1. A novel ink scraping knife component is characterized in that: comprises a fixed beam frame, a tool apron, a scraper, an air bag and a tensioning gasket;

the air cavity and the water cavity are respectively horizontally arranged and penetrate through the front end face and the rear end face of the fixed beam frame, and the air cavity is arranged above the water cavity; the rear sides of the air cavity and the water cavity are connected with end seals for sealing the rear end of the cavity; the front end of the air cavity is connected with an air source through an air pipe and can be used for introducing cleaning fluid, and the water cavity is connected with a water source through a water pipe;

a plurality of rows of air injection holes and water spray holes are arranged in the inner side of the fixed beam frame; the air injection hole is communicated with the air cavity, and the water spray hole is communicated with the water cavity.

The novel doctor blade assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the cross section of the tensioning gasket is a 7-shaped plate, the bottom end of the tensioning gasket is inserted into the cavity groove, and the upper section of the tensioning gasket is attached to the top surface of the cutter holder and clamped.

Technical Field

The invention relates to printing equipment, in particular to a novel ink scraping knife assembly.

Background

A press doctor is a sheet (both metallic and non-metallic) on a press that is used to scrape excess ink off the surface of the cylinder, and removal of ink in the non-patterned areas is a key issue during each print run. In offset printing, this control is a complex process of ink transfer, including ink, plate, and paper; in gravure printing, it is a mechanical operation, relatively simple, but it has its own uniqueness. The ink doctor blade must have high wear resistance and high efficiency to ensure high quality of printing and it must be compatible with the long-lasting and high speed requirements of modern intaglio printing. But current printing machine scraper, scraper and knife rest are mostly fixed connection, and the fixed connection mode is complicated, and inconvenient maintenance is changed, has wasted a large amount of time, delays production, and can't realize the fine setting of scraper on the knife rest, causes product quality not good.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel ink scraping knife assembly which is simple and reasonable in structure and stable in operation; the scraper is convenient to mount and dismount; it also facilitates the efficient cleaning of the roller (anilox roller) from residual ink stains.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a novel ink scraping knife assembly comprises a fixed beam frame, a knife holder, a scraper, an air bag and a tensioning gasket;

the fixed beam frame is vertically arranged, a strip-shaped groove used for fixing the tool apron is formed in the bottom of the fixed beam frame, and the strip-shaped groove penetrates through the front end face and the rear end face of the fixed beam frame.

The tool apron is a strip-shaped metal plate, and a raised strip-shaped inserting plate is arranged on the left side surface of the tool apron; the strip-shaped inserting plates extend to the front end and the rear end of the tool apron; the strip-shaped plugboards are inserted into the strip-shaped grooves.

The scraper inserting cavity is a flat inserting groove and extends to the front end face and the rear end face of the cutter holder;

the air bag installation cavity is a cylindrical cavity and extends to the front end face and the rear end face of the cutter holder; the scraper inserting cavity and the air bag mounting cavity are communicated with each other;

the end face (front end or rear end) of the air bag is provided with a one-way valve and an exhaust valve.

In order to better clean the residual ink stain of the roller, the upper part of the fixed beam frame is provided with two cavities which are respectively an air cavity and a water cavity; preferably, the cavity is a cylindrical cavity.

The air cavity and the water cavity are respectively horizontally arranged and penetrate through the front end face and the rear end face of the fixed beam frame, and the air cavity is arranged above the water cavity; the rear sides of the air cavity and the water cavity are connected with an end seal (rubber plug) for sealing the rear end of the cavity; the front end of the air cavity is connected with an air source (an air pump) through an air pipe and can be used for introducing cleaning fluid, and the water cavity is connected with a water source (a water pump) through a water pipe;

a plurality of rows of air injection holes and water spray holes are arranged in the inner side of the fixed beam frame; the air injection hole is communicated with the air cavity, and the water spray hole is communicated with the water cavity.

