the preparation method of the environment-friendly PVC cable sleeve is the same as that of the embodiment 1.

The fifth embodiment of the invention is as follows:

the environment-friendly PVC cable sleeve comprises an inner pipe, a metal mesh and an outer pipe which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside in a concentric circle manner;

the outer tube comprises the following components: 70kg of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride and 30kg of polyvinyl chloride, 16kg of light calcium carbonate, 14kg of sodium stearate modified basic magnesium sulfate whisker, 3.5kg of organic tin stabilizer, 0.5kg of anti-aging agent, 3kg of modified titanium dioxide, 6-8kg of ACR and 2.8kg of lubricant;

the inner tube comprises the following components: 100kg of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, 26kg of light calcium carbonate, 3kg of organic tin stabilizer, 6kg of modified silicon dioxide, 5kg of CPE and 2kg of lubricant;

the anti-aging agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1: 1:1 of UV-326, UV-P, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 1076;

the modified silica, the modified titanium dioxide, the lubricant and the light calcium carbonate are the same as those in the embodiment 1;

the preparation method of the environment-friendly PVC cable sleeve is the same as that of the embodiment 1.

The first comparative example of the present invention is:

the difference between the first comparative example and the first example is that silica and titania are directly added without modification, and ASA particles are added as an auxiliary agent together with silica or titania and mixed to make an inner tube master batch and an outer tube master batch.

The second comparative example of the present invention is:

comparative example two differs from example one in that the silica and titania were added directly without modification and no ASA particles were added.

The third comparative example of the present invention is:

the difference between the comparative example No. three and the example No. one is that the titanium dioxide modification was carried out at a titanium dioxide to ASA particle mass ratio of 7: 3.

Comparative example four of the present invention is:

comparative example four differs from example one in that the particle size of the titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide is 20-200 nm.

PVC in all examples and comparative examples is PVC-SG5, the organic tin stabilizer is organic tin 181 heat stabilizer, and the raw materials with the same names in all examples and comparative examples are from the same source.

The outer tube materials obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to the tests for mechanical properties and aging resistance, and the results are shown in tables 1, 2 and 3. Table 2 shows the relationship between tensile strength and aging time, and Table 3 shows the relationship between impact strength and aging time. The anti-aging performance test is to place all samples outdoors, carry out a parallel aging test, and sample according to the day intervals to test. The inner tube materials obtained in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to mechanical property tests, and the results are shown in FIG. 4.

In conclusion, the PVC pipe provided by the invention is a cable sleeve, a cable is arranged in an inner pipe in the using process, modified silicon dioxide is added in the components of the inner pipe as a filler, the heat conducting property of the inner pipe can be effectively improved, the heat of the cable is effectively transferred to a metal mesh, the metal mesh also has good heat conducting property, the heat can be further transferred to an outer pipe, the outer pipe gradually exchanges the heat with the surrounding environment, and the heat cannot be accumulated on the inner pipe directly contacted with the cable, so that the PVC pipe is different from the existing single-layer sleeve structure, and the problem that the heat accumulated on the cable sleeve cannot be rapidly dissipated to influence the normal work of the cable is effectively avoided;

the PVC pipe provided by the invention is a cable sleeve, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are respectively prepared by using different formulas, different performances are endowed, the outer pipe has good rigidity, and can provide good supporting effect and flame retardant effect even after being buried, and the inner pipe has good wrapping, supporting, buffering and heat conducting effects;

the PVC pipe provided by the invention is a cable sleeve, the problem of poor compatibility of inorganic filler and polymer is effectively solved by adopting ASA particles to perform surface modification on titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide, and the modified silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide have good compatibility with other components, so that the modified silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide can be added as filler to fully play a role in raising the performance of pipe fittings; by adopting ASA particles to carry out surface modification on titanium dioxide, the problems that PVC is subjected to oxidative degradation and aging of a PVC pipe is accelerated due to the fact that silicon dioxide has photocatalytic activity are effectively solved; the prepared PVC cable sleeve has good aging resistance and long service life even if used in an environment capable of transmitting ultraviolet rays, avoids the problem of waste of various resources caused by frequent replacement, and is more environment-friendly;

the invention provides a method for mechanically modifying silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide, wherein the composition, proportion and grinding speed and time of raw materials are strictly controlled in the modification process, so that the activation rate in the modification process is high, agglomeration is not easy to occur, the modification method is simple, easy to operate, rapid and efficient, and direct modification is convenient for enterprises to purchase the raw materials.
