s2, the first motor 4 drives the rotary table 51 to rotate, further drives the hardware to rotate into the blocking box 13, the first moving member drives the drilling machine 25 to drill the hardware, and chip liquid is sprayed to the drilled hole while drilling;

s3, after drilling is completed, the second motor 54 drives the adjusting part 6 to rotate 90 degrees through gear transmission, the second moving part drives the limiting plate 37 to clamp the metal part, and the polisher 35 polishes and removes burrs at two ends of the hole;

s4, the cutting fluid, the crushed aggregates and the polished chips of the drill hole fall onto the first material guide plate 15, the chips fall into the material storage member 7 in sliding fit with the chute 18 from the second material guide plate 16, the metal crushed aggregates precipitate, and after the cutting fluid in the material storage member 7 is full, the cutting fluid enters the reservoir 17 from the filter plate 191 to realize the circulation of the cutting fluid;

s5, conveying the machined hardware to the next station, returning by a rotary clamping cylinder 621, taking down the workpiece through a manual or mechanical arm or a sucking disc, and resetting the adjusting part 6;

s6, when the crushed aggregates are cleaned, the movable box 72 is pulled to increase the storage space, so that the height of the cutting fluid in the storage box 71 is reduced, and the cutting fluid is prevented from splashing.

The cleaning device provided by the invention can be used for efficiently processing metal parts, the processing efficiency is high, the metal crushed aggregates are automatically recovered, the cutting fluid is recycled, the processing cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the cleaning difficulty of workers is also reduced, the cleaning device can be used for simultaneously polishing the two sides of the metal parts, and the metal crushed aggregates are deposited in the material storage parts and matched with the inclined filter plate to reduce the blocking risk; the processing method is convenient to operate, high in automation degree and capable of reducing labor intensity of workers.
