1. A method for upgrading software of a wired controller of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:

connecting the air conditioner wire controller with the intelligent equipment in a communication manner;

when the air conditioner wire controller confirms the communication connection with the intelligent equipment, sending the configured software version information to the intelligent equipment;

and the intelligent equipment receives the software version information and provides software upgrading data for the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the intelligent equipment according to the received software version information.

2. The air conditioner line controller software upgrading method according to claim 1,

the intelligent equipment receives the software version information and provides a software upgrading path for the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the intelligent equipment according to the received software version information;

the software upgrading path comprises software version selection;

manually operating the intelligent device to select the software version; and the intelligent equipment provides the software upgrading data for the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the intelligent equipment according to the selected software version.

3. The air conditioner drive-by-wire controller software upgrading method according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising:

the intelligent equipment judges whether the cached software upgrading data exists or not according to the selected software version;

if the software upgrading data is not cached, sending a downloading request of the software upgrading data and downloading the software upgrading data to a network server; sending the downloaded software upgrading data to the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the software upgrading data;

and if the cached software upgrading data exists, directly sending the cached software upgrading data to the air conditioner wire controller connected with the software upgrading data.

4. The air conditioner drive-by-wire controller software upgrading method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:

the air conditioner wire controller is in communication connection with the air conditioner device;

when the air conditioner wire controller receives handshake information sent by the air conditioner device, the air conditioner wire controller obtains the brand and the protocol of the air conditioner device according to the handshake information to generate air conditioner brand information;

the air conditioner wire controller sends the air conditioner brand information and the software version information to the intelligent equipment in communication connection with the air conditioner wire controller; or the air conditioner wire controller judges whether the software versions configured by the air conditioner wire controller are matched according to the air conditioner brand information and sends the judgment result, the air conditioner brand information and the software version information to the intelligent equipment;

5. The air conditioner wire controller is characterized by comprising a wireless communication module and a control module;

the control module comprises a microcontroller provided with a physical address; the communication name of the wireless communication module includes at least one bit of the physical address.

8. The air conditioning cord controller according to claim 7, further comprising a function control button and/or a room temperature sensor;

the function control buttons are respectively connected with the control module and used for inputting control information to the control module;

the room temperature sensor is used for detecting the indoor temperature;

the communication name further includes the control information and/or the indoor temperature or an error code.

9. The air conditioner wire controller according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising a switch button connected to the control module for controlling on/off;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of equipment upgrading, and particularly relates to an air conditioner wire controller, a software upgrading method thereof and an application software executing method.

Background

The existing commercial air conditioning device is generally provided with a wire controller, which is convenient for fixing and enriching the control function. However, the existing wired controller of the air conditioner is suitable for use in the brand. That is, one brand of air conditioner is only suitable for a corresponding brand of line controller, which causes inconvenience to the application in the large-scale commercial air conditioner market and the after-market. For example, air conditioners ordered in large commercial places are usually designed in multiple brands and models, the problem of unmatched management and use of a wire controller is often caused, and the construction period is delayed.

The function configuration of the existing air conditioner wire controller of each brand tends to be saturated. That is, the air-conditioning line controller can satisfy the control function of the air-conditioning device of the corresponding brand as long as the corresponding software and the communication protocol are configured. However, due to the requirement of cost control, the air conditioner wire controller uses a singlechip with fewer ram and rom resources. Protocol analysis of all air conditioner brands cannot be put in one software version; air conditioner brands on the market are very many, and it is not practical to configure all air conditioner communication protocols in one software version. Therefore, the existing product configuration limits the development of a third-party air conditioner wire controller, and causes inconvenience and trouble for users.

In addition, even if the existing air conditioner wire controller on the site is of a corresponding brand, when the software version has problems, the air conditioner wire controller cannot be upgraded and can only be returned to a factory for upgrading, and the expense cost and the time cost are increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an air conditioner wire controller, a software upgrading method thereof and an application software executing method, which can be used for realizing the software upgrading of the air conditioner wire controller on the site of installation and use, save time and cost and improve user experience.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a method for upgrading software of a wired controller of an air conditioner comprises the following steps:

connecting the air conditioner wire controller with the intelligent equipment in a communication manner;

when the air conditioner wire controller confirms the communication connection with the intelligent equipment, sending the configured software version information to the intelligent equipment;

and the intelligent equipment receives the software version information and provides software upgrading data for the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the intelligent equipment according to the received software version information.

