As shown in fig. 1, 8, 9, and 10, generally, a needle body 101 used in clinical acupuncture is generally thin, and if the thin needle body 101 is directly matched with a needle holder, it is obvious that technical requirements for manufacturing precision of a needle holder pen are greatly improved, and in this embodiment, a guide sleeve 104 is sleeved on a middle rear portion of the needle body 101, and an outer diameter of the guide sleeve 104 is certainly larger than that of the needle body 101, which is more favorable for setting a groove portion 102, and the first roller 10, the needle placing groove 4 and the guide sleeve 104 are matched to indirectly limit the needle body 101, so that manufacturing difficulty of the needle holder pen can be greatly reduced, and matching precision of the needle holder pen and a needle 1 is improved; meanwhile, based on the above design, the first roller 10 can provide a larger driving force for the needle body 101 by cooperating with the groove portion 102 on the guide sleeve 104; in addition, the guide sleeve 104 is preferably designed in a sectional manner, that is, the guide sleeve 104 is composed of a plurality of sections which are spaced back and forth, and the groove portion 102 is arranged at the last section of the guide sleeve 104, so that on one hand, the material consumption of the guide sleeve 104 can be reduced, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, on the other hand, the resistance generated by the needle placing groove 4 when the needle 1 rotates can be reduced, and the driving force required for twisting the needle 1 is smaller.

a placing seat 19 for placing the sliding block 11 is arranged in the pen body 2, the sliding block 11 is limited by the placing seat 19 and can only move in a linear stroke, the elastic piece 13 is positioned in the placing seat 19 and connected between the pen body 2 and the sliding block 11, and one end of the sliding block 11 extends to the outside of the placing seat 19 and is connected with the finger handle 5; further, the elastic piece 13 is a wave-shaped elastic piece;

referring to fig. 5 and 6, a rotating shaft extending forward and backward is installed on the slider 11, the first roller 10 is fixed to a front end of the rotating shaft, and the second roller 12 is fixed to a rear end of the rotating shaft.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the clinical acupuncture assembly, the pen body 2 is provided with a timing device 8, and a doctor can use the timing device 8 to perform timing and timing to control the needle remaining time during acupuncture more precisely.

Referring to fig. 4, 5, 8 and 12, in the clinical acupuncture set, the micro-fan unit 17 is composed of a housing 175, a driving motor 174 and an impeller 173, the driving motor 174 is disposed in the housing 175, the impeller 173 is fixed to an output shaft of the driving motor 174, and the output shaft of the driving motor 174 is the driving shaft 15 of the micro-fan unit 17; the air outlet 171 and the air inlet 172 of the micro-fan device 17 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the housing 175; because the micro-fan device 17 adopts an integrated design, the installation into the pen body 2 is more convenient.

Referring to fig. 8, 11, 13 and 14, in the clinical acupuncture assembly, the reciprocating wheel 14 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft 15 of the micro-fan device 17 through a speed-reducing varying mechanism 18, and the core function of the speed-reducing varying mechanism 18 is two, one is to reduce the speed during the transmission process to reduce the rotation speed of the reciprocating wheel 14, and the other is to convert the kinetic energy to convert the constant-direction rotation motion of the driving shaft 15 into the reciprocating rotation motion of the reciprocating wheel 14, in terms of the prior art, the speed-reducing varying mechanism 18 has various implementation structures, and preferably adopts the following structure:

the speed reduction and change mechanism 18 comprises a driving gear 184, a reduction gear 183, a sector gear 186 and a driven gear 185, wherein the driving gear 184 is fixed on the driving shaft 15 of the micro fan device 17, the reduction gear 183, the sector gear 186 and the driven gear 185 are rotationally fixed in the pen body 2, and the reduction gear 183 is larger than the driving gear 184 in wheel diameter and is meshed with the driving gear 184; the sector gear 186 and the reduction gear 183 are respectively provided with an eccentric shaft 181, and the two eccentric shafts 181 are connected through a connecting rod 182, so that the reduction gear 183 drives the sector gear 186 to swing back and forth through the connecting rod 182 in the continuous rotation process; the driven gear 185 is meshed with the sector gear 186, and the driven gear 185 is connected with the reciprocating wheel 14 through a shaft and can only rotate synchronously; the speed reduction change mechanism 18 is based on the design, so that the whole structure is smaller and more compact, and the transmission effect is more stable; further, the diameter of the sector gear 186 is larger than that of the driven gear 185, so that the sector gear 186 and the driven gear 185 can perform secondary speed reduction during transmission.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 15, this embodiment further improves the needle holding pen based on the structure of the clinical acupuncture set disclosed in embodiment 1:

the pen body 2 is limited with a roller 21 which can only rotate, the central axis of the roller 21 is parallel to the linear direction of the needle placing groove 4, and the part of the roller 21 is positioned in the needle placing groove 4; when the finger handle 5 is pressed to make the first roller 10 abut against the bottom side wall of the groove part 102, the roller 21 abuts against the guide sleeve 104 from the other side; therefore, when the first roller 10 cooperates with the groove portion 102 to drive the needle 1 to roll in the needle groove 4, the roller 21 can rotate synchronously with the guide sleeve 104, so as to greatly reduce the rotation resistance of the needle 1 during the rotation process, and make the needle 1 roll more smoothly.

With the prior art, the roller 21 has a plurality of arrangement ways in the pen body 2, and the preferred embodiment is as follows: the pen body 2 is provided with a shaft seat 22, the shaft seat 22 is communicated with the needle placing groove 4, bearings are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the shaft seat 22, and two ends of the rolling shaft 21 are respectively supported and fixed through the bearings.

