Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. See in particular fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:

step 110, detecting a distance between the terminal device establishing communication connection with the electronic device and the electronic device.

In this embodiment, the intelligent terminal device may be a smart phone, a smart watch, an intelligent remote controller, or other devices having a communication function. The electronic device may be, for example, a television, a sound system, an interactive large screen, or other multimedia device with a function of transmitting video clips, pictures, sounds, and text.

The terminal equipment and the electronic equipment can carry out information transmission through an approach communication technology. Including but not limited to one or more of the following: bluetooth technology, WiFi technology, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, Infrared Data Association (IrDA) technology, UWB technology, and the like.

After the electronic device and the terminal device are in communication connection, the distance between the electronic device and the terminal device may be obtained in various ways, for example, using a Global Positioning System (GPS) or a Positioning System such as Ultra Wide Band (UWB) to achieve distance measurement. GPS is a well known technology and UWB technology will be briefly introduced below. See specifically below:

UWB is a carrier-free communication technology that uses non-sinusoidal narrow pulses on the nanosecond to picosecond scale to transmit data. By transmitting very low power signals over a wide frequency spectrum, UWB can achieve data transmission rates of hundreds of Mbit/s to Gbit/s over a range of about 10 meters. Unlike conventional wireless systems with relatively narrow bandwidths, such as bluetooth and WLAN, UWB can transmit a series of very narrow, low-power pulses over a wide frequency range. The wider frequency spectrum, lower power, pulsed data, means that UWB causes less interference than traditional narrowband wireless solutions and can provide comparable performance to wired in an indoor wireless environment.

UWB has the following characteristics:

high-speed data transmission, in civil goods, the transmission range of UWB signals is generally required to be within 10m, and then the transmission rate can reach 500Mbit/s according to a modified channel capacity formula, so that the high-speed data transmission is an ideal modulation technology for realizing personal communication and wireless local area networks. UWB trades a very wide frequency bandwidth for high-speed data transmission and shares the frequency bands used by other wireless technologies, not just the already crowded frequency resources.

The impulse has high positioning precision, and the ultra-wideband radio communication is adopted, so that the positioning and the communication are easily integrated, which is difficult to realize by the conventional radio. The ultra-wideband radio has extremely strong penetration ability, can carry out accurate positioning indoors and underground, and the ultra-short pulse locator can give relative position, and its positioning accuracy can reach centimetre level, and in addition, ultra-wideband radio locator is more cheap than in other locators.

In consideration of the high-speed data transmission performance of UWB and the performance of positioning accuracy, that is, UWB has low delay and AOA (angle of arrival) characteristics, ranging between a terminal device and an electronic device is preferably implemented using UWB in the present embodiment.

Further preferably, the UWB technology is also used for communication between the terminal device and the electronic device. Specifically, the UWB chips are mounted on the intelligent terminal device and the electronic device, so that the intelligent terminal device can know the exact position of the electronic device, and further can know the distance (relative distance) between the terminal device and the electronic device.

Step 120, acquiring identity information of a user holding the terminal device.

Specifically, there are many ways to obtain the identity information of the user holding the terminal device.

For example, after the terminal device establishes a communication connection with the electronic device, the electronic device may acquire the identification information of the terminal device. Such as a unique identification code of the terminal device, a WiFi name of the terminal device, a bluetooth name of the terminal device, etc. The electronic device may match user identity information corresponding to the identification information from a pre-constructed database according to the identification information.

Or, the electronic device may directly obtain externally input identity information of a user currently using the terminal device. Or, the terminal device and the electronic device may be obtained in other manners, for example, UWB tags are respectively installed in the terminal device and the electronic device, and the terminal device is identified by the tags, so as to obtain the identity information of the user, which manner is not limited herein.

And step 130, controlling the electronic equipment according to the identity information of the user and the distance between the terminal equipment and the electronic equipment.

Specifically, the identity information of the user is different, the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is different, and the control strategies corresponding to the electronic device are different. Therefore, different control strategies are appointed according to different user identities and different distances, so that electronic equipment is controlled more flexibly according to the personalized requirements of the user, and better experience is brought to the user. Moreover, the whole control process is completed by the electronic equipment, and frequent operation of a user is not needed.

According to the control method of the electronic equipment, the distance between the terminal equipment which establishes communication connection with the electronic equipment and the electronic equipment is acquired, and the identity information of a user is acquired. And then, according to the identity information of the user and the distance between the terminal equipment and the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment is controlled. By the method, the user does not need to execute any operation, and the electronic equipment can be automatically controlled according to the identity of the user and the distance between the electronic equipment and the terminal equipment, so that all personalized requirements corresponding to the identity of the user are met. The complicated operation process of the user is avoided, and the audio-visual effect of the user can be met.

Optionally, an embodiment of the present application further provides another method for controlling an electronic device, specifically referring to fig. 2, which details how to control the electronic device according to the user identity information and the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device on the basis of the previous embodiment, and specifically refer to the following:

step 210, determining a control strategy of the electronic device according to the identity information of the user and the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device.

And step 220, controlling the electronic equipment according to the control strategy.

Specifically, the identity information of the user may include, for example, grandpa, sister, brother, sister, etc., and information of a minor in the brother, sister, brother, sister may be set. Namely, the pre-constructed database has a relatively definite division of the user identity information. In addition to the division of identities, it may actually include statistics of the user's personalized information, e.g. the grandpa eye flower, easily looking away from sight; milk has bad hearing, and the volume of the electronic equipment can be set to be more than 25 grids. Brothers and sisters like to see animated pictures of animated channels. Brother likes to watch sports programs on sports channels, etc. That is, besides the identity information of the user, the personalized demand information of the user can be obtained according to the identity information of the user.

