Background

Wrist-worn devices such as smartwatches and bracelets generally have a watchband, and are worn on the wrist through the watchband. The watchband is as the indispensable part of wrist-worn equipment, in order to satisfy different occasion demands, and the user needs often to change the watchband. In the prior art, the wristband is connected to the device body by a raw ear. When the watchband needs to be replaced by a user, the raw ear is detached from the equipment body, then a new watchband is replaced, and the raw ear is connected with the equipment body again. In some embodiments of the present application, the elastic member includes a first elastic sheet and a second elastic sheet that are connected to each other, the first elastic sheet is embedded in the belt body, and the second elastic sheet is used for acting with the key and is clamped against the side wall of the first mounting groove.

In some embodiments of the present application, an included angle is formed between the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet; and/or the intersection joint of the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet is in a circular arc structure.

In some embodiments of the present application, the opening direction of the elastic member is opposite to the direction in which the belt body is inserted into the socket.

The device body 100 is provided with watchbands 200 on both sides thereof, and only one of the watchbands 200 is shown in fig. 1.

One of the device body 100 and the band 200 is provided with a jack 110, and the other is provided with an elastic member 300, and in the present embodiment, the jack 110 is provided in the device body 100, and the elastic member 300 is provided in the band 200 as an example.

In the orientation state shown in fig. 6, the watch band 200 is limited by the top wall of the socket 110 and the bottom key 400 in the up-down direction, and limited by the lateral inner wall of the socket 110 and the clamping action between the elastic member 300 and the first mounting groove 120 in the left-right direction, and the watch band 200 is reliable in mounting structure and is not easy to fall off.

The insertion process of the band 200 is easy to operate, and one end of the band 200 is directly inserted into the insertion opening 110 without any additional auxiliary operation.

When the watch band 200 needs to be detached, referring to fig. 7, the key 400 is pressed toward the direction close to the insertion opening 110, the elastic member 300 is compressed and deformed by a force, the clamping action between the elastic member 300 and the first mounting groove 120 is eliminated, the elastic member 300 is pulled out from the first mounting groove 120, and at this time, the watch band 200 is pulled outwards, so that the watch band 200 can be pulled out from the insertion opening 110, and the detachment of the watch band 200 is completed.

This detachment process is simple and easy to perform, and requires no additional auxiliary tool, only one hand pressing the button 400 and the other hand pulling the band 200 outward.

Regarding the specific structure of the elastic member 300, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 4, the elastic member 300 includes a first elastic sheet 310 and a second elastic sheet 320 connected to each other, and the first elastic sheet 310 and the second elastic sheet 320 are formed by bending a same sheet of plate material. The integral spring plate structure is convenient to process and manufacture. The elastic member 300 may be made of a steel plate.

The first elastic piece 310 is embedded in the watch band 200, so that the elastic piece 300 is fixedly mounted on the watch band 200. The second resilient piece 320 is used for acting with the key 400 and is clamped against the side wall of the first mounting groove 120. The second elastic sheet 320 plays a main role in deformation to realize convenient disassembly and assembly of the watch band 200.

The first elastic sheet 310 and the second elastic sheet 320 form a certain included angle, and/or the intersection of the first elastic sheet 310 and the second elastic sheet 320 is in a circular arc structure. The elastic member 300 is opened in a direction opposite to the insertion direction of the band 200 into the insertion opening 110, so that the elastic member 300 can be easily inserted and withdrawn.

For the specific installation structure of the elastic element 300, in some embodiments of the present application, the end of the watch band 200 is provided with the second installation groove 210, the first elastic piece 310 is connected to the second installation groove 210, and the second elastic piece 320 partially extends out of the second installation groove 210 in the original state, so as to deform under the action of an external force.

The first resilient piece 310 may be fixedly mounted to the top wall of the second mounting groove 210 by means of adhesion.

Furthermore, a slot 220 is formed in the second mounting groove 210, one end of the first elastic sheet 310 is inserted into the slot 220, the intersection joint of the first elastic sheet 310 and the second elastic sheet 320 abuts against the lateral wall of the second mounting groove 210, the first elastic sheet 310 is limited, the first elastic sheet 310 cannot be separated, and the fixed mounting of the elastic member 300 is realized.

The method specifically comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 6, when the watch band 200 is inserted into the socket 110, the second resilient piece 320 abuts against the key body 410, and applies an acting force away from the socket 110 to the key body 410, the key body 410 is forced to move in a direction away from the socket 110 (downward in the orientation shown in fig. 6), and drives the extension portion 420 to synchronously move downward in the throat portion 122, after the watch band 200 is inserted in place, the free end portion of the second resilient piece 320 abuts against the sidewall of the first mounting groove body 121, and the extension portion 420 abuts against the sidewall (specifically, the bottom wall in the orientation shown in fig. 3) of the throat portion 122, so that the elastic piece 300 is limited in the upper, lower, left and right directions, and the watch band 200 is fixedly mounted.

When the band 200 is detached, referring to fig. 7, the key body 410 is pressed in a direction close to the insertion opening 110 (upward in the orientation shown in fig. 7), and the key body 410 moves upward, thereby moving the protruding portion 420 upward in the throat portion 122.

In some embodiments of the present application, the outer surface of the key body 410 does not extend out of the casing of the device body 100, specifically, the casing is attached to the skin of the wearer, so as to prevent the key body 410 from being pressed by the skin to reduce the reliability of the watch band 200, and prevent the key body 410 from protruding outward to the skin of the wearer to reduce the wearing comfort.