Still further, the wheel surfaces of the first roller 10, the second roller 12 and the reciprocating wheel 14 and the bottom side wall of the groove 102 are all provided with anti-skid surfaces 20, so as to improve the transmission stability between the above parts, and the anti-skid surfaces 20 are formed by means of sanding treatment or forming anti-skid grooves or sleeving anti-skid rubber rings.

Example 3

Referring to fig. 16, this embodiment further improves the needle holding pen based on the structure of the clinical acupuncture set disclosed in embodiment 1:

the outer side wall of the pen body 2 is provided with a placing opening 23, the placing opening 23 is sealed by a sealing cover 24, and the placing opening 23 is used for placing the slide block 11, the elastic piece 13 and other components in the pen body 2.

Example 4

In the present clinical practice, the needle 1 is usually placed in a sterile instrument box or a conventional disposable package, and the taking is not convenient enough, and the needle 1 and the needle holding pen cannot be combined quickly, so that the clinical operation efficiency of acupuncture is reduced to a certain extent.

In order to improve the above technical problem, the present embodiment adds a mounting clip for placing and accommodating the needle 1 on the basis of the structure of the clinical acupuncture and moxibustion component disclosed in the foregoing embodiment, and the specific scheme is as follows:

referring to fig. 17 to 20, the clinical acupuncture assembly includes a mounting clip 25, the mounting clip 25 includes an elongated flexible plate, the flexible plate is provided with a bent arch portion 254 in an arch bridge shape, the arch portion 254 extends along the width direction of the flexible plate, and the top of the arch portion 254 is provided with a first locking hole 257; the arched part 254 is provided with a plurality of clamping holes 258 which are distributed side by side along the width direction of the flexible plate body, the middle front part of the needle body 101 passes through the clamping holes 258 and is clamped and fixed by the clamping holes 258, and the front end and the rear end of the needle tool 1 are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the arched part 254; the flexible plate body is divided into a front plate body 255 and a rear plate body 253 by taking the arched part 254 as a boundary, a second clamping hole 256 is formed in the front plate body 255, the front plate body 255 is folded from the upper side to the rear side, and the end part of the front plate body 255 is connected with the arched part 254; a crease 252 extending along the width direction of the flexible plate body is prefabricated on the rear plate body 253, and a chuck 251 which can be respectively in splicing fit with the first clamping hole 257 and the second clamping hole 256 is arranged at the end part of the rear plate body 253; as shown in fig. 17 and 18, when the mounting clip 25 is in the initial state, the rear plate 253 is folded forward along the fold 252 from the upper side and the cartridge 251 is inserted into the first cartridge hole 257, the mounting clip 25 has a rectangular sheet shape, the front end of the needle 1 is located in the interlayer formed by folding the front plate 255, and the rear end of the needle 1 is located in the interlayer formed by folding the rear plate 253; as shown in fig. 21 and 22, after the rear plate 253 is folded over along the fold 252 from the lower side and the chuck 251 is inserted into the second engaging hole 256, the setting clip 25 has a shape of a triangular prism, and in this case, in the use state of the setting clip 25, when the surface on which the chuck 251 is located is placed downward, the needle 1 is inclined and the middle-rear portion is in a suspended state.

When the clinical acupuncture assembly is implemented in the above manner, the mounting clip 25 can be used as a package of the needle set 1, as shown in fig. 17-19, in an initial state, the rear plate 253 is folded forward from the upper side along the fold 252 and the chuck 251 is inserted into the first chuck hole 257, at this time, the mounting clip 25 is in a rectangular sheet shape, and has the characteristics of convenient transportation and storage, and the like, and the sterility and the sanitation of the needle set 1 before the needle set is not used can be easily ensured by adopting the prior art, such as the means of arranging a plastic bag outside the mounting clip 25; when the needle device 1 is used, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the clamping head 251 is pulled out from the first clamping hole 257, the rear plate body 253 is folded along the crease 252 from the lower side, then the clamping head 251 is inserted into the second clamping hole 256, the placing state of the placing clamp 25 is adjusted, the side where the clamping head 251 is located faces downwards, the arched part 254 is located at the upper end of the placing clamp 25, the needle device 1 is inclined, the middle rear part of the needle device 1 is in a suspended state, the middle rear part of the needle device 1 can be easily inserted into the needle placing groove 4 by holding the stylus pen, the stylus pen and the needle device 1 are combined, and the needle device 1 is pulled out from the clamping hole 258, so that subsequent clinical acupuncture operation can be performed, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the clinical acupuncture operation efficiency can be remarkably improved.

In addition, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, when the mounting clip 25 is manufactured, the mounting clip 25 is manufactured based on a single plate, that is, the flexible plate, the first clipping hole 257, the second clipping hole 256, the clipping head 251, the fold 252, the arching portion 254, the clipping hole 258, and other components can be manufactured by cutting, pre-bending, pressing, and other conventional methods from a single plate, so that the manufacturing process of the mounting clip 25 is very simple, and the manufacturing cost is very low.

Further, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, in the above-described clinical acupuncture set, the mounting clip 25 is in an initial state, the rear plate body 253 is folded forward from the upper side along the fold 252 and the cartridge 251 is inserted into the first cartridge hole 257, and a plastic envelope (not shown) is provided around the mounting clip 25, thereby ensuring the hygiene and sterility of the mounting clip 25 and the needle set 1 mounted therein before use.

Further, in the above clinical acupuncture assembly, the flexible plate body is made of a plastic plate or a hard board.

Further, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, in the clinical acupuncture assembly, the chuck 251 and the flexible plate are integrally formed.
