And (3) sterilizing the outside of the garbage can shell 1: and starting the ultraviolet disinfection tube 23 to disinfect the outside of the garbage can shell 1. The start of the ultraviolet disinfection tube 23 is timed by the timer, and when the garbage can shell 1 needs to be disinfected, the ultraviolet disinfection tube 23 releases ultraviolet rays to disinfect the external environment.

Cleaning the inner container 2: the stop lever 21 is removed and the cover plate 3 is rotated so that the spray plate 8 is no longer positioned above the inner container 2, while the second air cylinder 18 lifts the inner container 2.

And (4) replacing the inner container 2: the garbage in the inner container 2 is cleaned, then the inner container 2 is placed into the garbage can shell 1, and the cover plate 3 is reset. After the inner container 2 finishes cleaning the garbage, the inner container 2 is placed into the garbage can shell 1, the cover plate 3 is reset, so that the second air cylinder 18 does not jack up the inner container 2 any more, and then the limiting rod 21 is inserted into the limiting hole.
