Since the liquid or the gas having strong oxidizing property passes through the first flange 1 and the second flange 2, the first sealing rubber 25 and the second sealing rubber 29 are in contact with the liquid or the gas having strong oxidizing property for a long time, which results in that the first sealing rubber 25 and the second sealing rubber 29 are aged faster. In order to solve this problem, referring to fig. 1, a first slider 34 is slidably and hermetically fitted in the first channel 28, and the first cavity 27 and the channel section of the first channel 28 between the first slider 34 and the first cavity 27 are filled with inert gas; when fluid passes through the flange I1, the fluid enters the first channel 28, and pushes the first slider 34 to move towards the first cavity 27, but the fluid cannot pass through the first slider 34 to enter the first cavity 27, and when the first slider 34 moves towards the first cavity 27, the inert gas in the channel section of the first cavity 27 and the first channel 28 between the first slider 34 and the first cavity 27 is forced to be compressed, so that the pressure of the inert gas on the first sealing rubber 25 is increased, the sealing effect is improved, meanwhile, the first sealing rubber 25 is not contacted with the liquid or the gas with strong oxidizing property, and the first sealing rubber 25 is not aged too fast.

Similarly, a second slider 35 is slidably and hermetically fitted in the second channel 31, and the second cavity 30 and the channel section of the second channel 31 between the second slider 35 and the second cavity 30 are filled with inert gas. When fluid passes through the flange II 2, the fluid enters the second channel 31 to push the second slider 35 to move towards the second cavity 30, but the fluid cannot pass through the second slider 35 to enter the second cavity 30, and when the second slider 35 moves towards the second cavity 30, the inert gas in the channel section between the second slider 35 and the second cavity 30 of the second cavity 30 and the second channel 31 is forced to be compressed, so that the pressure of the inert gas on the second sealing rubber 29 is increased, the sealing effect is improved, meanwhile, the second sealing rubber 29 is not contacted with the liquid or the gas with strong oxidizing property, and the second sealing rubber 29 is not aged too fast.
