Background

At present, in the construction and daily monitoring work of a monitoring well, a well head is open. In areas with poor geological conditions, stratum pressure relief is easily caused by the sudden increase of crustal movement and external load, so that geological disasters such as sandy soil liquefaction, ground settlement and the like are caused. In particular, to cause differential settlement over a small range, which may be detrimental to surface construction, particularly linear projects. The invention provides a wellhead sealing device of a monitoring well, which is characterized in that an orifice sealing pipe is assembled at an opening at the top end of a wellhead pipe of the monitoring well, and the orifice sealing pipe is fixedly connected with the top end of the wellhead pipe through a chuck.

The chuck that is connected between drill way sealed tube and the drill way pipe is provided with two, and two chuck symmetries set up, and the chuck makes drill way sealed tube and drill way pipe fastening connection through the bolt, is equipped with the sealing washer between the bottom of drill way sealed tube and the top of drill way pipe and seals.

The top spiro union of drill way sealed tube has cable seal seat, and central channel has been seted up to cable seal seat's centre, and central channel is linked together with drill way sealed tube's inner chamber, and the central channel top spiro union of seting up in the middle of the cable seal seat has cable seal end cap, and cable seal end cap's bottom is provided with the ball sealer, and the through-hole that is linked together with central channel all is seted up in cable seal end cap and ball sealer's central point and is used for wearing to establish of working cable.

The sealing ball is a cowhells ball.

The invention provides a setting method of a wellhead sealing device of a monitoring well, which comprises the following steps:

firstly, placing a sealing ring in a groove at the top end of an orifice pipe, and then placing the bottom end of the orifice sealing pipe at the top end of the orifice pipe to align with an opening position and compressing;

step two, clamping the orifice pipe and the orifice sealing pipe by using two chucks, and connecting and fastening by using bolts;

thirdly, lowering the monitoring instrument to a monitoring target layer through the inner cavity of the orifice sealing pipe;

connecting and fastening the cable sealing seat and the orifice sealing pipe, and enabling the cable to penetrate through the sealing ball;

and step five, connecting and fastening the cable sealing plug and the cable sealing seat and extruding the sealing ball to deform the sealing ball so as to achieve the sealing effect.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the wellhead sealing device and the setting method of the monitoring well provided by the invention can effectively prevent stratum pressure release caused by crustal movement and sudden increase of external load, prevent geological disasters such as sandy soil liquefaction, ground settlement and the like, and thoroughly avoid damage of differential settlement to surface construction engineering.

firstly, placing a sealing ring 5 in a groove at the top end of an orifice pipe 1, and then placing the bottom end of an orifice sealing pipe 2 at the top end of the orifice pipe 1 to align with a hole opening position and compressing;

step two, clamping the orifice pipe 1 and the orifice sealing pipe 2 by using two chucks 3, and connecting and fastening by using bolts 4;

thirdly, lowering the monitoring instrument 9 to a monitoring target layer through the inner cavity of the orifice sealing tube 2;

step four, connecting and fastening the cable sealing seat 6 and the orifice sealing tube 2, and penetrating the cable 10 through the sealing ball 8;

and step five, connecting and fastening the cable sealing plug 7 and the cable sealing seat 6, and extruding the sealing ball 8 to deform the sealing ball to achieve the sealing effect.
