The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cutter head 10 and a rolling cutter. The rolling knife comprises a second knife bar 20, a locking member 30 and a knife head 10.

The cutter head 10 comprises a cutter head body 11, wherein a first cutter rod 12 is arranged on the cutter head body 11, and a plurality of pressing grooves 13 are formed in the side wall of the first cutter rod 12. The side wall of the pressing groove 13 includes a first side surface 131 and a second side surface 132, the first side surface 131 and the second side surface 132 are obliquely arranged, the first side surface 131 is located between the second side surface 132 and the cutter head body 11, and the first side surface 131 and the central axis of the first cutter arbor 12 are obliquely arranged. One end of the second cutter bar 20 is provided with an assembling hole 23 and a locking groove 24 partially overlapped with the assembling hole 23, an included angle c between the central axis of the locking groove 24 and the central axis of the assembling hole 23 is an acute angle, the first cutter bar 12 is at least partially arranged in the assembling hole 23, and the locking member 30 is arranged in the locking groove 24 and partially arranged in the pressing groove 13 to press the cutter head 10.

In addition, a plurality of pressing grooves 13 are formed in the first cutter bar 12, therefore, when one side of the cutter head 10 is damaged along with the machining duration, another pressing groove 13 can be replaced to match with the locking piece 30 to lock the cutter head 10, so that the service life of the cutter head 10 can be increased in multiple times, the service life of the cutter head 10 can be greatly prolonged, and when the cutter head 10 is damaged, the locking piece 30 can be detached to detach the damaged cutter head 10 and replace a new cutter head 10. The rolling cutter has simple structure, and can reduce the cost and the volume of the rolling cutter.

Specifically, the locking member 30 is a screw, and a thread (not shown) for cooperating with the screw is provided in the locking groove 24, so that the locking member 30 can be used to cooperate with the thread to realize the dismounting, the replacement of the tool bit 10 is realized, and the dismounting is convenient.

In one embodiment, to improve the stability of the first shank 12 being fitted into the fitting hole 23, the diameter of the first shank 12 is gradually reduced in a direction away from the tool bit 10, and the fitting hole 23 is a tapered hole. In addition, the 40CrMo steel has high strength, good toughness and a connecting piece with great load, and is very suitable for a rolling cutter so as to improve the strength of the rolling cutter.

In one embodiment, to further improve the stability of the assembly of the tool bit 10, the roughness of the outer side wall of the first tool bar 12 and the roughness of the side wall of the assembly hole 23 are both less than ra0.2.

In one embodiment, the taper e of the mounting hole 23 is 4 ° and the aperture d1 is 4mm, wherein the taper b of the first tool bar 12 is also 4 ° for practical purposes.
