Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of civil engineering, and particularly relates to a sectional steel concrete composite beam assembled self-bearing die carrier device.

Background

The steel reinforced concrete structure is a combined structure of steel section and steel bar arranged in concrete, and is widely applied to multi-story and high-rise buildings due to high bearing capacity, high rigidity and excellent earthquake resistance.

However, when the steel reinforced concrete beam is considered as a super-heavy structure in the construction stage, a large number of vertical rods need to be arranged at the bottom of the combined beam to meet the bearing capacity requirement. Especially for the template supporting structure mainly adopting the socket type disc mouth type steel pipe, the vertical and horizontal distances and the step distances of the vertical rods are all standard modulus, so that the bearing capacity is met, and the standard modulus is very difficult to guarantee. For this reason, the steel pipes of the disk mouth type and the fastener type are often used in a mixed manner, but the synergistic stress effect of the two is not ideal. Therefore, there is a need to improve the formwork support structure of the steel reinforced concrete composite beam to realize a formwork system with built-in steel self-bearing.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides the assembled self-bearing formwork device for the steel reinforced concrete composite beam, which sufficiently utilizes the advantages of high self-bearing capacity and high rigidity of the built-in section steel to bear the load in the construction stage.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the built-in profile steel of the profile steel concrete composite beam is used as a holding force carrier of a self-bearing structure, and the main edge of the bottom die is hung through the U-shaped bolts to transfer vertical load in the construction stage. Meanwhile, the bottom die main edge is used as a supporting structure of the side die main edge, and the side die main edge is pulled and connected through the split bolt to bear the lateral load in the construction stage, so that a closed-loop self-bearing force transmission path is formed. The fabricated self-bearing die carrier device has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design, reliable force transmission and good economical efficiency. The member is easy to process, standardized production, convenient to splice and stable in quality.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the fabricated self-bearing formwork device for the steel reinforced concrete composite beam of the invention comprises a fabricated self-bearing device and a steel reinforced concrete composite beam, wherein built-in steel profiles 1 are used as direct holding force carriers of the self-bearing device and form a closed-loop force transmission path sequentially through U-shaped bolts 2, bottom die main ridges 3, side die main ridges 4 and split bolts 5 for bearing vertical and lateral loads in a construction stage; the U-shaped bolts 2 are embedded in the upper flange of the built-in steel section beam 1, and the lower penetrating template 7 is in bolt connection with the bottom die main ridge 3 to transmit vertical load; the bottom die main edge 3 and the side die main edge 4 are positioned on the same plane and are fixed by a pin 6 through a connecting plate; one end of a split bolt 5 is welded with a web plate of the section steel 1, and the other end of the split bolt penetrates through a template 7 and is in bolt connection with a main edge 4 of the side mold to transmit lateral load; the template 7 is tightly attached to the bottom surface and the side surface of the steel reinforced concrete composite beam; the secondary ridges 8 are arranged in parallel to the span direction of the steel reinforced concrete composite beam and are orthogonal to the bottom die main ridges 3 and the side die main ridges 4. Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the embodiment, the main edge of the side mold adopts a channel steel combined section, and a channel steel gap b is 2 times of the diameter of the split bolt 5; the end part of the channel steel is butted with a pin connecting plate, and the thickness of the plate is larger than or equal to the thickness of a web plate of the channel steel; the upper flange and the lower flange of the channel steel combined section are connected by batten plate welding seams, the batten plate width is 40mm, the batten plate length is the flange width of the channel steel combined section-20 mm, and the batten plate interval is less than or equal to 400 mm.

Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, the side die main edge 4 is connected with the bottom die main edge 3 through the end connecting plate by using the pin 6, the size of the pin 6 is not less than M20, and the cable bolt is fixed.

In the present embodiment, the shape of the split bolt 5 is L-shaped; the projection length of the split bolt 5 is more than or equal to the beam width/2 + the secondary ridge height + the side formwork main height + the hook straight section length +100mm of the steel reinforced concrete composite beam, and the screw thread length is more than or equal to 150 mm; wherein the length of the straight section of the 90-degree hook welded with the web plate of the section steel is more than or equal to 10 times of the diameter of the split bolt 5, and the size of the welding leg is more than or equal to 6 mm.

The assembling process of the steel reinforced concrete composite beam assembling type self-bearing die carrier device is as follows:

During actual construction, firstly arranging a template 7, a secondary edge 8 and a bottom die main edge 3 of a combined beam bottom, and then installing a U-shaped bolt 2 on the upper flange of the section steel, so that the U-shaped bolt 2 penetrates through a gap of the combined section of the channel steel of the template 7 and the bottom die main edge 3 and is fastened, and the installation of a bottom die supporting structure is completed; and then installing a template 7, a secondary edge 8 and a side mould main edge 4 on the side surface, and connecting the side mould main edge 4 with the bottom mould main edge 3 by adopting a pin 6. Meanwhile, the split bolt 5 penetrates through a gap between the section of the channel steel combination of the template 7 and the main edge 4 of the side die and is fastened, and the installation of the side die supporting structure is completed. And finishing the installation and construction of the whole steel reinforced concrete composite beam assembled self-bearing formwork device.
