Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of rattan product processing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a mildew-proof rattan.

Background

The rattan plaited product is a handcraft widely spread among China, and is a 'plaited basket, a plaited basket and a family' because the raw material source of the technology is very wide. Rattan woven ware is of various types, including various types such as mats, baskets, dustpans, basketries, rattan boxes, shallow baskets, basket baskets, strainer, and food trays. A variety of products such as laundry baskets, flower pot sets, picnic cutlery baskets, hanging baskets, lampshades, kennels, cat nests, bird nests, etc. have been formed through advanced processing and development.

Rattan products take rattans as main raw materials, but the rattans are easy to grow insects and mildew and rot in the using process, so that the service life of the woven products is shortened. Therefore, the rattan needs to be treated before using, and the chemical agent is mostly used for soaking treatment at present, but the chemical agent is often stronger in toxicity and more serious in residue, and toxic residues are often caused to leak in the use process of woven fabrics, so that the health of a user is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the technical problems mentioned in the background technology, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of mildew-proof rattan.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

the preparation method of the mildew-proof rattan comprises the following steps:

step 1: mature fresh rattans are cut down from the roots at an angle of 45 degrees and harvested, so that the rattans can absorb mildew-proof liquid later, and then are bundled for later use;

step 2: soaking the bottom of the rattan bundled up in a mildew-proof solution, controlling the soaking depth of the rattan in the mildew-proof solution to be 30-50cm, placing the rattan in a shady ventilation environment for soaking and culturing for 2-3d, keeping the activity of the rattan after being cut down, continuously performing photosynthesis and respiration on the miscellaneous branches and rattan leaves on the rattan, absorbing water from the bottom of the rattan, sucking the mildew-proof solution into the rattan through a conduit in the rattan, and performing mildew prevention on the interior of the rattan;

and step 3: removing impurity branches, rattan leaves and skins of the rattan processed in the step 2, then placing the rattan into microwave heating equipment for heating, killing moth and worm eggs in the rattan, preventing the rattan from being eaten by moth silkworms in the subsequent processing process, integrally heating the rattan through microwave heating, avoiding toughness reduction caused by excessive water loss of the rattan, and facilitating weaving and processing of the rattan;

and 4, step 4: weaving and molding the rattan processed in the step 3 according to design requirements, and then placing the woven rattan into drying equipment for drying treatment;

and 5: and (4) immersing the rattan processed in the step (4) into a sealing tank filled with finish paint, vacuumizing the sealing tank, maintaining the pressure, pumping out air in fine cracks on the surface of the rattan, removing bubbles from the finish paint, releasing the pressure, filling the finish paint between the cracks on the surface of the rattan, enabling the rattan to be densely filled with the finish paint, effectively separating the rattan from the external environment, preventing the rattan from mildewing, taking out the rattan after the pressure is released, leveling, and naturally curing to obtain the mildew-proof rattan.

Further, the mildew-proof liquid is a diluent of the extracts of the wormwood and the camphor tree leaves, and the preparation process is as follows:

step A1: adding fresh wormwood and camphor tree leaves into a stamping machine according to the dosage-mass ratio of 1:2.5-4, adding tap water which is 0.5 times of the total weight of the wormwood and the camphor tree leaves, stamping and filtering to obtain stamping liquid;

step A2: heating the stamping liquid to 35-42 ℃, stirring and concentrating to half of the original volume, then pouring the stamping liquid into an activated carbon filter element for decoloring to obtain a mother liquid, and adsorbing and decoloring through activated carbon to avoid the phenomenon that the rattans are dyed after the dark mildew-proof liquid is absorbed so as to influence the appearance of the rattans;

step A3: and blending the mother liquor and tap water according to the volume ratio of 1:20-25 to obtain the mildew-proof liquid.

Further, in the step 3, the surface temperature of the rattan is controlled to be 75-85 ℃ during microwave heating through an infrared thermometer and adjustment of microwave frequency, the treatment time is 20-30min, and under the treatment condition, the rattan water loss speed is low, and moths and eggs can be effectively killed.

Further, in step 4, the specific operation process of the baking treatment is as follows: drying the rattan at the temperature of 110-.

Further, in the step 5, the vacuum degree after vacuumizing is 5-7kPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 12-17 min.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention soaks the bottom end of the rattan gathered in the mildew-proof liquid extracted from the wormwood and the camphor tree leaves, the activity of the rattan is still kept after being gathered, the photosynthesis and the respiration can be continuously carried out, the mildew-proof liquid is sent into the rattan, the internal water is evaporated in the subsequent drying process, the mildew-proof component is dispersed into the whole rattan, so that the whole rattan body has the mildew-proof effect, then the microwave heating treatment is adopted to sterilize the inside of the rattan and kill moth and worm eggs, in addition, in the drying process, the mildew-proof liquid is repeatedly sprayed on the surface of the rattan and dried, a strong mildew-proof layer is formed on the surface of the rattan, and the rattan is prevented from being infected by mildew.

2. According to the invention, the rattan subjected to baking treatment is immersed in the finish paint, and the vacuum pumping and pressure maintaining are carried out, so that air in fine cracks on the surface of the rattan is pumped out, meanwhile, air bubbles are removed from the finish paint, then the pressure is relieved, the finish paint is filled among the cracks on the surface of the rattan, the rattan is tightly filled with the finish paint, the rattan is effectively isolated from the external environment, and mildew caused by mold invasion into the rattan is prevented.

3. The invention provides a mildew-proof liquid which is extracted from camphor tree leaves and wormwood, and is simple in extraction operation, environment-friendly and nontoxic.
