Meanwhile, along with the improvement of domestic corresponding environmental protection requirements in recent two years, foreign waste paper is forbidden to be imported, so that the domestic serious shortage of new paper pulp is caused, the domestic demand is huge, the existing paper pulp is seriously insufficient, and the price of the paper pulp is continuously increased due to market quotations at home and abroad.

Disclosure of Invention
