Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ink-jet printing nozzle devices, in particular to a printer nozzle device with double-layer inclined surface installation and adjustment functions.

Background

An inkjet printer head (i.e., an inkjet print head) is a device that can eject printing media such as ink, dye solution, metal dispersant, and polymer material from an orifice to a printing material at a certain speed, thereby outputting graphic information. The fields of application of inkjet print heads include consumer and office printing, graphic advertising printing and industrial printing. The fields of thermal expense and office printing applications are dominated by foaming inkjet print heads; while the industrial printing application area is dominated by piezoelectric ink jet print heads; the piezoelectric ink jet print head is composed of a plurality of fine and firmly divided flow paths; the fine ink drops are extruded and then ejected from the nozzle to the printing stock through the flow channel. In addition, piezoelectric ink jet print heads use special crystalline materials that are sensitive to voltage. When voltage is applied, the crystal material is slightly deformed so as to force ink drops to be extruded from a nozzle through a fine flow passage; when the voltage is interrupted, the crystalline material will quickly return to its original position. Because the nozzles are highly integrated on the printing head, the nozzles cannot move due to the fragility of the nozzles, the distance between the nozzles is fixed, and the printing resolution of the printing stock can be fixed; when the resolution of the printing stock to be printed is not in the range of the resolution which can be provided by the spray head, the spray head cannot print the printing stock with the resolution; meanwhile, in order to improve the printing efficiency and the printing quality, a plurality of spray heads are arranged on one printer, all the spray heads are adjusted, and the workload is undoubtedly huge; however, each nozzle is not adjusted to a certain degree, and the printing efficiency and the printing quality are damaged; if a balance is obtained between the two, the problem needs to be solved in the industry at present.