The inner side of the lower part of the beam frame body is provided with a groove, the groove is matched with the ink scraping knife and the outer wall of the anilox roller to form an ink tank, and coloring ink for printing is contained in the ink tank.

The beam frame body is vertically arranged, the bottom of the beam frame body is connected with the fixed ink scraping knife assembly, and the inner side of the beam frame body is provided with the anilox roller. When the anilox roller needs to be cleaned and residual ink stains are remained, the air pump and the water pump are started, and high-pressure air flow and air flow are sprayed out of the air holes and the water holes and are jetted to the surface of the anilox roller when passing through the air cavity and the water cavity, so that the rotary anilox roller is cleaned.

When the scraper is assembled and assembled according to the connection relation, the air bag is inflated to expand the air bag, the left side of the air bag extrudes the tensioning base plate, and the tensioning base plate compresses the scraper, so that the scraper is installed and fixed; when the air bag is deflated, the scraper can be detached. The top of the scraper is in contact with the surface of the rotary roller, and the scraper has certain flexible buffering performance due to the fact that the air bag is tensioned and fixed, so that loss of a contact part of the scraper and the roller can be reduced.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a novel ink scraping knife assembly comprises a fixed beam frame 1, a knife holder 2, a scraping knife 3, an air bag 4 and a tensioning gasket 5;

the fixed beam frame 1 is vertically arranged, a strip-shaped groove 11 used for installing and fixing the tool apron 2 is formed in the bottom of the fixed beam frame, and the strip-shaped groove 11 penetrates through the front end face and the rear end face of the fixed beam frame 1.

The tool apron 2 is a strip-shaped metal plate, and a raised strip-shaped inserting plate 21 is arranged on the left side surface of the tool apron; the strip-shaped inserting plates 21 extend to the front end and the rear end of the tool apron 2; the strip-shaped inserting plates 21 are inserted into the strip-shaped grooves 11.

The scraper inserting cavity 22 is a flat slot extending to the front and rear end faces of the cutter holder 2;

the air bag installation cavity 23 is a cylindrical cavity and extends to the front end face and the rear end face of the tool apron 2; the scraper inserting cavity 22 and the air bag mounting cavity 23 are communicated with each other;

the end surface (front end or rear end) of the air bag 4 is provided with a one-way valve and an exhaust valve.

In order to better clean the residual ink stain of the roller, the upper part of the fixed beam frame 1 is provided with two cavities, namely an air cavity 12 and a water cavity 13; preferably, the cavity is a cylindrical cavity.

The air cavity 12 and the water cavity 13 are respectively horizontally arranged and penetrate through the front end face and the rear end face of the fixed beam frame 1, and the air cavity 12 is arranged on the water cavity 13; the rear sides of the air cavity 12 and the water cavity 13 are connected with end seals (rubber plugs) for sealing the rear ends of the cavities; the front end of the air cavity 12 is connected with an air source (an air pump) through an air pipe and can be used for introducing cleaning liquid, and the water cavity 13 is connected with a water source (a water pump) through a water pipe;

a plurality of rows of air injection holes 14 and water spray holes 15 are arranged on the inner side of the fixed beam frame 1; the air injection holes are communicated with the air cavity 12, and the water spray holes 15 are communicated with the water cavity 13.

The inner side of the lower part of the fixed beam frame 1 is provided with a groove 16, the groove 16 is matched with the scraper 3 and the outer wall of the anilox roller 6 to form an ink tank 8, and the ink tank 8 is filled with printing coloring ink.

The fixed beam frame 1 is vertically arranged, the bottom of the fixed beam frame is connected with a fixed ink scraping knife assembly, and the inner side of the fixed beam frame is provided with an anilox roller 6. When the anilox roller 6 needs to be cleaned of residual ink stains, the air pump and the water pump are started, and high-pressure air flow and air flow are sprayed out of the air holes and the water holes and shoot to the surface of the anilox roller 6 when passing through the air cavity 12 and the water cavity 13, so that the rotary anilox roller 6 is cleaned.
