step three, homogenizing and mixing

1) Pouring preheated Keemun flower water mother liquor and ingredients into a homogenizer, wherein the ingredients comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6% of white granulated sugar, 5% of fructose-glucose syrup, 3% of vitamin C and the balance of water, wherein the ratio of the ingredients to the Keemun flower water mother liquor is 1: 1, the weight of water is 20 times of that of Keemun chrysanthemum water mother liquor, corresponding amount of water is added into a homogenizer, the homogenizer is controlled to carry out homogenization, the first-stage homogenization is started, the pressure in the homogenizer is controlled to be 18.8MPa, and the homogenization time is controlled to be 20 min;

2) after the first section of homogenization, closing the homogenizer, after the pressure in the homogenizer is reduced to normal pressure, opening the homogenizer, and adding an auxiliary agent into the homogenizer, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8% of malic acid, 3% of sodium bicarbonate and the balance of water, wherein the ratio of the auxiliary agent to the Keemun water mother liquor is 1: 4, restarting the homogenizer, starting a second-stage homogenization, controlling the pressure in the homogenizer to rise to 3.8MPa, continuing to homogenize for 20min, repeating the steps, adding water into the homogenizer, starting a third-stage homogenization under the same conditions as the second-stage homogenization, and obtaining keemun chrysanthemum water primary pulp after three-stage homogenization;

step four, filtering and centrifuging

1) Arranging an interception net at the feed inlet of the centrifuge, wherein the interception net is 240 meshes, pouring the keemun chrysanthemum water primary pulp into the centrifuge from the homogenizer through the interception net, controlling the centrifuge to carry out centrifugal treatment on the keemun chrysanthemum water primary pulp after filtration, controlling the rotation speed of the centrifuge to be 2400rpm, closing the centrifuge after centrifugation for 15min, standing for 5min, and taking keemun chrysanthemum water supernatant;

2) and (3) putting the supernatant of the keemun chrysanthemum water obtained after centrifugation into a transparent container for storage, and then sending the supernatant of the keemun chrysanthemum water in the transparent container into ultraviolet sterilization equipment for sterilization to obtain the finished product of the keemun chrysanthemum water.

Therefore, the problems that the flower raw materials are not thoroughly cleaned and nutritional ingredients are damaged by high-temperature treatment in the production and processing processes of part of scented tea health-care beverages are solved, cleaning means for the flower raw materials are lacked before preparation, more dust and impurities are mixed in the flower raw materials, the quality of finished beverages is influenced, and high-temperature treatment means such as boiling, decocting and the like are used for treatment for many times in the process steps, so that the nutritional ingredients in the flower raw materials are greatly damaged, the actual efficacy of the scented tea health-care beverages is influenced, and the scented tea health-care beverages are not beneficial to popularization and use; the keemun chrysanthemum water preparation method utilizes high-speed water flow sprayed by a high-pressure water gun to wash keemun chrysanthemum, so that the keemun chrysanthemum is broken and dispersed under the action of the high-pressure water flow, dust impurities mixed in the keemun chrysanthemum are fully washed, compared with common washing and soaking means adopted by most process methods, the cleaning means can wash away the dust impurities to the greatest extent, the cleaning effect is improved, the quality of subsequent keemun chrysanthemum water finished products is further ensured, low-temperature modes are adopted to treat the keemun chrysanthemum in the processing steps of pressure soaking, homogeneous mixing and the like, compared with partial high-temperature processing means, the process method is milder, the damage to the keemun chrysanthemum is reduced, natural nutrient substances in the keemun chrysanthemum are reserved to the great extent, the guarantee is provided for the nutritional value of the keemun chrysanthemum water finished products, the process method is simple and convenient to operate integrally, and is efficient and practical, is favorable for popularization and use.
