The ridge type edge cutting device 10 comprises a soil cutting disc 33 and an edge cutting plow handle 37, the upper portion of the edge cutting plow handle 37 is fixedly connected with the rack 8, a disc central shaft 38 is arranged at the lower end of the edge cutting plow handle, a maintenance-free bearing I34 is arranged on the disc central shaft 38, the maintenance-free bearing I34 is arranged in a bearing chamber 35, the bearing chamber 35 is fixed on the soil cutting disc 33 through a disc fixing screw 32 and a fixing nut 36, and the disc central shaft 38 is fastened with the maintenance-free bearing I34 through a bearing fixing nut 31. The soil cutting disc 33 is outward in opening, and the inner opening is equal to the set peanut ridge width.

The end part of the soil covering roller bracket 47 is matched with a soil covering roller shaft 46 through a maintenance-free bearing II 45, and the maintenance-free bearing II 45 is arranged on the soil covering roller shaft 46 through a bearing retainer ring 44. The rotating sleeve 57 is arranged on the cross beam 51 by means of the soil scraper collar 42.

The soil-dividing membrane-burying device 14 is of a rotating disc structure, the rear part of the disc is inclined inwards, the front part of the disc is inclined outwards, and soil floats are pushed into the outer cylinder of the membrane soil-covering device 15 in the advancing process. The opening of the disc of the soil-dividing film-burying device is outward, and the inner opening is equal to the set ridge width of the peanuts.

The foremost end of the frame 8 is provided with three suspension points 2 connected with a tractor. The bottom of the frame is provided with a driving land wheel 7.

A peanut film covering and punching-free sowing method adopts the sowing machine and comprises the following steps:

setting the fertilizer amount through a fertilizer amount regulator 22 below the fertilizer box 1; seed quantity setting is carried out through a seed quantity regulator 23 below the seed box 19; the water and the medicine are mixed well and then put into a medicine box 17; debugging the electric medicine pump 18; placing the whole roll of mulching film on the mulching film laying frame 12, and pressing one end of the mulching film under the film pressing device 13; putting the whole drip irrigation disc on a drip irrigation tape laying frame 16, wherein one end of the drip irrigation tape exceeds the mulching film laying frame 12, and pressing the drip irrigation tape by the whole roll of mulching film; the tractor pulls the frame 8 to advance, and peanut seeding operation is carried out on the land which is rotary-tilled in advance, or the frame is additionally hung behind a rotary cultivator matched with the tractor; in the operation process, firstly, the left ridger 5 and the right ridger 5 complete ridging operation of one ridge and two rows; the driving land wheel 7 (which is a row driving wheel and a power wheel for fertilizing and seeding) transmits power to the fertilizer discharger 24 and the seed sowing device 20 through the transmission shaft 3; meanwhile, the disc type fertilizer plough 4 performs ditching and fertilizing operation and the disc type seed plough 6 performs ditching and seeding operation; then the earthing and pressing operation is finished by the earthing embossing roller 9; then, the medicine box 17, the electric medicine pump 18 and the atomizing nozzle 11 carry out the medicine spraying operation; meanwhile, the ridge type edge cutting operation is finished by the ridge type edge cutter 10, the drip irrigation tape laying frame 16 and the mulching film laying frame 12 finish the drip irrigation and mulching film operation, and the whole ridge is fully covered with the mulching film after the pesticide is sprayed; finally, pressing the film by a film pressing roller 13, dividing soil by a soil dividing and film burying device 14, and covering soil on the film by a soil covering device 15; if the soil moisture content is higher, in order to prevent the soil from sticking on the film covering device, the soil cleaning device 21 finishes the soil cleaning work of the film covering device, and the operation effect is ensured; the in-process that divides soil to bury membrane ware 14 is advancing the urceolus 52 that the epimembranal earthing ware 15 is covered with soil to the soil floating, rotates through covering the epimembranal earthing ware, moves the soil floating in the urceolus 52 and leaks down between urceolus 52 and the inner tube 53, falls on the plastic film of the row top of sowing, when pushing down the plastic film, provides the protection for peanut seedling rupture of membranes growth, avoids causing the too high peanut seedling that burns of temperature under the membrane after the peanut seedling emergence, realizes the operation of exempting from to punch behind the peanut tectorial membrane.

In the process of the soil covering device 15 rotating and advancing, the lower end part of the vibrating rod 50 of the soil cleaning device is lapped on the connecting rod 55 between the outer cylinder 52 and the inner cylinder 53, the distance between the vibrating rod 50 and the connecting rod 55 is changed continuously in the advancing process, the vibrating rod 50 is lapped on the latter connecting rod after leaving the former connecting rod, the vibrating rod 50 continuously jumps and swings to drive the rotating sleeve 57 and the swing rod 49 connected with the vibrating rod to continuously swing, and the soil cleaning rod 43 at the end part of the swing rod 49 continuously beats the cylinder wall of the outer cylinder 52 to clean the soil adhered to the outer cylinder 52.

And a plurality of round iron bars with uniform height are additionally arranged on the circumference of the soil covering and pressing embossing roller.

The driving land wheel is connected with the seeder through a power transmitter, and the power generated by the driving land wheel is used for driving the seeder to sow uniformly. The driving land wheel is connected with the fertilizer regulator through a chain, and the power generated by the walking of the press roller drives the fertilizer applicator to uniformly fertilize under set parameters.

And the fertilizer box is provided with a fertilizer regulator for regulating the fertilizing amount of the fertilizer applicator. The seeder is matched with a seed quantity regulator for regulating the seeding quantity of the seeder.
