Background

The disc cutter is an excavating tool for crushing hard rock, is arranged at the head of large-scale trenchless construction equipment such as a shield, a TBM (tunnel boring machine), a jacking pipe and the like, and is used for cutting rock on a tunnel face and stripping the rock from the tunnel face. The method is widely applied to construction of subway tunnels, railway tunnels, diversion tunnels and urban underground pipe networks. Disc cutters typically have a single-edged, double-edged or multi-edged component, often mounted in a radial or helical configuration on the shield cutter head. The shield machine tunnels forwards under the pressure of the jack, the cutter head of the shield machine rotates, and the cutter arranged on the cutter head of the shield machine revolves along with the cutter head and rotates under the friction force and the pressure, so that the cutting edge of the cutter ring is utilized to perform rolling cutting on the surface of the rock.

The existing disc cutter mainly comprises a cutter ring, an end cover and a cutter shaft, the cutter shaft is fixed on a cutter box when the disc cutter is fixed, the cutter shaft needs to be pressed when the disc cutter is fixed, the installation is complicated, the hob belongs to a loss part, a batch of hobs need to be replaced when the disc cutter is generally tunneled for dozens of meters, the disc cutter needs to be replaced for several days every time, and the construction efficiency is seriously restricted.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems existing in the installation of the disc cutter, the invention provides the wedge block disc cutter and the cutter box thereof, which have the advantages of reasonable design, simple structure and convenience in installation and effectively improve the construction efficiency.