According to the identity information of the user and the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device, the determined control strategy of the electronic device may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following:

for example, the volume of the electronic equipment is controlled according to the identity information of the user and the distance between the terminal equipment and the electronic equipment;

or controlling the size of the display content of the electronic equipment according to the identity information of the user and the distance between the terminal equipment and the electronic equipment.

For example, when the user is a young person, if the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is closer and closer, the volume of the electronic device can be controlled to be smaller and smaller. Conversely, if the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is longer and longer, the volume of the electronic device can be controlled to be larger and larger.

The electronic device displays contents similarly, and the contents in the display screen can be controlled to be continuously reduced when the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is closer and closer, and certainly, the contents are not infinitely reduced or reduced in no proportion so as to meet the proper viewing experience of the user. Similarly, as the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device becomes longer, the content in the display screen may be enlarged continuously so that the user can see clearly.

When the user is a special-identity group, for example, most of the elderly have visual and auditory deterioration (or have visual or hearing impairment, etc.), the above strategy may not be suitable for the special group. When user's identity information is old man (old people such as grandpa, grandpa or grandpa), although the distance between terminal equipment and the electronic equipment is very close, also can not directly control electronic equipment's volume and diminish, but adjust electronic equipment's volume and suitably turn up. For example, normally, the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is 20 meters, and the volume is controlled to be 20 grids (volume display form 1 represents first-gear volume), because the elderly may not hear the sound and the elderly may move closer, 2-3 grids may be added on the basis of the normal display volume. So that the elderly can hear it.

Similarly, when the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is closer, the old people may not be clearly seen, so that the displayed content can be properly enlarged at the moment, so that the special-identity people such as the old people can adapt to the content displayed on the display screen.

Of course, the control strategies for the electronic devices corresponding to the above special cases can be intelligently adjusted and optimized through big data statistics. Moreover, the using habits of users with different identities can be recorded and counted for a long time, so that appropriate adjustment can be better made according to the requirements of the users.

That is, in addition to determining the control policy of the electronic device according to the identity information and the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device, the control policy of the electronic device may actually be determined according to the personalized information of the user and the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device.

For example, the grandpa eye flower mentioned above is expected to amplify the content displayed by the electronic device as much as possible, the ears of the milk have some hearing disorders, the volume of the electronic device is expected to be as much as possible, and the like, and the electronic device can be recorded into the electronic device as personalized information corresponding to the user identity.

Further optionally, to achieve better control over the electronic device, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method may further include:

when the distance between the terminal equipment and the electronic equipment is determined to be within a first preset distance range, determining the control strategy of the electronic equipment to be the control strategy of the gear corresponding to the first preset distance range.

The distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is divided into a plurality of preset distance ranges, the control strategies are divided into a plurality of gears, the gear of each control strategy corresponds to one preset distance range, and the first preset distance range is any one of the preset distance ranges.

Specifically, the control strategy may also be divided into a plurality of gears according to the different distances between the electronic device and the terminal device.

In a specific example, a step database is created, for example, in which the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is mapped to the volume step. The database includes a preset distance range, a volume level corresponding to the preset distance range, and the like.

For example, taking the identity of the user as a young person, dad or mom, etc., the volume control for the electronic device is increased with the distance, but after reaching a certain preset distance, the volume is changed to a silent level, i.e., the device is turned off.

The volume is divided into 4 steps (small step, middle step, high step, silence). The correspondence data between the distance and the volume level is as follows: the preset value of the small gear is more than 0 meter and less than or equal to 2 meters, and the volume decibel value is 10 decibels. The middle-grade preset value is more than 2 meters and less than or equal to 5 meters, and the volume decibel value is 15 decibels. The high-grade preset value is more than 5 meters and less than or equal to 10 meters, and the volume decibel value is 20 decibels. The silence preset value is greater than or equal to 10 meters, and the equipment is automatically closed.

That is, instead of the volume of the electronic device becoming infinitely larger with increasing distance, once the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device reaches a certain distance, the user may have left a certain area, for example, leave home and go to work. At this time, the terminal device is no longer required to display certain audio or video, and the device can be automatically turned off, so that resources are saved.

Assuming that the detected relative distance between the terminal device and the electronic device is 5 meters, the corresponding preset volume range gear can be determined as the middle gear according to the preset data, so that the volume output by the electronic device can be controlled to be adjusted to the volume corresponding to the middle gear.

Optionally, in addition to determining the control policy of the electronic device according to the user identity information and the distance between the terminal device and the electronic device, the method may actually include determining the usage right of the electronic device according to the user identity information.

In an optional example, the usage right of the electronic device is determined according to the identity information of the user, and the usage right includes one or more of the following:

according to the identity information of the user, limiting the type of the display content of the electronic equipment;

or the like, or, alternatively,

and limiting the time for displaying the content of the preset type/preset channel by the electronic equipment according to the identity information of the user.

Specifically, the user is, for example, a child, and the electronic device is a television. It is necessary to limit the time for the user to watch the animation or the game program, and when the preset time is reached, a reminder can be sent out, or even the television can be automatically turned off. The problem that children are indulged in games or delay learning of animation pictures and the like is avoided. Besides limiting the viewing time, it is also possible to directly limit the type of content viewed by children, that is, the type of content displayed by the electronic device. In another example, if the parent is not at home, the child may be enthusiastic in playing the game on the computer throughout the day. Then, when the computer recognizes that the user identity is a child, the game content can be limited to be displayed, for example, the game APP can be directly prohibited from being triggered.
