As shown in fig. 2, taking the use history data as an example, the air conditioner target temperature abnormality warning process includes the following steps:

S203, the cloud receives the current target temperature of the air conditioner, extracts the historical reasonable target temperature corresponding to the current external environment information, and judges the rationality of the current target temperature.

And S204, setting the temperature correctly.

And S207, the guardian mobile phone receives an alarm.

S208, feedback from the guardian mobile phone is received.

The air conditioner is connected with the guardian mobile phone through the cloud end, and the air conditioner in communication connection with the cloud end uploads time information, external environment information and corresponding reasonable target temperature to the cloud end to be stored in the cloud end as historical data.

When a user turns on the air conditioner and adjusts the target temperature, the target temperature can be timely uploaded to the cloud. And the cloud automatically extracts the historical outside weather temperature and the historical reasonable target temperature of the current day from the database, and determines the historical outside weather temperature value and the historical reasonable target temperature value which are subsequently involved in comparison. Specifically, if the service time of the air conditioner is more than or equal to one year, the own database is used, and if the service time of the air conditioner is less than one year, the local public database within 5 kilometers is used. The cloud end acquires current weather forecast information of the place where the air conditioner is located in real time, and judges whether the current outside weather temperature and the historical outside weather temperature have large deviation (for example, no deviation exists within +/-3 degrees).

If the current external weather temperature is not deviated from the historical external weather temperature value, the cloud end automatically judges the deviation between the current target temperature and the historical reasonable target temperature value. If the current target temperature set by the user has a deviation exceeding 5 degrees with the historical reasonable target temperature value, the system immediately starts the danger early warning and sends alarm information to the guardian mobile phone, wherein the alarm information can be at least one of the following: the abnormal temperature alarm APP of the mobile phone continuously rings, the alarm clock of the mobile phone continuously rings, and the short message request feedback is sent for multiple times.

If the current external weather temperature and the historical external weather temperature have deviation, the cloud automatically finds the temperature to be set corresponding to the current external weather temperature according to the standard data, judges whether the current target temperature is provided with a problem or not based on the temperature to be set, and then gives an alarm according to the judgment result.

If the guardian does not feed back the alarm information, the cloud end timely dials the telephone of the guardian, if the telephone is not answered for more than 5 times, the telephone of the second guardian can be dialed, if no person answers, the telephone of the local community can be timely dialed, and the user address set in advance is fed back to the community manager.

According to the embodiment, when the target temperature set by the user does not accord with the historical data stored in the cloud, the abnormal target temperature can be found in time, an alarm is given in time to report data abnormality, and dangers are avoided when the user crowd who is old, young or lack of self-care ability uses the air conditioner.

EXAMPLE III

Based on the same inventive concept, the present embodiment provides a temperature anomaly alarm device, which can be used to implement the temperature anomaly alarm method described in the above embodiments. The apparatus may be implemented by software and/or hardware.

Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a temperature abnormality warning device according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the device includes:

a receiving module 31 for receiving target temperature setting information of the air conditioner;

the judging module 32 is configured to judge whether the target temperature set by the user in the current external environment is reasonable according to the stored temperature reference data;

and an alarm module 33, configured to alarm a terminal corresponding to the air conditioner if the target temperature is not reasonable.

Optionally, the determining module 32 includes:

the searching unit is used for searching the corresponding temperature corresponding to the current external environment information in the stored temperature reference data;

the judging unit is used for judging whether the deviation between the target temperature and the corresponding temperature is within a first preset range or not;

and the determining unit is used for determining that the target temperature is unreasonable if the deviation between the target temperature and the corresponding temperature is not within a first preset range.

Optionally, the stored temperature reference data includes: and the corresponding relation between the external environment information and the temperature to be set. Correspondingly, the search unit is specifically configured to: and directly reading the corresponding temperature corresponding to the current external environment information from the stored temperature reference data.

Optionally, the stored temperature reference data includes: and the corresponding relation between the time information and the historical external environment information uploaded by the air conditioner in the using process and the historical reasonable target temperature.

Correspondingly, the search unit comprises:

the reading subunit is used for reading historical external environment information and historical reasonable target temperature corresponding to the same time in the past year from the stored temperature reference data according to the current time information;

the judging subunit is used for judging whether the deviation between the current external environment information and the read historical external environment information is within a second preset range;

a first determining subunit, configured to determine, if a deviation between the current external environment information and the read historical external environment information is within a second preset range, a historical reasonable target temperature corresponding to the read historical external environment information as the corresponding temperature;

and the second determining subunit is configured to, if the deviation between the current external environment information and the read historical external environment information is not within a second preset range, directly read a historical reasonable target temperature corresponding to the current external environment information from the stored temperature reference data, and use the historical reasonable target temperature as the corresponding temperature.

Optionally, the reading subunit is specifically configured to: if the service time of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to a first preset time, reading historical external environment information and historical reasonable target temperature corresponding to the same time in the past year from historical data uploaded by the air conditioner; and if the service time of the air conditioner is less than the first preset time, reading historical external environment information and historical reasonable target temperature corresponding to the same time in the past year from historical data uploaded by the air conditioner within a preset distance around the position of the air conditioner.

Optionally, the temperature abnormality warning device further includes: and the storage module is used for storing the position of each air conditioner in communication connection, the alarm configuration information corresponding to the air conditioner, the reasonable target temperature uploaded by the air conditioner, the time information corresponding to the reasonable target temperature and the external environment information.

Optionally, the alarm module 33 includes:

the sending unit is used for sending alarm information to a terminal corresponding to the air conditioner;

and the telephone alarm unit is used for carrying out telephone alarm if the feedback of the terminal is not received within a second preset time.

Optionally, the telephone alarm unit is specifically configured to: and dialing the telephone of at least one guardian corresponding to the air conditioner according to a preset rule and/or dialing the telephone of a community where the air conditioner is located.

Optionally, the alarm information includes at least one of:

instructing an application program on the terminal to send out information of sound alarm and/or text prompt;

information for indicating an alarm clock on the terminal to send out sound alarm;

and short message prompt information.

The temperature abnormity alarm device can execute the temperature abnormity alarm method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For details of the technology not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the temperature anomaly alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present invention.

Example four

This embodiment provides a cloud equipment, includes: the temperature anomaly alarm device of the embodiment. The cloud equipment of this embodiment can in time discover unusual target temperature to in time remind, avoid old, the user crowd who lacks self-care ability to take place danger when using the air conditioner in the low age.

EXAMPLE five

The present embodiment provides a temperature abnormality warning system, as shown in fig. 4, the system includes: a cloud device 10; at least one air conditioner 20 in communication connection with the cloud device 10; and at least one terminal 30 corresponding to the air conditioner 20 and connected to the cloud device 10 in a communication manner. The cloud device 10 includes the temperature anomaly alarm device described in the above embodiment.

The temperature abnormity alarm system of the embodiment can find abnormal target temperature in time and remind users in time, so that dangers when the users in the old age, the low age or lack of self-care ability use the air conditioner are avoided.
