During the video call between the user and the remote customer service personnel, the following problems may occur: first, what the user generally opened is the leading camera of smart mobile phone, if long-range customer service personnel want to look over the user provide like when proving information such as ID card, house property card, the user needs to be manual to switch into leading camera to the rear camera, shoots proving information image through the rear camera. Secondly, the user may need to switch the front-mounted camera and the rear-mounted camera continuously, the operation is complex, and in the process of switching the front-mounted camera and the rear-mounted camera to shoot video images, the video can be displayed as a short black screen. Therefore, different information is collected through the first camera and the second camera respectively, the fact that a user manually switches the cameras can be avoided, operation complexity of the user is reduced, auditing speed of remote customer service personnel can be improved, waiting time of subsequent users is reduced, credit business is completed under the condition that the environment where the user is located does not include other users, the possibility that the user is cheated can be reduced, and experience of the user is improved.

The credit service data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to a first terminal device, and the first terminal device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, or the like, which is not specifically limited in this application. The first terminal device includes at least two cameras, and taking the first camera and the second camera as an example, the shooting ranges of the first camera and the second camera do not completely coincide, or the shooting ranges of the first camera and the second camera may partially coincide or completely do not coincide.
