When the existing high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system is used for pressure adjustment, manual water drainage is generally adopted, so that the internal pressure is reduced, manpower and water resources are wasted, and the automation degree is low.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a pressure regulating device for a high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution: a pressure regulating device for a high pressure water mist fire suppression system, comprising:

the support 1 is preset on the ground;

the electric cabinet 2 is fixed on the side surface of the bracket 1;

a pressure stabilizing pump 3, a high pressure pump 4 and a water storage tank 5 are sequentially fixed in the middle of the bracket 1 from left to right, and the bottoms of the pressure stabilizing pump 3, the high pressure pump 4 and the water storage tank 5 are communicated through pipelines;

Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the voltage regulating assembly 7 includes:

a pressure regulating base 71;

a sealing cover 72 mounted on the top of the pressure regulating seat 71;

a filter assembly 76 screwed to one end of the pressure regulating base 71;

the adjusting round table 77 is arranged inside the pressure regulating seat 71 in a sliding manner, and a sealing ring is arranged between the adjusting round table 77 and the pressure regulating seat 71; and

the adjusting component 78 is slidably disposed in the sealing cover 72, and the bottom of the adjusting component 78 is fixed to the adjusting circular truncated cone 77.

As a preferred embodiment, one end of the pressure regulating seat 71 close to the filter assembly 76 is provided with a pressure relief port 74 for reducing the water pressure in the pipeline, and the other end of the pressure regulating seat 71 is provided with a return port 75 for returning the water inside the pressure regulating seat 71 to the water storage tank 5;

and a pressure relief spring 765 connected between the fixing ring 766 and the connection pad 763.

It should be explained that the water pressure increases the space of the water flow by contacting with the pressure release column 762 and pushing the pressure release spring 765, thereby reducing the water pressure, reducing the impact force on the filter screen 767, protecting the filter screen, and prolonging the service life of the filter screen.

As a preferred embodiment, a cushion 764 is disposed between the connection platform 763 and the threaded sleeve 761 for buffering the impact force of the pressure relief spring 765, a circular boss is disposed on a side of the connection platform 763 away from the pressure relief column 762, and a diameter of the circular boss is the same as an inner diameter of the pressure relief spring 765 for limiting the offset of the pressure relief spring 765.

Referring to fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment, a diaphragm 782 is disposed between the sealing cover 72 and the pressure regulating seat 71, the diaphragm 782 is made of a deformable material and is used for limiting water from flowing into the sealing cover 72, a fixing table 784 is fixed in the sealing cover 72, and an adjusting assembly 78 is coaxially slidably disposed in the fixing table 784.

As a preferred embodiment, the adjustment assembly 78 includes:

a clamp plate 781 fixed to the diaphragm 782;

a sliding column 783, one end of which is fixed at the top end of the clamping plate 781, and the other end of which is arranged in the sealing cover 72 in a sliding manner;

an adjusting plate 789 fixed to the sliding column 783, and the adjusting plate 789 being vertically slidable in a fixing table 784; and

and an adjusting spring connected between the adjusting plate 789 and the clamping plate 781.

In a preferred embodiment, the top end of the sealing cover 72 is provided with a pressure discharge hole 786, a sliding column 783 is slidably disposed in the pressure discharge hole 786, so that the sliding column 783 can slide up and down, and a sealing sleeve 785 is disposed between the sliding column 783 and the pressure discharge hole 786.

As a preferred embodiment, a sealed space is provided between the sealing cover 72, the fixing table 784 and the adjusting plate 789, and an air inlet hole 787 and an air outlet hole 788 are formed in a side wall of the sealed space, and are used for controlling the position of the adjusting plate 789, so as to control the compression degree of the adjusting spring, and it should be noted that the air inlet hole 787 is connected with an external air intake device.

Specifically, when fire is not needed to be extinguished, the external air inlet device does not work, so that the adjusting spring is in a pressure relief state, when the water pressure in the pipeline is too high, the pressure relief column 762 is pushed and enters the pressure regulating seat 71 through the filter screen 767, when the pressure relief port 74 is filled with water, the water pressure does not reach a set value, the water pressure pushes the adjusting round platform 77 to enable the water to flow into the return port and flow into the water storage tank 5 through the return pipeline 8, so that the utilization rate of the water is improved, when the fire extinguishing work is carried out, the high-pressure pump 4 is started, the pressure in the pipeline is increased, at the moment, the external air inlet device is filled with gas through the air inlet hole 787, so that the adjusting plate 789 is pressed down, the compression force of the adjusting spring is increased, the adjusting plate 789 is kept still, and the fire extinguishing work is prevented from being influenced by too low pressure in the pipeline.
