Background

Along with military aircraft demand development, aeroengine passes through to turbofan aeroengine from turbojet aeroengine, and turbofan aeroengine has two ducts of connotation and bypass, needs the hybrid system to get into afterburning room or spray tube with connotation gas, the mixing of bypass air. The mixing device is a mixing part of a turbofan aircraft engine and is used for improving the propelling efficiency of the engine or improving the fuel atomization and combustion conditions of an afterburner.

At present, the mixing device that current turbofan aeroengine was used commonly has parallel mixer, funnel blender, lobe blender, chrysanthemum flower type blender etc. and outer culvert low-speed air and the high-speed gas of inner culvert flow through the blender because the velocity difference forms the flow direction whirlpool to reach outer culvert low temperature air and the high-temperature gas mixing effect of inner culvert. However, these mixers cannot realize the stealth of the high-temperature low-pressure turbine, and the weight of the engine is increased due to the design of the rectifying support plate and the mixer separately.

Chinese patent publication No. CN210752467U discloses a mixer, which has a flue gas inlet, a mixing section, a contraction section, an expansion section and a flue gas outlet in sequence along the flow direction of flue gas, wherein the side wall of the mixing section is tangentially provided with a reducing agent inlet, the contraction section is provided with a screw, and the expansion section is provided with a spoiler. The mixer is not suitable for mixing low-temperature air in an outer culvert and high-temperature fuel gas in an inner culvert of an aeroengine, does not have a stealth function, and cannot reduce the weight.

The longitudinal section of the integrated rectifying mixing support plate is crescent.

The integrated rectification mixing support plate is obliquely arranged along the airflow direction, and an attack angle is formed between the integrated rectification mixing support plate and the airflow direction.

The principle is as follows: the high-temperature gas in the inner duct forms a flow direction vortex through the low-pressure turbine blades 4 and the integrated rectifying and mixing support plate 3, so that low-temperature air in the outer duct 6 can be sucked conveniently, the low-temperature air firstly enters the hollow integrated rectifying and mixing support plate 3, the integrated rectifying and mixing support plate is cooled, then the low-temperature air flows out of the air film holes 7, and the air and the high-temperature gas are mixed under the action of the flow direction vortex; meanwhile, an air film is formed when air flows out of the air film hole 7, the air film can effectively slow down the temperature rising process of the integrated rectification mixing support plate 3, meanwhile, air flow has a cooling effect on the air film, the integrated rectification mixing support plate 3 is located at the downstream of the low-pressure turbine blade 4, and the integrated rectification mixing support plate 3 is used for shielding the low-pressure turbine blade 4 to realize infrared stealth.

The longitudinal section of the integrated rectifying mixing support plate 3 is crescent. The cross section of a channel formed between the integrated rectifying and mixing support plates 3 has the change of gradual reduction and gradual expansion along the airflow direction, the propelling effect is improved, and the airflow mixing is more uniform.

The integrated rectifying and mixing support plate 3 is obliquely arranged along the airflow direction, and an attack angle is formed between the integrated rectifying and mixing support plate 3 and the airflow direction. The integrated rectifying and mixing support plate is cooled by airflow, the temperature rising process of the integrated rectifying and mixing support plate 3 is slowed down by an air film, and the working temperature of the integrated rectifying and mixing support plate 3 is effectively reduced.

The integrated rectifying mixing support plate 3 completely shields the low-pressure turbine blades 4 in the axial direction. The infrared stealth is convenient to realize.
