In the related art, in order to realize the normal operation of the switch, the air conditioner has more parts and is more complicated to assemble.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. To this end, the present invention proposes a mounting box for an air conditioner, which facilitates reducing the number of parts of the air conditioner and simplifying the assembly of the air conditioner.

The invention also provides an air conditioner with the air guide assembly.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting box 100 includes a box body 1, the box body 1 is an integrated piece, and the box body 1 includes a mounting portion 11 and a guiding portion 12, the mounting portion 11 is suitable for mounting a driving device, the guiding portion 12 is suitable for cooperating with the switch door 102 to guide the movement of the switch door 102, then the mounting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 form an integrated piece, then the mounting box 100 is in the mounting process, the mounting of the mounting portion 11 and the guiding portion 12 can be realized through one-time mounting of the box 100, the mounting process of the mounting box 100 is simplified, meanwhile, the structural strength of the box body 1 is convenient to guarantee, the forming of the box body 1 is convenient, thereby the mounting box 100 is guaranteed to be reliably used, and the diversified design is convenient to realize.

It will be appreciated that the cartridge 1 may be manufactured in one piece, such that the cartridge 1 is formed as a unitary structure. As shown in fig. 4, the mounting box 100 is configured such that the guide portion 12 is adapted to bear the opening/closing door 102, and then the guide portion 12 can bear at least part of the weight of the opening/closing door 102, so that the guide portion 12 can both guide the movement of the opening/closing door 102 and bear the weight of the opening/closing door 102, thereby facilitating the realization of one-piece multiple use of the box body 1; when the mounting box 100 is applied to the air conditioner 200, it is advantageous to reduce the number of parts of the air conditioner 200 and simplify the structure of the air conditioner 200.

Therefore, according to the mounting box 100 for the air conditioner 200 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mounting part 11 for mounting the driving device and the guide part 12 for guiding the movement of the switch door 102 are formed into a whole by arranging the box body 1 as an integrally formed part, so that the mounting box 100 is convenient to mount, the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner 200 is improved, materials are saved, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the connection strength between the mounting part 11 and the guide part 12 is convenient to ensure that the mounting box 100 is reliable to use; and the guide part 12 is provided for guiding the movement of the switching door 102 and for carrying the switching door 102, so that the structure of the air conditioner 200 is simplified and the assembly process of the air conditioner 200 is simplified.

In some embodiments, the guiding portion 12 is adapted to be provided on the upper side and/or the lower side of the switch door 102, including the following cases: 1. the guide part 12 is suitable for being arranged at the upper side of the switch door 102, and then the mounting box 100 is suitable for being arranged at the upper side of the switch door 102; 2. the guide portion 12 is adapted to be provided on the lower side of the opening and closing door 102, and the mounting box 100 is adapted to be provided on the lower side of the opening and closing door 102; 3. the upper and lower sides of the opening/closing door 102 are respectively provided with a guide portion 12, and at this time, the upper and lower sides of the opening/closing door 102 are respectively provided with a mounting box 100. Thus, the installation box 100 is flexible in arrangement, facilitating the realization of diversified structures of the air conditioner 200.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the bottom of the box body 1 is provided with at least one supporting guide rib 2, the supporting guide rib 2 is adapted to be supported on the panel bracket 101 of the air conditioner 200, and the supporting guide rib 2 is provided on the bottom wall of the outer side of the box body 1. Therefore, when the mounting box 100 is applied to the air conditioner 200, the mounting box 100 can be mounted on the panel bracket 101, and the supporting guide ribs 2 are supported on the panel bracket 101, so that the panel bracket 101 can also play a certain supporting role on the mounting box 100 through the supporting guide ribs 2, which is beneficial to improving the bearing capacity of the mounting box 100 and ensuring that the guide part 12 stably bears the switch door 102 and the mounting part 11 stably bears the driving device; moreover, with the mounting box 100 of the present application, the structure of the panel bracket 101 may not need to be changed accordingly, facilitating the simplification of the structural design of the air conditioner 200.

Optionally, the box body 1 and the supporting guide ribs 2 are integrated, so that the connection reliability between the box body 1 and the supporting guide ribs 2 is ensured conveniently. It is advantageous to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the support guide ribs 2 and thus the guide portion 12.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the supporting guiding rib 2 is disposed at the bottom of the guiding portion 12, and the supporting guiding rib 2 is disposed on the bottom wall outside the guiding portion 12, so that the panel bracket 101 can directly support the guiding portion 12 through the supporting guiding rib 2, further improving the carrying capacity of the guiding portion 12, and simultaneously being beneficial to reducing or avoiding the deformation of the guiding portion 12 caused by the carrying switch door 102, and ensuring the structural stability of the box body 1.

In the example of fig. 2, the support guide rib 2 is plural, the plural support guide ribs 2 are all provided at the bottom of the guide portion 12, and the plural support guide ribs 2 are provided at intervals along the extending direction of the guide portion 12 to further avoid the deformation of the guide portion 12.

Of course, the support guide rib 2 may be provided at the bottom of the mounting portion 11, or the support guide rib 2 may be provided at both the bottom of the guide portion 12 and the bottom of the mounting portion 11.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-5, the support guide rib 2 includes a support rib 21 and a guide rib 22, the guide rib 22 extends along a first direction (e.g., a front-back direction in fig. 4), the support rib 21 is connected to one end of the length of the guide rib 22, and the support rib 21 extends along a second direction (e.g., a left-right direction in fig. 4), which forms a non-zero included angle with the first direction, i.e., the second direction is not parallel to the first direction. Optionally, one side surface of the supporting member 103 facing the box body 1 may be parallel to the bottom wall of the box body 1, or may be inclined with respect to the bottom wall of the box body 1, only by ensuring that the supporting member 103 is supported at the bottom of the box body 1 after the mounting box 100 is mounted to the panel bracket 101.

Here, the height of the support guide rib 2 refers to the height of the support guide rib 2 in the vertical direction, and similarly, the height of the support member 103 refers to the height of the support member 103 in the vertical direction.

For example, in the example of fig. 6, the support guide rib 2 is provided at the bottom of the guide portion 12, and the support member 103 is supported at the bottom of the mounting portion 11, so that the position arrangement of the support guide rib 2 and the support member 103 can be well matched with the panel bracket 101, and thus the cost of the air conditioner 200 can be reduced without modifying the structure of the panel bracket 101.

For example, in the example of fig. 4, the air conditioner 200 is a cabinet air conditioner 200, the mounting box 100 is disposed at the lower side of the switch door 102, the mounting portion 11 defines a mounting cavity 110, and the top of the mounting cavity 110 is open to facilitate quick installation of the driving device; the guide groove 120 of the guide portion 12 is opened at the top, and the lower end of the opening/closing door 102 is fitted to the guide groove 120 so that the opening/closing door 102 slides along the extending direction of the guide groove 120, thereby opening or closing the outlet 101 a. Wherein the driving device may include a gear transmission mechanism, but is not limited thereto.

Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
