Background

As one of the working machines, a drilling machine may include a rotary drilling rig. The rotary drilling rig is a construction machine for taking soil and forming a hole and pouring a pile, and drives a rotary bucket to rotate and cut soil by a drill rod, and then lifts the soil to the outside of a hole to unload the soil periodically and circularly. (1) the torque transmission between the drill tool connecting side and the drill rod square head is not uniform due to uneven hardness of the stratum at the bottom of the drill tool, and the welding seam process between the connecting side and the rib plate and between the connecting side and the cylinder body is unqualified, so that the drill tool connecting side and the cylinder body are subjected to desoldering, and the cylinder body falls into a hole;

(2) because the pin shaft between the drill rod square head and the drill tool connecting side is not firmly fixed, the pin shaft falls off to cause the drill tool to fall into the hole. Or because the design tolerance size between the drill rod square head and the drill tool connecting part is large, in the drilling process of the rotary drilling rig, the stress originally transmitted by the drill tool connecting part on the drill rod becomes the stress of the pin shaft, so that the pin shaft is broken by the shearing force, and the drill tool falls off.

When the drill bit of the rotary drilling rig falls into the drill hole, the drill bit needs to be salvaged, but the salvage success rate is low, the construction period is long, and the construction risk is large due to the fact that salvage equipment is simple and easy or the environment in the drill hole is severe.

Referring to fig. 2, the body portion 120 may serve as a cradle for the fishing device 110. The movable portion 130 is movably connected to the main body portion 120, for example, the movable portion 130 is movable in the up-down direction as shown in fig. 2, and when one of the movable portion 130 and the main body portion 120 is driven by an external force, it can move relative to the other. The telescopic part 140 is telescopic relative to the main body part 120, the movable part 130 is suitable for driving the telescopic part 140 to be switched to an extending state when moving, and the telescopic part 140 is suitable for being clamped with the drill bit 101 when the telescopic part 140 is in the extending state.

When the drill rod 102 continues to move downwards, the main body part 120 moves downwards along with the drill rod 102, the movable part 130 moves upwards relative to the main body part 120 as the movable part 130 is stopped by the top of the drill bit 101, the structure of the movable part 130 in the drill bit 101 is stopped by the telescopic part 140, and the movable part 130 pushes the telescopic part 140 to move until the telescopic part 140 is switched to the extending state. At this time, part of the structure of the telescopic part 140 extends out of the main body part 120, and the telescopic part 140 is engaged with the drill bit 101. According to the fishing device 110 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the movable part 130 and the telescopic part 140 are arranged, the telescopic part 140 is driven by the movable part 130 to move in the process of fishing the drill bit 101, when the telescopic part 140 is switched to the extending state, the telescopic part 140 is clamped with the drill bit 101, and the fishing device 110 can take the drill bit 101 out of the drill hole 104 along with the upward movement of the drill rod 102. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the invention, the body portion 120 may include: a first connection part 121, an intermediate connection part 123, and a second connection part 125. Wherein the first connection portion 121 is adapted to be connected to the drill rod 102. For example, the first connection part 121 has a square hole inside, the end of the drill rod 102 is a square head fitting the square hole, and the first connection part 121 and the drill rod 102 are fixed by a pin.

Here, it should be noted that a through hole or an end slot may also be provided at the first connection portion 121, an end of the drill rod 102 may be adapted to the corresponding through hole or end slot, and the first connection portion 121 and the end of the drill rod 102 are connected by a pin.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first connection portion 121 has a pin hole 122, and when the drill rod 102 is inserted into the square hole of the first connection portion 121, the pin may pass through the pin hole 122 and be fixed with a hole on the drill rod 102, so that the body portion 120 may be fixed on the drill rod 102. Here, in order to improve the connection stability of the body part 120 and the drill rod 102, the pin hole 122 may be plural; accordingly, the number of the pins may be plural.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the intermediate connecting portion 123 is connected to the first connecting portion 121, the intermediate connecting portion 123 has a limiting rail 124, and the movable portion 130 can move along the limiting rail 124. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the stopper rail 124 may extend in the up-down direction shown in fig. 2, so that the movable portion 130 may move in the up-down direction.

It is understood that, with the avoidance hole 132 as a boundary, a portion of the pressure plate 131 on one side of the avoidance hole 132 is located inside the intermediate connection portion 123, and a portion of the pressure plate 131 on the other side of the avoidance hole 132 is located outside the intermediate connection portion 123. However, as the drill rod 102 drives the main body 120 to move downwards continuously until the telescopic portion 140 is located inside the drill bit 101, the pressure plate 131 moves upwards relative to the main body 120. During the process that the pressure plate 131 moves upwards relative to the main body part 120, the tapered side surface of the tapered part 134 is in contact fit with the telescopic part 140, the tapered part 134 presses the telescopic part 140, and the telescopic part 140 is switched to the extending state under the effect of the pressing force.

When the telescopic part 140 is switched to the extended state, the telescopic part 140 is adapted to be engaged with the top plate 1011 of the drill bit 101. When the drill rod 102 moves upwards, the fishing device 110 moves upwards along with the drill rod 102, and the telescopic part 140 is clamped with the drill bit 101, so that the fishing device 110 drives the drill bit 101 to move upwards until the drill bit 101 moves out of the drill hole 104, and the task of fishing the drill bit 101 is completed.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, in conjunction with fig. 3, the second connection portion 125 has a positioning hole 126. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the telescopic part 140 may include a body rod part 141 and a limit boss 143. In addition, after the drill bit 101 is salvaged, when the fishing device 110 and the drill bit 101 need to be separated, the fishing device 110 can be vertically placed, the pressure plate 131, the connecting rod 133 and the conical part 134 of the movable part 130 can be sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and under the action of gravity, the movable part 130 moves downwards to the lowest point along the limiting rail 124.
