In recent years, flooding events in underground spaces frequently occur, and due to the fact that attention is not paid enough to flood control design, flood control measures and emergency evacuation of personnel are not implemented, and in addition, the disaster occurrence speed and the durability of damage after the disaster are increased, huge life and property losses are caused.

Many studies at home and abroad show that when a flood disaster occurs in a city, the underground space of the city is one of the most vulnerable dangerous areas.
