Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a method and a device for reminding replacement of a filter module and an air conditioning system.

Background

With the progress of the technological level and the improvement of the living standard of people, the air conditioner becomes one of the indispensable household appliances in the life of people, and brings a comfortable living environment for people.

Because the air conditioner needs to close the door and the window, the air conditioner runs in a relatively closed environment, the indoor air quality is reduced after long-time use, and even the body health of a user is damaged, therefore, some air conditioners on the market are provided with a fresh air system for introducing fresh air of an outdoor environment into a room and improving the air quality of the indoor environment.

The fresh air system is provided with a filter module for purifying outdoor air so as to introduce clean fresh air into a room. The filter module needs to be replaced in time after reaching the service life, at present, the service life of the filter module is generally set uniformly by a fresh air system on the market, and the filter module replacement countdown is carried out according to the use duration of the air conditioner. However, the air quality in different areas is different, the service life of the filter modules is different, the method does not consider the use environment of the air conditioner, the filter modules are not beneficial to being reasonably and effectively used, a user is often difficult to know which filter modules are suitable for the use environment of the air conditioner, and the replacement and the reminding of the filter modules are not intelligent enough.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method and a device for reminding replacement of a filter module and an air conditioning system, which are used for solving the technical problem that the replacement of the filter module in the prior art is not intelligent enough.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides a filter module replacement prompting method, including:

acquiring environmental information and the air volume and humidity of the filtering module;

According to the method and the device for reminding replacement of the filter module and the air conditioning system, the air quantity and the humidity of the filter module are obtained, the filter module is determined to be replaced under the condition that the air quantity or the humidity reaches the first threshold value, and the replacement reminding information is sent out to remind a user to replace the filter module, so that the filter module of a fresh air system can be replaced in time, the use cost is prevented from being increased due to too early replacement, and the indoor air quality is prevented from being influenced due to too late replacement; through recommending the matched filtering module based on the air conditioner model and the environmental information, a user can conveniently select and purchase the proper filtering module, and the intelligent degree of replacement and prompting of the filtering module is improved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for reminding replacement of a filter module according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:

The fresh air system of the air conditioner is used for introducing fresh air of an outdoor environment to improve the air quality of the indoor environment, and the filtering module is used for filtering the outdoor air entering the indoor environment to enable clean air to enter the indoor environment. The filter module includes coarse filter screen, high-efficient filter screen, active carbon etc. along with the increase of filter module live time, the impurity of filter module's filter screen accumulation increases gradually, makes filter module's filter effect descend to lead to flowing through filter module's the amount of wind to reduce, filter module's humidity increases.

The first air volume threshold is preset air volume, and the first air volume threshold is higher than the air volume when the filter module reaches the service life. And under the condition that the air volume reaches the first air volume threshold value, the performance of the filtering module is reduced but the service life is not reached, and the filtering module can be continuously used for a period of time.

Similarly, the first humidity threshold is a preset humidity, and the first humidity threshold is lower than the humidity when the filter module reaches the service life. Under the condition that the humidity reaches the first humidity threshold value, the performance of the filtering module is reduced but the service life is not reached, and the filtering module can be continuously used for a period of time.

The air conditioner is provided with an air volume sensor and a humidity sensor which are respectively used for acquiring the air volume and the humidity of the filtering module. Send change when the amount of wind reaches first amount of wind threshold value or humidity reaches first humidity threshold value and remind information, can remind the user to prepare the filter module who is used for changing in advance, prevent to appear just reminding the change when filter module reaches life, lead to the unable timely condition of changing filter module, influence indoor ambient air quality of user. The method for reminding replacement of the filtering module, provided by the embodiment of the invention, recommends the matched filtering module based on the air conditioner model and the environment information, is convenient for a user to purchase and replace the filtering module suitable for the air conditioner model and the use environment, and improves the use effect of the filtering module.

According to the method for reminding replacement of the filter module, the filter module is determined to be replaced by acquiring the air volume and the humidity of the filter module when the air volume or the humidity reaches the first threshold value, and the user is reminded to replace the filter module by replacing reminding information, so that the filter module of a fresh air system can be replaced in time, the use cost is increased due to too early replacement, and the indoor air quality is prevented from being influenced due to too late replacement; through recommending the matched filtering module based on the air conditioner model and the environmental information, a user can conveniently select and purchase the proper filtering module, and the intelligent degree of replacement and prompting of the filtering module is improved.

Since it is difficult for a user to acquire accurate environmental information, it is often difficult to select a filtering module suitable for the use environment of the air conditioner. Optionally, data such as inhalable particle concentration, bacterial colony concentration, sulfur dioxide concentration, carbon monoxide concentration and the like of indoor and outdoor environments are acquired through an air quality sensor, indoor and outdoor air quality is judged, and a recommended function of the filtering module is determined.

For example, when the colony concentration of the outdoor environment or the indoor environment exceeds a preset value, the filter module with the sterilization function is recommended to improve the air quality of the indoor environment.

For another example, when the concentration of the indoor environment or the concentration of the components with odor such as benzene series exceeds a preset value, the indoor environment has peculiar smell, and the filtering module with the sterilizing or flavoring function is recommended.

