3. The mobile adsorption device of claim 2, wherein a dust outlet (1021) is formed at the bottom of the recovery tank (102).

4. The mobile adsorbent device of claim 1, wherein the filter bag module (105) comprises a cage and a filter bag, the cage is fixed on the faceplate (104), and the filter bag is fixed on the cage.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of dust removal, and particularly relates to a movable adsorption device.

Background

The bag type dust collecting equipment is a high-efficiency bag dust collector. The filter bag is made of fiber filter materials, and more importantly, the dust layer formed on the surface of the filter bag is used for purifying the gas. The dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.99%.

However, the conventional bag-type storage facility is too large to be easily moved, and if the area needs to be replaced, it takes a lot of manpower and material resources to move, and thus it is not suitable for a place such as a mine where the location needs to be changed as required.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, provides a movable adsorption device, and solves the problem that dust removal equipment in places such as a mine factory is difficult to install and move.

In the invention, the moving device 200 can drive the dust removing device 100 to move at any position, then the centrifugal fan 103 exhausts the air to the box body 101, so that the air enters from the air inlet 1011 of the box body 101, then passes through the filter bag assembly 105 to filter the dust in the air, and then the clean air flows out from the air outlet 1012. The box 101 is divided into two parts by the pattern plate 104 and the filter bag assembly 105, the air with dust enters the dust removing area 106, and the clean air passes through the filter bag assembly 105, enters the purifying area 107 and is discharged by the centrifugal fan 103. The dust intercepted by the filter bag assembly 105 can then fall downward and be discharged from the dust discharge port 1013 to be recovered by the recovery tank 102.

The dust removal device 100 can be driven to move by the moving device 200, the dust removal device is convenient and quick, and the dust removal device 100 has a good dust removal effect through the structure of the dust removal device 100.

Specifically, the recovery tank 102 is rotatably provided with a spiral conveying shaft 108 and a driving motor 109, and the driving motor 109 is in transmission connection with the spiral conveying shaft 108. The screw shaft 108 is rotated by the driving motor 109, and the screw shaft 108 moves the dust in the collection tank 102 in the same direction.
