The viable count of the bacillus subtilis solid culture is 150 cfu/g.

The viable count of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens solid culture is 150 cfu/g.

The preparation method of the tablet comprises the following steps:

(1) taking a bacillus subtilis solid culture, a bacillus amyloliquefaciens solid culture, anhydrous sodium sulphate, sodium humate, dolomite powder, zeolite powder and maltodextrin, and putting into a mixer to mix uniformly;

first, 40kg of bacillus subtilis solid culture, 40kg of bacillus amyloliquefaciens solid culture, 500kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 130kg of sodium humate, 150kg of dolomite powder and 80kg of zeolite powder 50kg of maltodextrin are mixed uniformly.

50kg of bacillus subtilis solid culture, 40kg of bacillus amyloliquefaciens solid culture, 400kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 200kg of sodium humate, 190kg of dolomite powder and 60kg of zeolite powder, and uniformly mixing.

((II) magnesium stearate 10 kg.

A tablet-type composite bottom-modifying bacterium is prepared from solid culture of Bacillus subtilis (50 kg), solid culture of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (50 kg), anhydrous sodium sulfate (600 kg), sodium humate (100 kg), dolomite powder (100 kg), zeolite powder (20 kg), maltodextrin (70 kg) and magnesium stearate (10 kg).

The preparation method of the tablet type composite bottom modifying bacterium comprises the following steps:

50kg of bacillus subtilis solid culture, 50kg of bacillus amyloliquefaciens solid culture, 600kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 100kg of sodium humate, 100kg of dolomite powder and 70kg of zeolite powder 20kg of maltodextrin, and uniformly mixing.

And (II) taking 10kg of magnesium stearate.

And (III) mixing and stacking the mixture obtained in the first step and the article obtained in the second step again, then putting the final mixture into a stirrer, uniformly mixing to meet the tabletting requirement, and finally putting into a tabletting machine to prepare the tablets.

The use effect test of the tablet type composite bottom modifying bacteria comprises the following steps:

the water body to be treated is a seawater shrimp pond with 80 mu of water surface, the ammonia nitrogen is 1.4mg/L, the nitrite nitrogen is 0.5mg/mL, and the hydrogen sulfide is 0.25 mg/mL.

The treatment period is 6 months, the product is used 1 time every 10 days in the first 3 months, and 100g of the product is used on each mu of water surface (the water depth is 1 meter); the product is applied once every 7 days in the last 3 months, and 200g of the product is applied to each mu of water surface (the water depth is 1 meter).

And after the treatment is finished, determining the water sample that the ammonia nitrogen is less than 0.1mg/L, the nitrite nitrogen is 0.01mg/mL, and the hydrogen sulfide is 0.02 mg/mL.

The tablet form composite bottom modifying bacteria have obvious improvement effect on aquaculture water environment, and the tablet form composite bottom modifying bacteria are tablets, have strong slow release effect and can treat different harmful substances in different water depths, so that the high-efficiency effect is achieved, and the treatment effect is good.
