1. A cotton double-film mulching and seeding device is characterized by comprising:

Background

The double-film sowing process generally comprises the steps of ditching, covering a first layer of film, punching, sowing, covering soil, covering a second layer of film and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. To this end, it is an object of the present invention to provide a double film mulching and sowing device for cotton.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a cotton double-film mulching and seeding device is characterized by comprising:

the front end and the rear end of the frame are respectively provided with wheels;

the ditching plow is arranged at the bottom of the frame and is used for digging a soil ditch;

the film pressing wheel is located at the rear of the second pressing roller, the second pressing roller can be freely rotatably arranged at the bottom of the frame, a fourth driving mechanism is arranged on the frame, and the fourth driving mechanism is connected with the film pressing wheel to drive the film pressing wheel to be opposite to the frame and can move up and down.

Preferably, the first mulch film is a narrow film and the second mulch film is a wide film.

Preferably, at least one of the first driving mechanism, the third driving mechanism and the fourth driving mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder is vertically arranged and detachably connected with the frame.

Preferably, the second driving mechanism comprises a cam and a motor, the motor is installed on the frame, the cam is arranged on a motor shaft of the motor and abutted against the top end of the puncher, the cam rotates to drive the puncher to move downwards, a spring is arranged on the puncher, and the spring is used for driving the puncher to move upwards to reset.
