Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the mounting device 4 includes a frame 41, a limiting mechanism 5, and a supporting table 42, wherein the upper surface of the frame 41 is located above the bottom wall of the fixed frame 1, the frame 41 rolls on the ground through a universal wheel 43, four supporting legs 411 are integrally arranged on the lower surface of the frame 41, and the four supporting legs 411 are vertically arranged and horizontally spaced; the universal wheels 43 are provided with four universal wheels and are respectively positioned at the bottom ends of the four support legs 411, and the universal wheels 43 are rotatably provided with brakes for fixing the universal wheels 43; the glass 12 is vertically placed on the upper surface of the frame 41.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the limiting mechanism 5 is disposed on the frame 41 and is used for limiting the glass 12, the limiting mechanism 5 includes a plurality of fixing rods 51, an inserting rod 52 and a positioning plate 53, the plurality of fixing rods 51 are fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the frame 41, the fixing rods 51 are in a vertical state, and the number of the fixing rods 51 is at least two and can be three or more.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, two fixing bars 51 are arranged in an array along a sidewall parallel to one side of the fixed frame 11 adjacent to the fixing bars 51, and the two fixing bars 51 are horizontally spaced apart.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, two insertion grooves 44 are formed on the upper surface of the frame 41 on one side of the two fixing rods 51 at intervals along the array direction of the two fixing rods 51, and the sections of the two insertion grooves 44 are square and are located on one side of the fixing rods 51 close to the fixing frame 1; the bottom end of the insertion rod 52 is fixedly provided with an insertion block 54 which is inserted and matched with the insertion groove 44, and meanwhile, the insertion rod 52 is in a vertical state and is abutted against the upper surface of the frame 41.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the pushing frame 41 is moved to one side of the fixed frame 1, a horizontal connecting rod 55 is fixedly installed on the top end of the two inserting rods 52 and the side wall of one side departing from the fixed rod 51, and one end of the connecting rod 55 far away from the inserting rod 52 extends to one side close to the fixed frame 1; the two connecting rods 55 are fixedly mounted on one ends far away from the inserting rod 52 with guide blocks 522, inclined guide surfaces 523 are arranged on two opposite side walls of the two guide blocks 522, and the distance between the two guide surfaces 523 close to one end of the fixed frame 1 is smaller than the distance between the ends far away from the fixed frame 1.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the two guide surfaces 523 abut on the opposite side walls of the fixing frame 1, the glass 12 positioned on the frame 41 is aligned with the position of the installation groove 16 in the horizontal direction.

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a slide way 45 is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the frame 41 and on the side of the insertion rod 52 away from the fixing rod 51, and the top end of the slide way 45 is flush with the upper surface of the frame 41 and the bottom end vertically extends downward below the frame 41; vertical spout 451 is seted up to the lateral wall that slide 45 deviates from frame 41 one side, and vertical slip installs supporting shoe 422 on the spout 451, and supporting bench 42 fixed mounting is served at the supporting shoe 422 bottom that deviates from spout 451, and supporting bench 42 contradicts with the lateral wall that slide 45 offered spout 451.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the adjusting sheet 62 is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the supporting platform 42 on the side deviating from the sliding way 45, and when two guiding surfaces 523 abut on the two opposite side walls of the fixed frame 1, one end of the adjusting sheet 62 far away from the supporting platform 42 extends into the fixed frame 1 and abuts on the side wall of the mounting frame 11, the upper surface of the adjusting sheet 62 and the upper surface of the supporting platform 42 are flush, and meanwhile, a plurality of balls 421 are also rotatably mounted on the upper surface of the adjusting sheet 62.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the lower surface of the regulating blade 62 abuts on the inner bottom wall of the fixing frame 1, the glass 12 on the ball 421 is aligned with the position in the vertical direction of the mounting groove 16.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, before installing glass 12, firstly, adjusting screw 61 rotates to drive supporting table 42 to move upwards, so that balls 421 are flush with the upper surface of frame 41, and when installing glass 12, inserting rod 52 is detached first, then the suction cup is adsorbed on glass 12 located on frame 41, the suction cup is grasped to move glass 12 to balls 421, then adjusting screw 61 rotates to drive supporting table 42 and adjusting sheet 62 to move downwards, so that the lower surface of adjusting sheet 62 is abutted on the inner bottom wall of fixed frame 1, therefore, glass 12 located on balls 421 is aligned with the position in the vertical direction of installation groove 16, and positioning plate 53 positions glass 12 in the moving process of glass 12, pushes glass 12 to enable glass 12 to be clamped and installed on installation groove 16, and then glass 12 is fixed.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the rotating assembly 63 is disposed on the slideway 45 and is used for driving the adjusting screw 61 to rotate, the rotating assembly 63 includes a first gear 64, a second gear 65, a rotary table 66 and a locking screw 67, the first gear 64 is connected to the bottom end of the adjusting screw 61 in a key manner, an L-shaped mounting plate 71 is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the slideway 45 and on one side of the first gear 64, a rotating shaft 72 is rotatably mounted on the mounting plate 71, and the rotating shaft 72 is parallel to the axis of the adjusting screw 61; the second gear 65 is connected to the rotating shaft 72 and meshed with the first gear 64, and the number of teeth of the second gear 65 is greater than that of the first gear 64.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the bottom end of the rotating shaft 72 vertically penetrates out of the mounting plate 71, the rotating disc 66 is coaxially and fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the rotating shaft 72, the rocker 73 is eccentrically and fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the rotating disc 66, the locking screw 67 is in threaded connection with the lower surface of the rotating disc 66, the locking screw 67 penetrates through the rotating disc 66 and abuts against the lower surface of the mounting plate 71, and the locking screw 67 is used for positioning the support table 42.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the locking screw 67 is screwed to be away from the mounting plate 71, then the rocker 73 is rotated to drive the turntable 66 and the rotating shaft 72 to rotate, the rotating shaft 72 rotates to drive the second gear 65 to rotate, the second gear 65 rotates to drive the first gear 64 to rotate and the adjusting screw 61 to rotate, the adjusting screw 61 rotates to drive the supporting table 42 to vertically move, and after the movement is completed, the locking screw 67 is screwed to abut against the mounting plate 71 to position the supporting table 42.

The working principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows:

firstly, fixedly installing an installation frame 11, then rotationally installing the installation frame 11 on a fixed frame 1, and then installing a supporting device 2 for supporting the installation frame 11 and a positioning device 3 for positioning; and then, installing glass 12, carrying out primary anticorrosive treatment on the curtain wall structure after the glass 12 is installed, and finally cleaning the curtain wall structure.

In the process of installing the glass 12, firstly, the glass 12 is placed on the rack 41 between the fixed rod 51 and the inserting rod 52, the fixed rod 51 and the limiting rod are contacted with the glass 12 to limit the glass 12, and meanwhile, the glass 12 is pushed to be abutted against the positioning plate 53 to be positioned; then the frame 41 is pushed into the elevator, and then the glass 12 is conveyed to the floor where the glass 12 is to be installed, so as to transport the glass 12; then, the frame 41 is moved to one side of the fixed frame 1 to be installed, the frame 41 is pushed to enable the two guide blocks 522 to enable the guide surfaces 523 to be abutted against the two opposite inner side walls of the fixed frame 1, the adjusting sheet 62 is abutted against the side wall of the installation frame 11, and the universal wheel 43 and the frame 41 are fixed by closing the brake.
