6. A method for manufacturing a connection structure of a column and a foundation based on a groove type UHPC splicing member, which is described in any one of claims 1-5, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

step S1, prefabricating the groove-shaped columns, the connecting members and the corresponding bolt rods with corresponding sizes in a factory, wherein the section of the groove-shaped column with different sizes is designed according to requirements; rolling the main reinforcement end in the column body of the groove-shaped column, binding a reinforcing steel bar and pouring a component; the bolt rib part of the groove-shaped column is not provided with a stirrup;

step S2, the cavities of the two sections of groove-shaped columns are reversed, and the bolt rods are connected through the bolt holes in the bolt ribs of the two sections of groove-shaped columns to form an H-shaped splicing column; or the cavities of the two sections of groove-shaped columns are opposite, and the bolt rods are connected into a hollow splicing column through the bolt holes in the bolt ribs of the two sections of groove-shaped columns; then grouting the bolt holes of the prefabricated splicing columns to ensure that the surfaces are smooth;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a connection structure of a column and a foundation based on a groove type UHPC splicing member and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

The prefabricated building refers to a building assembled on a construction site by using prefabricated components. The building has the advantages of high construction speed, small restriction by climatic conditions, labor saving, building quality improvement, industrialized production of components in factories, direct installation on construction sites, convenience, quickness and construction period shortening. Meanwhile, the member is made of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) material, and has ultra-high mechanical property and durability, so that the structure has the characteristics of small self weight, good toughness, high durability, large design freedom, accordance with sustainable development and the like.

In the construction process of the fabricated structure, the joint of the prefabricated part is often the construction difficulty, and the connection between the column and the foundation is the construction key; at present, the connection of the column bars mostly adopts the modes of mechanical sleeve connection, bolt connection and the like, but the defects of mechanical sleeve connection inapplicability to small-diameter steel bars and dense steel bars, poor bolt connection anti-seismic performance and the like exist at the same time.

In view of the problems and disadvantages of the prior art, there is a need for an innovative apparatus and method to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a connection structure of a column and a foundation based on a groove type UHPC splicing component and a manufacturing method thereof, aiming at enabling an assembled component to be rapidly produced in a factory, and combining the groove type UHPC column into an H-shaped splicing column or a rectangular splicing column through bolt connection according to requirements, so that the construction time is saved, and meanwhile, the durability and the strength performance of the connection of the column and the foundation are greatly improved. The specific technical scheme is as follows:

a column and foundation connecting structure based on a groove type UHPC splicing member is characterized by comprising:

the groove-shaped column comprises a column body, and a bolt rib and a prefabricated cavity which are arranged on the column body; splicing the two sections of groove-shaped columns together to form a section of prefabricated spliced column;

and the connecting component is used for connecting the foundation and the prefabricated splicing column.

Further, the prefabricated splicing columns are H-shaped splicing columns or hollow splicing columns.

Further, the connecting component comprises an upper connecting plate, stiffening ribs, a steel skeleton and a bottom plate, bolt holes are formed in the upper connecting plate and the steel skeleton, the steel skeleton is arranged on the upper connecting plate and is used for connecting between the bottom plate, the upper connecting plate and the bottom plate are vertically arranged between the upper connecting plate and the steel skeleton, and the bottom plate and the steel skeleton are vertically arranged.

Further, the concrete material used by the prefabricated splicing column is UHPC; and (4) roughening the connecting parts between the prefabricated splicing columns, and smearing an adhesive material on the contact surface.

The invention also provides a method for manufacturing the connecting structure of the column and the foundation based on the groove-shaped UHPC splicing member, which comprises the following steps:

step S1, prefabricating the groove-shaped columns, the connecting members and the corresponding bolt rods with corresponding sizes in a factory, wherein the section of the groove-shaped column with different sizes is designed according to requirements; rolling the main reinforcement end in the column body of the groove-shaped column, binding a reinforcing steel bar and pouring a component; the bolt rib part of the groove-shaped column is not provided with a stirrup;

step S2, the cavities of the two sections of groove-shaped columns are reversed, and the bolt rods are connected through the bolt holes in the bolt ribs of the two sections of groove-shaped columns to form an H-shaped splicing column; or the cavities of the two sections of groove-shaped columns are opposite, and the bolt rods are connected into a hollow splicing column through the bolt holes in the bolt ribs of the two sections of groove-shaped columns; then grouting the bolt holes of the prefabricated splicing columns to ensure that the surfaces are smooth;

step S3, roughening the connection part of the prefabricated splicing column and the connecting member, and roughening the surface of the connecting member; and embedding the bottom plate of the connecting member and the lower end of the steel skeleton into the foundation, penetrating the steel bar in the foundation through the bolt hole of the steel skeleton to anchor the connecting member, and pouring the foundation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

1. all connecting parts in the invention can be produced in a standardized manner in a factory, are connected by using bolts in national standards, do not need a welding process, are simple and convenient to operate, are convenient and quick to construct, and can be assembled in various ways according to requirements.

2. During on-site assembly, the connection is realized quickly and efficiently through bolts. No wet operation is needed, the process is simplified, and the method is environment-friendly and energy-saving.

3. The prefabricated spliced column is made of UHPC, so that the prefabricated spliced column has high structural strength, good durability, small component size and convenient hoisting.

4. The connecting member is firmly connected with the foundation and the prefabricated splicing column, and the overall performance is good.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described with reference to fig. 1-6.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 6, a column and foundation connection structure based on a groove type UHPC splicing member comprises:

the foundation comprises a foundation 7 and a groove-shaped column, wherein the groove-shaped column comprises a column body, and a bolt rib 12 and a prefabricated cavity which are arranged on the column body; splicing the two sections of groove-shaped columns together to form a section of prefabricated spliced column;

the connecting component is used for connecting the foundation and the prefabricated splicing column;

further, a web plate of the groove-shaped column is provided with a bolt rib 12, and a bolt hole 11 is reserved in the web plate; a bolt shank 2 disposed in the bolt hole 11; the bolt ribs 12 are made of UHPC material, providing the possibility of bolt splicing and improving the overall performance of the column.

Further, the cylinder of prefabricated concatenation post 1 can set up solid position as required to set up bolt hole 11.

Further, the prefabricated splicing column 1 is divided into an H-shaped splicing column 1-1 or a hollow splicing column 1-2; the connecting component comprises a connecting component for connecting the H-shaped splicing column and the foundation and a connecting component for connecting the hollow splicing column and the foundation.

Furthermore, the main reinforcement end 3 in the prefabricated splicing column 1 is rolled to be used for connecting the connecting component.

Further, the main reinforcement end 3 at the lower end of the prefabricated splicing column 1 penetrates through the bolt hole 11 of the upper connecting plate 4, so that the upper connecting plate 4 and the prefabricated splicing column 1 are connected through a bolt; and then grouting is carried out to fill the cavity between the upper connecting plate 4 and the foundation, so as to ensure the smooth surface and improve the pressure-bearing capacity.

Further, the concrete material used by the prefabricated splicing column 1 is UHPC; and (3) roughening the connecting parts between the prefabricated splicing columns 1, and smearing an adhesive material on the contact surface.

The invention also provides a method for manufacturing the connecting structure of the column and the foundation, which comprises the following steps:

step S1, prefabricating the groove-type columns 1, the connecting members 4 and the corresponding bolt rods 4 with corresponding sizes in a factory, wherein the section of the groove-type columns with different sizes is designed according to requirements; rolling threads on the main reinforcement end 3 in the column body of the prefabricated groove type column 1, binding reinforcing steel bars and pouring components; the bolt rib 12 part of the groove-shaped column 1 is not provided with a stirrup;

step S2, the cavities of the two sections of groove-shaped columns are reversed, and the bolt rods 2 are connected through the bolt holes 11 in the bolt ribs 12 of the two sections of groove-shaped columns to form H-shaped splicing columns 1-1; or the cavities of the two sections of groove-shaped columns are opposite, and the bolt rod 2 is connected into a hollow splicing column 1-2 through the bolt holes 11 in the bolt ribs 12 of the two sections of groove-shaped columns; then grouting the bolt holes 11 of the spliced columns 1 to ensure that the surfaces are smooth;

step S3, roughening the connection part of the prefabricated splicing column 1 and the connecting member 4, and roughening the surface of the connecting member 4; embedding the bottom plate 10 of the connecting member 4 and the lower end of the steel skeleton 8 into the foundation 7, penetrating the steel bars 9 in the foundation 7 through the bolt holes 11 of the steel skeleton to anchor the connecting member, and then pouring the foundation 7.

Step S4, coating an adhesive on the splicing contact surface of the two sections of groove-shaped columns 1 to seal gaps so as to prevent moisture from entering cavities of the H-shaped splicing columns 1-1 and the hollow splicing columns 1-2 and affecting the durability of the structure;

step S5, enabling the main reinforcement end 3 of the prefabricated splicing column 1 to penetrate through the upper connecting plate 4 of the connecting member, and realizing the bolt connection of the splicing column 1 and the connecting member 4; and finally, grouting is performed to fill the cavity between the upper connecting plate 4 and the foundation, so that the connecting structure of the column 1 and the foundation 7 is formed.
