Detailed Description

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.

The invention provides a swing type electric hand fan, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, which comprises a hand fan body 1 and a swing handle 2, wherein a power driving part 3 for providing power, a swing conversion part 4 for converting the rotation action of the power driving part 3 into the swing action and a fan body clamp 5 for fixing the hand fan body 1 are arranged in the swing handle 2, the lower end of the swing conversion part 4 is in power transmission connection with a power output shaft of the power driving part 3, a swing fulcrum 401 is fixedly arranged at the middle part of the swing conversion part, and the upper end of the swing conversion part is fixedly arranged with the fan body clamp 5;

as shown in fig. 3, the power driving component 3 has an eccentric power output shaft 31, the lower end of the swing conversion component 4 is provided with a swing groove 41, the extension line of the length direction of the notch of the swing groove 41 is parallel to the fan surface of the hand fan body 1, and the eccentric power output shaft 31 is movably arranged in the swing groove 41 in a matching manner and drives the lower end of the swing conversion component 4 to swing back and forth around the swing fulcrum 401 thereof.

In addition, according to the action coordination of the eccentric power output shaft 31 and the swing groove 41, when the eccentric power output shaft 31 rotates to the stroke end point perpendicular to the fan surface direction, the swing displacement rate of the swing conversion component 4 in the front and back direction is gradually reduced to stop and generate steering, so that the buffer action generated when the manual swing fan steers can be simulated more truly.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the sector clamp 5 has a jaw opening from top to bottom, the handle of the hand fan body 1 is fixedly disposed on the sector clamp 5 by falling into the jaw opening, the sector clamp 5 is fixedly disposed on the upper end of the swing conversion component 4 by a fastening component, specifically, the lower end of the sector clamp 5 is provided with a fastener, the upper end of the swing conversion component 4 is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping groove is disposed in cooperation with the fastener of the sector clamp 5, the notch setting direction of the clamping groove on the sector clamp 5 is perpendicular to the notch setting direction of the swing groove 41 of the swing conversion component 4, that is, the plane of the sector of the hand fan body 1 is parallel to the extension line of the notch length direction of the swing groove 41. Meanwhile, the central axis of the swing conversion part 4 is parallel to the central axis of the fan handle of the hand fan body 1, so that when the swing conversion part 4 is driven by the power driving part 3 to swing back and forth, the hand fan body 1 can be driven to swing back and forth. The swing type electric hand fan is arranged on the universal clamp 6 through the sleeving part 61, then is fixed on a position which needs to be fixed by a user through the clamping jaw part 62, and can also adjust the setting angle of the swing type electric hand fan through the universal rotating part 63, so that the swing type electric hand fan can be flexibly applied.
