, avoids the fatigue of the hand of the patient from influencing the examination and does not generate material artifacts.

In order to solve the above technical problems and achieve the above technical effects, the present invention is implemented by the following technical contents:

Another object of the present invention is to provide a PET/CT examination table hand support device for use in PET-CT examination, comprising:

taking down a head support on the PET/CT examining table from a head bracket, clamping a clamping groove of a hand supporting device of the PET/CT examining table on the head bracket, and positioning the convex side of a supporting groove in the head bracket; during the inspection, the patient lies flat on the inspection bed, and the head is located and holds in the palm the groove, and the neck brace provides the support for patient's neck, and patient's both hands are lifted and are placed in the backup pad behind the brain, and the backup pad provides the support for patient's hand, avoids patient's hand fatigue in the course of the inspection, and carbon fiber's backup pad can avoid producing the artifact in the course of the inspection.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the support plate is provided with the clamping grooves, so that the clamping grooves can be conveniently clamped on a head bracket of the PET/CT examining table, the head bracket is prevented from sliding, and when a patient lies on the PET/CT examining table, the head and the shoulders act on the hand support device of the PET/CT examining table, so that better and more stable support can be provided; this PET/CT examining table hand strutting arrangement and PET/CT examining table are connected simply, conveniently to connect stably, can not produce the artifact in the inspection process, for patient's hand provides the support, avoid patient's hand fatigue, guarantee going on smoothly of inspection.

2. Through setting up the neck brace, form the obtuse angle between neck brace and the backup pad, be convenient for provide the support for patient's neck, guarantee the travelling comfort of patient in the inspection process.

3. The bracket is a circular arc formed by cutting off half of a hollow cylinder with an opening at one end, so that the bracket is connected with a head bracket of a PET/CT examining table more stably.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the hand support device of the PET/CT examination couch comprises a support plate 1, a neck 4 and a neck support 3; a concave bracket 2 is arranged on the supporting plate 1, one end of the bracket 2 penetrates through the edge of the supporting plate 1, and the other end is positioned in the supporting plate 1; the clamping grooves 4 are symmetrically arranged on the convex back of the bracket 2; the neck collar 3 is arranged at the edge of the supporting plate 1 penetrated by the supporting plate 2, and the joint of the neck collar 3 and the supporting plate 2 is in arc smooth transition.

The carbon fiber material that backup pad 1, support groove 2, draw-in groove 4, neck brace 3 were poured as an organic whole can not produce the artifact in the inspection when providing the support for patient's hand.

The bracket 2 is a hollow cylinder with an opening at one end and is in a circular arc shape formed by cutting off one half of the hollow cylinder, and the joint effect with the head of a patient is better.

The height of the clamping groove 4 is lower than that of the support groove 2, after the clamping groove 4 is connected with the head bracket 5 on the PET/CT examining table in a clamping mode, the arc position of the back face of the support groove 2 is attached to the arc inner wall of the head bracket 2 on the PET/CT examining table, and connection is stable.

The corner points of the bracket 2 and the supporting plate 1 are in arc smooth transition, so that the comfort of a patient is higher when the patient uses the bracket.

The included angle between the neck brace 3 and the supporting plate 1 is an obtuse angle.

The included angle range between the neck support 3 and the supporting plate 1 is 120-160 degrees, so that the neck support can be better attached to the shoulders and the neck of a patient, and the comfort level of the patient is improved.

The invention is used as a hand support device of a PET/CT examination couch, and has the following specific applications:
