the roller way is used for conveying steel billets and steel plates, each steel plate comprises a plurality of representative plates and a plurality of flaw detection plates, a first plate number is sprayed on each representative plate, and a second plate number is sprayed on each flaw detection plate; all the first board numbers are different from each other, and the terminal characters of all the first board numbers are the same; all the second board numbers are different from each other, and the terminal characters of all the second board numbers are the same; the end character of the second board number is different from the end character of the first board number;

the spray printing machine is used for spraying the first plate number to the representative plate and spraying the second plate number to the flaw detection plate; the spraying machine is positioned on one side of the roller way;

the sampling head cutting scissors are positioned on the sampling station and positioned above the roller way;

the flaw detection equipment is positioned on a flaw detection station and is positioned above the roller way;

the spray printing control unit is positioned on one side of the roller way, receives the plate number corresponding to each billet and sends the plate number to the spray printing machine;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of steel rolling, and particularly relates to a visual material tracking method and system for identifying a flaw detection plate and a representative plate on line.

Background

In the existing steel plate production line, each large steel plate has a unique large plate number with 11 bits, and the large plate number is used for tracking the steel plates and the located area. In the prior art, according to the product requirements, part of steel plates need to be subjected to online flaw detection and sampling.

However, the flaw detection or sampling process has the following drawbacks: 1) the flaw detection and sampling station needs to check whether each plate needs to detect flaws or sample through a planning sheet or an MES (manufacturing execution system), so that the efficiency is low; 2) due to the fact that post personnel are nervous and new workers in part of posts are on posts, the situations that a flaw detection plate leaks detection and a representative plate leaks sampling occur occasionally, the flow is complicated due to repeated flaw detection, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are wasted; the re-sampling after the sampling omission leads to the generation of unplanned products, and the re-scheduling also leads to the extension of contract delivery time and influences the contract delivery.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a visual material tracking method and a visual material tracking system for identifying a flaw detection plate and a representative plate on line, which can identify the flaw detection plate and the representative plate on line and avoid the phenomena of missed detection and missed sampling. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

s1, before the steel billet is formed, selecting a plurality of steel billets as steel billets of the representative plate according to the production plan, and selecting a plurality of steel billets as steel billets of the flaw detection plate according to the customer requirements;

each steel plate passes through the rolling mill and then continues to run along with the roller way, and when each steel plate runs to the jet printing machine on one side of the roller way in sequence, the jet printing machine sprays a first plate number on each representative plate, wherein each first plate number comprises a plurality of characters which are arranged in sequence; all the first board numbers are different from each other, and the terminal characters of all the first board numbers are the same;

spraying a second plate number on each flaw detection plate by the spray printing machine, wherein the second plate number comprises a plurality of characters which are sequentially arranged; all the second board numbers are different from each other, and the terminal characters of all the second board numbers are the same; the end character of the second board number is different from the end character of the first board number;

s3, the steel plate continues to run along with the roller way after passing through the jet printing machine, and when the representative plate runs to a sampling station, the sampling crop shear on the sampling station samples the representative plate; and when the flaw detection plate runs to a flaw detection station, flaw detection equipment on the flaw detection station performs a flaw detection process on the flaw detection plate.

Preferably, before the steel billets enter the heating furnace, the control unit assembly sends the plate number corresponding to each steel billet to the jet printing control unit, and the jet printing control unit sends the plate number corresponding to each steel billet to the jet printing machine; the control unit assembly is located in the operation chamber, and the jet printing control unit is located on one side of the roller way.

Preferably, a display screen is arranged on the flaw detection station, the display screen is in signal communication with the jet printing control unit, and the plate number corresponding to each steel billet in the jet printing control unit is received and displayed.

