The problem that present gold utensil exists lies in, during strong wind weather, pure aluminum stranded conductor swings with the wind, but because gold utensil fixed arrangement, will take place violent wearing and tearing between pure aluminum stranded conductor and the gold utensil, along with the lapse of time, pure aluminum stranded conductor and gold utensil contact position degree of wear are bigger and bigger, finally lead to pure aluminum stranded conductor disconnected strand or drop from the gold utensil. The problem is also present not only for pure aluminum stranded wires, but also for flexible wires of other materials.

Disclosure of Invention

Meanwhile, the wire clamp component 9 is assembled on the rotating block 5 in a rotating mode around the horizontal axis, and can be suitable for flexible wires which form different inclination angles with the horizontal plane.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 4 and 5, the base 1 includes a bottom plate 2 and a fixing block 3 which are separated, the bottom plate 2 is fixedly mounted on the post insulator through a bolt when in use, and the fixing block 3 is detachably and fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 2 through a bolt 4. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the fixing block 3 is hollow, the top of the fixing block is provided with a pin hole communicated with the hollow space, a circle of countersunk bolt through holes 13 extending up and down is formed in the outer periphery of the fixing block 3, and the bolts 4 penetrate through the countersunk bolt through holes 13 from top to bottom and are screwed into the bottom plate 2. The countersunk bolt hole 13 is provided to wrap the bolt head of the bolt 4, and has a good corona prevention effect.

In the assembly process of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the rotating block 5 is placed on the fixed block 3, the vertical pin shaft 6 penetrates through the vertical pin shaft through hole 14 on the rotating block 5 and the pin hole on the fixed block 3 from top to bottom, the lower end of the vertical pin shaft 6 is spirally assembled with the anti-falling nut 7, the lower end of the vertical pin shaft 6 radially penetrates through the cotter pin 8, and the vertical pin shaft 6 is prevented from falling off through the anti-falling nut 7 and the cotter pin 8. The wire clamp component 9 is placed between the two support plates 16, the horizontal pin shaft 12 penetrates through the support plates 16 and the wire clamp component 9, and then the anti-falling nut 7 and the cotter pin 8 are installed at the other end of the horizontal pin shaft 12 to prevent the horizontal pin shaft 12 from falling off.
