this device can realize that moving contact 45 clearance two-stage is sealed, prevents the inside leakage of high voltage circuit breaker, guarantees the arc extinguishing ability, prevents that electric arc from arousing the conflagration, opens circuit the back at the main circuit moreover, can realize the braking of carousel 28, prevents high voltage circuit breaker maloperation and restart once more, protective apparatus and personnel safety, and the security is high, more does benefit to the popularization.
