In the existing injection molding manufacturing industry, more and more companies begin to use liquid color master batches, in the industry, the color master batches are commonly used, a weight loss weighing system is generally used for batching at a stock bin in front of a screw extruder or an injection molding machine, and the color master batches are mixed with a resin base material.

In the past, in the industry of coloring during injection molding processing, polymer resin such as PE, PP or PA6 and the like is mainly used as a basic material, color master batches, pigments, dyes and other additives are directly put into a stirrer to be mixed, and then the mixture is subjected to grain extraction or powder preparation, and then the mixture is stirred with an actually used resin base material in proportion and put into production equipment, namely the color master batches are used as main coloring agents in the plastic industry. However, the thermoplastic resin has physical properties different from those of the thermoplastic resin itself used for producing each colored plastic product, and the physical properties such as heat resistance, tensile strength, elongation and impact resistance of the base resin itself are significantly reduced in many cases; or time and manpower and material resources are wasted due to the complex production process; or the production efficiency is low due to poor operability of production; or the health and safety of the operating personnel are endangered due to environmental pollution; new developments and new requirements of the plastics coloring industry cannot be continuously met.

In order to solve the problems, the existing plastic processing and manufacturing enterprises try to mix liquid color master batch with polymer resin to obtain certain improvement effect and occupy a part of plastic product coloring markets, but the existing liquid color master batch has high viscosity and is difficult to be well matched with a color printing machine for use, because the output of liquid has a nonlinear relation with the rotating speed under the condition of high viscosity, and the flowing of the actual liquid color master batch may have larger difference from the theoretical calculated value when the controller outputs a driving signal. Meanwhile, the existing liquid color master batch has relatively high use cost and single function.

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional liquid color master batch and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems in the prior art.

Preferably, the mineral oil is colorless at a temperature of 25 ℃, and the mineral oil is one or more of 3# white oil, 7# white oil, 15# white oil and 32# white oil.