In one embodiment, the intelligent device receives the software version information and provides a software upgrading path for the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the intelligent device according to the received software version information;

the software upgrading path comprises software version selection;

In one embodiment, the method for upgrading the software of the air conditioner wire controller further comprises the following steps:

the intelligent equipment judges whether the cached software upgrading data exists or not according to the selected software version;

if the software upgrading data is not cached, sending a downloading request of the software upgrading data and downloading the software upgrading data to a network server; sending the downloaded software upgrading data to the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the software upgrading data;

and if the cached software upgrading data exists, directly sending the cached software upgrading data to the air conditioner wire controller connected with the software upgrading data.

In some embodiments, the air conditioner line controller software upgrading method further comprises:

the air conditioner wire controller is in communication connection with the air conditioner device;

when the air conditioner wire controller receives handshake information sent by the air conditioner device, the air conditioner wire controller obtains the brand and the protocol of the air conditioner device according to the handshake information to generate air conditioner brand information;

the air conditioner wire controller sends the air conditioner brand information and the software version information to the intelligent equipment in communication connection with the air conditioner wire controller; or the air conditioner wire controller judges whether the software versions configured by the air conditioner wire controller are matched according to the air conditioner brand information and sends the judgment result, the air conditioner brand information and the software version information to the intelligent equipment;

and when the intelligent equipment receives the software version information, the air conditioner brand information or the software version information, the air conditioner brand information and the judgment result, providing the software upgrading data for the air conditioner wire controller in communication connection with the intelligent equipment according to the software version information, the air conditioner brand information or the software version information, the air conditioner brand information and the judgment result.

An air conditioner wire controller comprises a wireless communication module and a control module;

the wireless communication module is used for realizing wireless communication connection with the intelligent equipment;

the control module is connected with the wireless communication module; sending communication data and receiving communication data to the outside through the wireless communication module;

and when the control module confirms that the wireless communication module is in communication connection with the intelligent equipment, sending configured software version information to the intelligent equipment and/or receiving software upgrading data sent by the intelligent equipment through the wireless communication module.

and when the intelligent equipment is controlled to provide the software upgrading path, downloading software upgrading data according to the operation received by the intelligent equipment and/or controlling the intelligent equipment to send the software upgrading data or abandoning the software upgrading.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that: by using the air conditioner wire controller, the software upgrading method and the application software execution method, the installed or uninstalled air conditioner wire controller positioned on the use site of a user can be upgraded by an online upgrading method so as to meet the requirements of adapting to and controlling air conditioning devices of various brands, thereby facilitating the installation management of the air conditioning devices in large commercial places, saving the updating time and reducing the updating cost when the version of the air conditioner wire controller is not suitable; in addition, can shorten maintenance cycle for the quick reserve air conditioner drive-by-wire ware that provides in after-sales market, promote old user and use experience.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention discloses an air conditioner wire controller, a software upgrading method thereof and an application software executing method, which realize software upgrading of an on-site air conditioner wire controller 2, are adapted to the brand and protocol of an on-site air conditioner 1, and realize that the same hardware of the air conditioner wire controller 2 can be applied to the on-site air conditioner 1 only through software upgrading.

The method for upgrading the software of the air conditioner wire controller comprises the following steps:

the air conditioner wire controller 2 is in communication connection with the intelligent equipment 3;

when the air-conditioning line controller 2 confirms that the communication connection with the intelligent device 3 is normal, sending software version information configured by the air-conditioning line controller to the intelligent device 3;

the intelligent device 3 receives the software version information and provides software upgrading data for the air conditioner wire controller 2 in communication connection with the intelligent device according to the received software version information.

The air conditioner drive-by-wire device 2 comprises a wireless communication module and a control module; the wireless communication module is connected with the control module; the control module can be in wireless communication connection with the intelligent device 3 through the wireless communication module.

When the control module confirms that the wireless communication module connected with the control module is in communication connection with the intelligent device 3, the control module sends communication data to the intelligent device 3 through the wireless communication module and receives the communication data sent by the intelligent device 3.