The service life of the filter module is the time from the installation of the filter module to the fresh air system until the air volume reaches the first air volume threshold value or the humidity reaches the first humidity threshold value, and the service life of the filter module can reflect the outdoor environmental pollution degree. When the filter module is used for a short time, the outdoor environmental pollution degree is high, and when the filter module is used for a long time, the outdoor environmental pollution degree is low.

For example, when the service life of the filtering module is lower than a preset value, a filtering module with a stronger filtering function, such as a multi-layer filtering module, a powerful filtering module, etc., is recommended.

The second air volume threshold value is the air volume when the filter module reaches the service life, the second humidity threshold value is the humidity when the filter module reaches the service life, and the second air volume threshold value and the second humidity threshold value are limit values of the filter module which are subjected to experimental tests before leaving the factory. The method for reminding replacement of the filter module, provided by the embodiment of the invention, cleans and/or disinfects the filter module which reaches the service life, recovers the working capacity of the filter module to a certain extent, and reduces the influence on the indoor environment air quality.

For example, install ultraviolet lamp in the new trend system, when the amount of wind of filtering module reached second amount of wind threshold value or humidity reached second humidity threshold value, control ultraviolet lamp and open, disinfect the disinfection to filtering module.

If the fresh air system is internally provided with the spraying device, when the air volume of the filtering module reaches a second air volume threshold value or the humidity reaches a second humidity threshold value, the spraying device is controlled to be opened, the filter screen of the filtering module is sprayed and washed, and the cleanliness of the filtering module is improved.

In one embodiment, the method for reminding replacement of the filter module further comprises:

under the condition that the air volume reaches a first air volume threshold or the humidity reaches a first humidity threshold, if the variation of the air volume or the humidity within the preset time is larger than the preset variation, sending fault reminding information;

if the variation of the air volume or the humidity in the preset time is smaller than or equal to the preset variation, sending out replacement reminding information and recommending a matched filtering module.

The air is introduced from the outdoor environment by the fresh air system, and the change of the weather and the outdoor air quality possibly causes interference to the acquisition and judgment of the air quantity and the humidity, so that the judgment of the residual service time of the filter module is influenced. For example, in rainy and snowy weather, if rainwater enters the fresh air system, the measurement of the humidity of the filter module is affected; in sand and dust weather, if the filter module is blocked by sand and dust, the measurement of the air quantity of the filter module can be influenced. Therefore, the variation of the air volume or the humidity in the preset time is obtained, the variation is compared with the preset variation, and the working state of the filtering module is judged.

The preset variable quantity is the maximum variable quantity of the filtering module in the normal working state within the preset time. Under the condition that the air volume reaches a first air volume threshold or the humidity reaches a first humidity threshold, if the variation of the air volume or the humidity within the preset time is smaller than or equal to the preset variation, the filtering module is in a normal working state, and at the moment, replacement reminding information is sent out and the matched filtering module is recommended; if the variable quantity of the air volume or the humidity within the preset time is larger than the preset variable quantity, the working state of the filtering module is abnormal, and at the moment, fault reminding information is sent out. It should be noted that different gears of the fresh air system correspond to different preset variable quantities.

The preset time length is a preset time length, and the preset time length is any value in the interval of [3min, 5min ].

For example, in one embodiment, the preset duration is 3 min. The acquisition unit is used for acquiring environmental information and the air volume and the humidity of the filtering module. The reminding unit is used for sending replacement reminding information under the condition that the air volume reaches a first air volume threshold value or the humidity reaches a first humidity threshold value, and recommending a matched filtering module based on the air conditioner model and the environmental information.

The reminding device is used for sending the model of the air conditioner and the environmental information to the server side under the condition that the air volume of the filtering module reaches a first air volume threshold value or the humidity of the filtering module reaches a first humidity threshold value, acquiring the matched filtering module model from the server side, sending replacement reminding information to the user side and recommending the matched filtering module.

The air conditioner is provided with an air quality sensor, and the reminding device receives the environmental information sent by the air quality sensor. The filtering module is provided with a humidity sensor and an air quantity sensor, and the reminding device receives air quantity information sent by the air quantity sensor and humidity information sent by the humidity sensor. The reminding device obtains the air conditioner model from the user side, the user inputs the air conditioner model at the user side, and the user side sends the air conditioner model to the reminding device. The reminder may store the air conditioner model information before shipment.

When the air volume of the filtering module reaches a first air volume threshold value or the humidity of the filtering module reaches a first humidity threshold value, the reminding device sends the model of the air conditioner and the environmental information to the server side, the server side determines the recommended function of the filtering module based on the environmental information, determines the matched model of the filtering module according to the function and the model of the air conditioner and sends the model to the reminding device, and the reminding device sends replacement reminding information to the user side and recommends the matched filtering module.

The filter module of different models has different first amount of wind threshold value and first humidity threshold value, after changing new filter module, the user inputs new filter module model at the user terminal, the user terminal sends new filter module model for the server end, the server end sends data such as the first amount of wind threshold value and the first humidity threshold value of new filter module for reminding device, reminding device judges whether amount of wind and humidity reach first threshold value according to new filter module's first amount of wind threshold value and first humidity threshold value.

As shown in fig. 3, the present invention also provides an electronic device, including: a processor (processor)310, a communication interface (communication interface)320, a memory (memory)330 and a communication bus 340, wherein the processor 310, the communication interface 320 and the memory 330 communicate with each other via the communication bus 340.