Preferably, in S2, for the steel plate that is required to be used as both the representative plate and the flaw detection plate, a third plate number is sprayed thereon, the third plate number each including a plurality of characters arranged in sequence; all the third plate numbers are different from each other, and the terminal characters of all the third plate numbers are the same; the terminal character of the third plate number is different from both the terminal character of the first plate number and the terminal character of the second plate number.

the spray printing machine is used for spraying the first plate number to the representative plate and spraying the second plate number to the flaw detection plate; the spraying machine is positioned on one side of the roller way;

the sampling head cutting scissors are positioned on the sampling station and positioned above the roller way;

the flaw detection equipment is positioned on a flaw detection station and is positioned above the roller way;

the spray printing control unit is positioned on one side of the roller way and sends the plate number corresponding to each billet to the spray printing machine;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the method comprises the steps of selecting steel billets representing plates and steel billets for flaw detection plates in advance for classification, then realizing classification of the representing plates and the flaw detection plates by spray printing plate numbers containing different terminal characters, and finally realizing online identification type, online sampling and online flaw detection of the steel plates by operating an indoor main display screen and a display screen on a flaw detection station. Therefore, the invention can identify the type of the steel plate on line at the first time without turning over the MES system or a rolling schedule. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of leakage detection and sampling can be obviously reduced, the condition that the turnover plate detects the flaw again or samples is reduced, and the unplanned generation is also reduced.

The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings, in which preferred embodiments of the invention are shown, it being understood that one skilled in the art may modify the invention herein described while still achieving the advantageous effects of the invention. Accordingly, the following description should be construed as broadly as possible to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.

A visual material tracking method for identifying flaw detection plates and representative plates on line comprises the steps of S1-S3.

S1, determining the steel billet of the representative plate and the steel billet of the flaw detection plate.

For steel plates which need to be used as a representative plate and a flaw detection plate at the same time, spraying a third plate number on the steel plates by a spray printing machine, wherein the third plate number comprises a plurality of characters which are arranged in sequence; all the third plate numbers are different from each other, and the terminal characters of all the third plate numbers are the same; the terminal character of the third plate number is different from both the terminal character of the first plate number and the terminal character of the second plate number.

In this embodiment, the end number (terminal character) of the flaw detection plate is denoted by S, the end number representing the plate is denoted by T, and the end number of the steel plate is denoted by Z for a steel plate which requires both flaw detection and sampling. If a steel plate needs to be sampled, the original plate number is E1518006000, which is now changed to E151800600T.

Preferably, a display screen is arranged on the flaw detection station, the display screen is in signal communication with the jet printing control unit, and the plate number corresponding to each steel billet in the jet printing control unit is received and displayed.

After the steel plate passes through the rolling mill, the spray printing control unit is communicated with the control unit assembly, the control unit assembly is communicated with the total display screen and the display screen on the flaw detection station, the total display screen displays analog signals of all the steel plates on the roller way, the analog signals comprise a steel plate model and a plate number positioned on the steel plate model, and the position of the steel plate model relative to the roller way corresponds to the actual position of the on-site steel plate in real time. And a display screen on the flaw detection station displays the analog signal of the steel plate near the station. Therefore, the position of the flaw detection plate or the representative plate is judged by workers in the operating room according to the analog signals on the main display screen, and when the flaw detection plate or the representative plate is about to reach the corresponding station, the workers in the operating room start sampling head cutting scissors or flaw detection equipment through the control unit assembly. Similarly, after the steel plate passes through the rolling mill, the jet printing control unit is communicated with the jet printing machine, and the jet printing machine carries out plate number spraying on the representative plate or the flaw detection plate according to the received plate number information. Particularly, when needing the sample, start the sample crop and cut the head and cut, the staff in the control chamber moves corresponding operating personnel to go the sample station simultaneously and assists the sample. Therefore, operators do not need to be arranged on the sampling station at any time.

The sampling crop shear is positioned on the sampling station and positioned above the roller way.

And the flaw detection equipment is positioned on the flaw detection station and is positioned above the roller way.

And the jet printing control unit is positioned on one side of the roller way, receives the plate number corresponding to each billet and sends the plate number to the jet printing machine.

And the control unit assembly and the total display screen are both positioned in the operating room, and the control unit assembly sends the plate number corresponding to each steel billet to the jet printing control unit and the total display screen.

And the display screen is positioned on the flaw detection station and used for receiving and displaying the plate number corresponding to each steel billet in the jet printing control unit.