Specifically, when the air conditioning line controller 2 is successfully connected to the intelligent device 3 in a communication manner, the air conditioning line controller 2 sends software version information configured by itself to the intelligent device 3 through the wireless communication module. When the intelligent device 3 sends software upgrading data to the air conditioner wire controller 2, the air conditioner wire controller 2 receives the software upgrading data through the wireless communication module to carry out software upgrading on the control module.

The application software execution method of the present invention is applied to the intelligent device 3; the application software execution method comprises the following steps:

when the software version information is received through the smart device 3, the smart device 3 is controlled to provide a software upgrade path according to the received software version information.

When the intelligent device 3 is controlled to provide a software upgrading path, downloading software upgrading data according to the operation received by the intelligent device 3 and/or controlling the intelligent device 3 to send the software upgrading data or abandoning the software upgrading.

The air conditioner wire controller, the software upgrading method and the application software execution method of the invention ensure that the air conditioner wire controller 2 which is installed or not installed in a use site can be upgraded by an online upgrading method to adapt to the air conditioner 1 of each brand, thereby realizing the application of the air conditioner 1 of each brand, facilitating the installation management of the air conditioner 1 in a large commercial place, reducing the waiting time or saving the updating time and reducing the updating cost when the air conditioner wire controller 2 is in shortage or the version is not suitable.

if the software upgrading data is not cached or downloaded, sending a downloading request of the software upgrading data and downloading the software upgrading data to a network server; sending the downloaded software upgrading data to the air conditioner wire controller 2 in communication connection with the software upgrading device, and upgrading the software of the air conditioner wire controller 2;

if the cached or downloaded software upgrading data exists, the cached software upgrading data is directly sent to the air conditioner wire controller 2 connected with the cached or downloaded software upgrading data, and the air conditioner wire controller 2 is subjected to software upgrading.

In an embodiment, the application software executing method further includes, when it further receives, through the intelligent device 3, a result of the air conditioner network controller 2 that determines whether the configured software matches the air conditioner brand, controlling the intelligent device 3 to provide a software upgrade path according to the received air conditioner brand information, software version information, and the determination result.

In an embodiment, in the application software executing method, when the application software controls the smart device 3 to provide a software upgrade path, the software upgrade path includes a plurality of selectable software versions and user-operable confirmation of whether to perform software upgrade.

In one embodiment, in the application software execution method, the plurality of software versions in the upgrade path do not include the software version currently configured by the air conditioner drive-by-wire 2, preventing duplicate jobs.

In one embodiment, the application software executing method further comprises:

when the software version is confirmed by the intelligent device 3, controlling the intelligent device 3 to confirm whether the cached software upgrading data exists;

when the corresponding software upgrading data file is not cached, controlling the intelligent equipment 3 to send a downloading request of the corresponding software upgrading data and download the software upgrading data;

and when corresponding software upgrading data files cached exist, controlling the intelligent equipment 3 to send the cached software upgrading data.

The application software execution method of the embodiment prevents the downloading of the software upgrade data of the same version for many times when a plurality of air conditioner line controllers 2 are upgraded at one time, and improves the operating efficiency of the application software.

In one embodiment, the application software executing method further comprises:

when the software version is confirmed to be carried out through the intelligent equipment 3, whether software upgrading data file downloading of the software version confirmed to be upgraded exists in the downloading list is confirmed;

when the download list has the software upgrading data file, searching the software upgrading data according to the storage path; when the software upgrading data file for upgrading is not confirmed in the storage path, controlling the intelligent equipment 3 to send a downloading request of the software upgrading data and download the software upgrading data; when the software upgrading data file for confirming upgrading is in the storage path, controlling the intelligent equipment 3 to send the software upgrading data in the storage path;

and when the software upgrading data file does not exist in the downloading list, controlling the intelligent equipment 3 to confirm whether the cached software upgrading data exists.

When the corresponding software upgrading data file is not cached, the intelligent device 3 is controlled to send a downloading request of the corresponding software upgrading data and download the software upgrading data;

and when corresponding software upgrading data files cached exist, controlling the intelligent equipment 3 to send the cached software upgrading data.

The application software execution method of the embodiment prevents the downloading of the software upgrade data of the same version for many times when a plurality of air conditioner line controllers 2 are upgraded at one time, and improves the operating efficiency of the application software.
