Principle of operation

When the bag dedusting system of the internal intelligent detection starts to be started under the static state, the exhaust fan 38 starts to suck dusty gas into the dedusting box body 10 from the air inlet 25, the dusty gas is filtered through the bag 21, dust is gradually accumulated on the surface of the bag 21, when the dust is accumulated to a certain degree, the pressure at the top of the dedusting box body 10 is reduced, at the moment, the air pressure head 35 moves towards the direction of the contact block box 16, the air pressure rod push block 17 drives the sliding contact block 14 to touch the blocking contact 45 and clamp the blocking contact at the clamping rod 13, the air pump 28 starts to be started, and compressed gas is conveyed to the injection pipe 22 through the horizontal injection pipe 18 to perform injection dedusting on the bag 21. When the dust on the surface of the cloth bag 21 is gradually cleaned, the air pressure on the top of the dust removal box body 10 returns to a normal range, the air pressure head 35 moves towards the direction far away from the contact block box 16, the air pressure rod push block 17 pushes the clamping rod pin 12, the sliding contact block 14 is released to be separated from the blocking contact 45, and the air pump 28 stops working.

When a cloth bag 21 is damaged due to fatigue, the air pressure at the top of the dust removal box body 10 is higher than a normal range, the air pressure head 35 moves towards the direction away from the contact block box 16 and touches the damage detection contact 33, the side slide block motor 39 and the side slide block 29 are started, the positioning slide block 26 is moved to the upper part of the cloth bag 21, the lifting motor 69 is started, the plugging disc 46 descends, the horizontal sealing block 50 contacts the cloth bag fixing ring 19 and is sealed, the clamping motor 73 is started, and the vertical sealing block 53 contacts the blowing pipe 22 and is sealed. At this time, the breakage detection piston 51 moves upward, and if the breakage detection piston 51 fails to push the push plate 55, indicating that the cloth bag 21 is not broken, the operation is repeated for the remaining cloth bags 21, and the broken cloth bags 21 are detected.

If the damage detection piston 51 pushes the push plate 55, it indicates that the cloth bag 21 is damaged, the push plate 55 is separated from the grapple chuck rod head 58, the grapple chuck rod head 58 drives the grapple chuck rod 49 to move towards the direction of the damage detection piston 51, the grapple chuck rod 49 is separated from the grapple 47, the grapple 47 rotates under the action of the coil spring 48 and fixes the plugging disc 46 above the cloth bag fixing ring 19, meanwhile, the separation push rod 62 pushes the separation slide block 61 to move, the separation slide block 61 drives the separation slide rod 75 to move, the separation slide rod 75 is separated from the clamping slide block 67, the plugging disc 46 is left at the cloth bag fixing ring 19 to be plugged, and dust-containing gas is prevented from leading to outside polluted air through the exhaust fan 38.
